I updated to the newest version about 1 week ago and when I tried to print a customized report, I ran into a little snag. I contacted Tech Support and spoke to Dax. He was clearly concerned about finding out why I couldn't print the report. He was able to remotely connect to my computer (after my authorization) and look at the files. He discovered it was due to an unusual method I was using to assign employee numbers. They quickly created a fix and had me up and running again in a little over an hour. I have NEVER had a programing issue fixed this quickly in my life. Great, FAST service.
