We have executed multiple business leases with Time Payment over the past 12 years and while their product may be a little more expensive than other vendors, they worked with us when we were new and no one else would. Now in our 13th year of business in the restaurant industry and we own the equipment that we have leased, generally for a $1 buyout. Customer service has been excellent for us. I have had as many as 4 different leases with Time Payment at one time and have always been able to call and get the status of the various leases with ease. It is what it is, but if it wasn't for Time Payment we would not have been able to grow our business when we needed it most. No BS here, just writing about our actual experience.
