When I found out the terms and conditions of the Contract, I was not happy. They told me it was a loan with interest. When I received the details and it turned out to be a Lease to Purchase with a Balloon Payment at the end almost canceled the order. Singing the paper and the need for the Electric Scooter I accepted ALL the conditions and are waiting for the Electric Scooter.
