Nice selection of food with a great view of the beach

Had the worst cocktail server ever. Party of 5 going to have drinks and listen to music. Waitress took order and we waited 30 minutes to get our drink's. Might have had a second drink but she never came back. Music was good, and it looked like the bartender was working hard.

Good music and atmosphere! 2nd level bar so a,great view. Service was good just had a lingering smell in the air that all five of us can barely stomach at time. Not sure if there is a sewer issue or what, but definitely don t want to eat there.

I appreciate that it's Christmas but we waited 45 minutes for a burger. We asked for it to be cooked medium but it was raw at best with blood oozing out. The menu mentioned a secret sauce that was not even put on the burger. I get your kitchen was busy but don't send food that isn't cooked. We told the server and nothing was done. With out a doubt worst meal we had the whole trip and not cheap either

Great hotel food with two options. Get bar food outside with a great view or get a nicer dining experience inside. Priced well and good portion size.

Great view of beach and ocean. Good food and drinks. Our server, Cal, was very kind and friendly.

The ambiance was great, very cool vibe. The food was insanely expensive like all the other food in Hawaii. The appetizer was very good, the two entrees were just ok.

The local Maui Venison Burger was incredible. The view and seating very relaxing fronting the ocean and beach along Kalakaua Ave. My server, Jennifer was very nice and hospitable.

Justin is the best server in the world. Any establishment bless with his services should be very grateful

Expensive and busy. Food was ok. They do a good special mai tai.

Nice pork ribs and fries, the fish was decent but I believe the catch of the day was rather tough however the steak was cooked and seasoned very well. Would recommend but be wary of the tourist traps of a complimentary photographer.

I hate to even give this place one star. Expect to spend at least two birthdays here in one visit. Apparently they expect you to drink while you wait? Perhaps it takes that long to overcook the prime rib. DO NOT order the prime rib unless you like it grossly overcooked and very gray. Sorry, I just threw up a little bit in my mouth.

What a great surprise to stumble across this bar and find such fun and friendly people out having fun!

Price is high, service was poor at best and food was okay. Table next to us had same issues with service and not getting food.

My husband and I first went to Tiki s last March when we stayed at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel which is where Tiki s is located. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are tropical and fun, and the food is elevated local fare. It quickly became our favorite hangout and we were able to bring home the whole collection of Tiki glasses that they serve their specialty cocktails in and sell.

During our stay in Waikiki we tried various restaurants. Tikis was comparable to one we found by accident on the road side. The service was lacking, didn't tell us about the specials or anything about the menu. The food was horrible. All the sauces were store bought. Only reason we gave them 2 stars was because we went on a wine night Wednesday that we found out about by accident because we over heard a different server. From the street view it looks super cool bit look at it from the street view and keep on walking.

Tikis is a classic case of there being more to a restaurant than food. Although we had a reservation, that did not stand the need to wait in a rather inhospitable service area for approximately 15 minutes prior to being seated. Our server was somewhat less than attentive, although he was quite pleasant. The food however was largely terrific. Salads were inventive. Entrees were unique. Although we did not have dessert, it sounded good. Overall, our experience may have been an isolated one in the service department, but the food alone warrants the three stars this is getting.

The food is average and the price is quite expensive.

Service was fantastic. Waitress was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Had the watermelon feta salad - scrumptious and refreshing. Wonderful flavor. Also had the pulled pork. Yummy yummy.

Before their performer went on stage tonight he walked to the pool area of the Aston Waikiki and tried to steal our bag. Class act. Thanks Tikis for allowing him to go on and I'm sure you paid him well for being a thief. Only a real class establishment would allow this.... and not even come to check on us.

Tikiis Bar and Grill is many things. Firstly, it is perhaps the best located eating place and bar in Honolulu... l'm not kidding. Looking out from it's first storey location, is simply what anyone would expect in Hawaii: Palm trees, blue waters, golden sands... and then there is Ambee: Professionally speaking, prrobably the most wonderous bar-tender l have ever seen work. She is simply amazing. Again, l kid you not. Her bosses should clap their hands with joy to have her here. The food was excellent, what l ordered, at least... that is, the Mixed Plate... where you get a taste of every. protein you may like. Seriously, highly recommendrd from every perspective. Check it out.

They definitely have a hot hire policy here which is great our server was smoking hot.

Arranged a prewedding dinner for our daughter for 50 guests from Australia.
Booked venue and menu via emails. Alyssa the venue coordinator was helpful and emails were replied promptly. When arriving in Hawaii we visited the day prior to the event and decided because of the weather we wanted it moved indoors. Met with Harry the coordinator on duty and he was very helpful and accommodating, giving us a private room and partial use of the balcony. Food and service was fantastic. Staff were helpful and always ready to assist patrons. We had a fantastic night and would highly recommend this venue for a large gathering.

Good pub food, nice comfortable setting with a beach view. Usually easy to get a seat.

Great happy hour. $5 food and drinks between 2 and 5.

Excessive prices although the food is not bad. We pay the place and the beautiful terrace.

I ve never felt compelled to write a review of a restaurant until now as this was the worst dining experience I have ever had.

The waitress forgot our waters we ordered right from the start and it took her approximately 10-15 minutes to remember to bring them. Upon receiving the waters, we requested bread as we were very hungry. She finally brings the bread with butter. No utensils. So of course we have to ask for those as well. We finally order the meal and we wait. And wait. And wait...at this point it s approaching 9 pm. She finally brings us our food and the salad we had ordered with chicken was lacking chicken and salad dressing. At this point I m completely fed up as we were very hungry and tired so we request to see the manager. The manager comes over and we explain what a terrible dining experience it has been thus far. Rather than offering an appetizer to hold us over, as we are starving at this point and it s nearly 10 pm, he snatches up our plates and states Let s just start over and make something new for you . We were offered drinks from the bar and he did bring those to us rather quickly. Upon finally receiving our meals, they were pretty tasty but at this point it was after 10 pm and we were exhausted and pretty much over it . The waitress brings our check and the manager had given us the 2 free drinks from the bar only...didn t comp the meal, no reduction in meal prices for all of the inconveniences. We reluctantly paid the $50+ tab for food we didn t enjoy and a terrible experience and left.

Needless to say, this place is obviously poorly managed or we just caught it on a bad night. Regardless, I wouldn t recommend ever darkening the doors of this establishment.

We checked all the review sites for a restaurant on Waikiki beach for a sunset view to celebrate our anniversary vacation. Unfortunately, the view was blocked by palm trees. We overheard a server tell a neighboring table that they planted them in Nov 2019. So the view wasnt what we hap hoped but our food and service was amazing! The Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi was excellent. The Kahlua pork quesadilla was a great way to start our meal and the taro rolls with banana butter were fabulous! Our server was excellent.

As much the view is top, as the addition vs the quality is not the appointment. 30 , two beers because you have to take the glass while it is not necessarily our wish. Burger expensive

Our favourite bar and grill. We went here 3 times for dinner and sat out on the deck which has great views over the beach. It is a fun and lively place with great live music and great service. The cocktails were fabulous and you can order them in a take home tiki glass. One one of the nights i had a delicious cocktail in a pineapple. There is a great choice of meals. I even managed to have a gluten free burger that was delicious. You also have a choice to sit inside and order off a different menu.

Way too expensive for the portion size and what you get.

Went in search of a post sunset small plate spot. Great bands, love the outside atmosphere- sat in the bar area- can be chilly so bring an extra layer. $15/plate, takes about 3 to feel like a meal. Reasonable drink prices. Food runners were better than our waitress who had to be flagged down to get any attention to order. Prime rib poke is precooked and sliced so if you do not like very red meat stay away. Coconut shrimp and calamari katsu was appealing to look at and eat.

Oh my! Yum! The food and service was amazing! Our server was awesome! We notice how crowded the place was in each passing And decided to stop in. It did not disappoint. Located on the main strip of Waikiki across from the beach!

Most of the menu would either kill you or get you drunk...no thanks.

Went here with a few friends for drinks and the hostest was rude. She stated to sit in any open seats and when we did find an open table with a view. Went to let her know and she got really upset stating if we want a view we should find one outside the establishment, not even getting the opportunity to order. We went to another restaurant and bar down the street. The table we found was an empty table. They lost out on a big order drinks and food.

Great views of the beach. Cocktails are great and food is dece. Prices reasonable for the location. Tiki mug souvenirs are a great touch.

We used the Coconut Room for our wedding last month and I have to say they made everything so easy and simple. The food was amazing. Trying to organise our wedding from New Zealand the staff made everything so easy and put our minds at ease making everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend

Really great food and spectacular waiters! Definitely a nice date spot.

We as a party of 8 passed on our reservation elsewhere to eat here because they had plenty of room and could seat us immediately at Tiki. We sat down and ordered food and drinks then appetizers came out pretty quickly. Drinks were slow to arrive after ordering. This was the end of our good experience. Our meals did not come for two hours after sitting down. The staff was unapologetic about the wait. My sister left, bought a meal at the restaurant downstairs, finished it, and returned before our food arrived. The manager Fernanado offered us $10 off our bill for the wait. It was an insult to say the least with the amount of money we spent at the restaurant. He told us he would be back to check on us but we had to ask for him again because he did not return. He eventually gave us a free round of drinks after asking to speak with him again. The food was good but the service was so terrible it was hard to enjoy. Would not recommend this place and we will not be returning.

The lamb shank was served within 10 minutes of ordering, was cold inside (should have been piping hot) and had no flavor. Not worth it.

Buyer Beware:

My wife and I visited twice during our stay. Once for dinner which would have been rated a 4 star experience, with good food and good service. Our second visit which justified this low star review was a happy hour visit to the bar to have a pair of $5 Mai Tais as advertised. We order the Mai Tais at the bar and our bartender upsold us for the specialty Mai Tai saying that "it has double the alcohol for just $3 more!" The drinks were delicious but when the bill came, we were charged ~ $23 for the pair of drinks, which would be $6 more per drink. He caught us on a technicality since the regular price of the "Happy Hour" regular Mai Tai was $8 during non happy hour specials. It was an upsetting experience and I hope that no one else falls for the same cheap trick.

We came here because we were looking for a rooftop to eat and watch the sunset. Great view of the beach and nice outdoor seating. Our waiter was awesome, they have a better wine selection than expected, and our food was fantastic. I will gladly come back.

One of the most tasteful and amazing dinners I have possibly ever had in my life! The entire evening at Tiki s was one of the highlights of our vacation. The staff, music, views and all around atmosphere of this restaurant should set the bar for all other restaurants.

Great service, great food and great views. Had the calamari and mixed plate, both were amazing.

Great place to hang out and have drinks. The drinks are a little expensive but part of it is paying for the view.

Slightly touristy, but a great 2nd floor view of Waikiki Beach. Pricy eats, but happy hour specials make up for it.

Great food and drink... Best place to watch the Hawaiian sunset!!

The wait for the dining area was over an hour so we went to the bar. Server have us menus and left for 15 minutes. Took our drink order and got them to us 10 minutes later. Ordered our food and we got it 40 minutes later. We had to 9rder from the bar menu so none of it was local. The food was average like any American bar. Just get a reservation to avoid this at any place here.

This place is awesome. Cone here to relax and have great drinks. The view is one of the best on the island. Enjoy the view while listening to a band and as a plus get some of the best food on the island
