Love this place, every thing is great on the menu but the seared tuna is my favorite

Food was very nice and perfect location. But our service was very average. Hoping it was just our server. Didn't know about the cocktails until we asked. When we finished our drinks, there was no offer to get us another one.

Definitely one of the pricier options. I had the butter fish, not a fan... my piece had several bones and definite not the fishy flavor I expected from the waiters recommendation. Not fishy at all. My husband and friends had quite a few other options that were better though: tuna, lamb and shrimp. I give it an ok... but not a must.

Would go back. Reasonable prices on food, but drinks are pricey. Large portions. Good service. Lunch menu is fairly small. Went because of a pic from another review that looked good, unfortunately it's not served during lunch. Got the caprese wrap which is more the size of a burrito. The mushrooms in it could have used some work, but overall good. Also a nice view of the ocean.

Live music, stunning view, friendly professional server (Diamond). 3 of us had a fish entree and 1 had ribs. Everyone agreed food was delicious. Multi-layered crepe dessert was great. I felt portion size of entrees was perfect. Dark rolls with banana flavored butter. Recommend this restaurant.

I absolutely adore this place! Rick and Marcos have always been such great friends and so welcoming to my family and friends and I. I love this place and i will continue to send tourists and locals here. Make sure to ask for Marcos and Rick. Rick has BOMB JOKES TO TELL. CHEERS AND NAMASTE

Place is nice but Service is slow as server forgot our drink twice , literally after we finished our starters she bought drink as it... food was ok.

Horrible place. Unless you like the sports bar feel. Drinks are a rip off and tasteless. Food was mediocre. Especially the waitress is killing a cockroach every other minute. And my partner had one on him even. Very busy and unless you're ok with waiting 30min for a table, it's fighting for a spot at the bar or other tables. Location is what this place runs on.

Have eaten here several times, both on the Lanai and in the restaurant! A great variety of delicious food items to choose from on an extensive menu! Would definitely recommend trying the green tea cake dessert

Awesome food and view. The view was spectacular and the server was sooo nice. He's been there a while knew what we would like and kept us happy throughout the night. Loved the place and the food definitely a nice dining experience and would put it over Dukes Waikiki anytime!

The drinks are great, but the food is way overpriced. Service was slow and my husband got to experience the joy of calamari juice run down his back bc a waitress (not ours) whips the plate around with no worries. not the welcoming we were expecting. The coconut shrimp is good. Don't care to eat here again. Just happens to be located at our hotel.

Overall a great experience. Amber was our waitress and she was great. Food was amazing. We had the steak and duck... best meal I've had and we've been on island for almost a year. Did Valentine's Day dinner here and definitely going to come back. Recommend to anyone for a date night. The live music was a great hit as well.

This place was actually one of our favourite places to eat or grab a drink from. The wait staff were excellent and the service was always first class. Meals were served quickly no matter how many people were here and their Mai Tai was among the best in Hawaii.

Great view and a menu with lots of variety for both adults and kids. They also provide paper menus with crayons for children. Service was slow; quite a bit of time between sitting down and a server beginning the ordering process. Same thing for ordering food and then it coming out. In all fairness, it did appear the area was short staffed that day, I only saw two (maybe 3?) servers for the whole area.

Located at zoo end of the main drag its worth the walk. Great drinks, free mai tai when you bring receipt back next day. Happy hour is good eats. Right on the ocean 2nd floor. Fun place. I always visit when in town.

I have not been at the restaurant and are not complaining about food or service but can hear a loud screech implanted in the tikis in the restaurant and can hear it from the opposite corner of the block and disturbed me and my family eating at a fellow restaurant and even though this high pitch frequency noise is to ward of kids from playing on the tikis it not only makes the place not family friendly for kids but disturbed me and my family around the block and radius.

Went for New year's. Wife ordered desert which was pretty good. Bar staff that night was on point considering the madhouse that NYE always is

What a great place to eat dinner. The food here was fantastic! The ambiance was peaceful with some hip music. If your lucky you will catch a live music show. Some people danced while others people watched. Definitely a place for a romantic dinner. Service was top notch too. Highly recommend.

Went for Happy Hour drinks on a Sunday afternoon. The Wipeout was pretty strong, that's a good thing. However, the Rum and Coke was mildly disappointing. Not because of the alcohol strength but because of all things, the soda was way watered down. The live music and the positive attitude of the server helped balance it out. All in all, it's an adequate spot for spending an hour or so.

Ribs were just ok, but the calamari steak appetizer was really good!

We shared the thai salad and baby back ribs.. was super good!! I must've had 4 peach daiquiri they were amazing!!

Ordered two appetizers which I felt were overpriced for the portion size. I left feeling cheated.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were noticeably understaffed. The drinks were good, but the food wasn't anything special. French Dip, Jerk chicken wrap, goyoza, lettuce wrap wouldn't order again. The mixed plate and coconut shrimp were good. Drinks would be the only reason I come back.

Seating - can look out over the beach with a table setting of 4 people max. There are about 10 spots over the balcony facing the beach. Arrive a bit early if you want to grab one of these spots.

Food - there are 2 pages to the menu for entree and main. We tried the Thai chicken salad and the Ribs, both were massive portion sizes so be prepared to share.

Drinks- the most vast amount of options available on the menu. Cocktails we fantastic and the beer options were great too. There are some free souvenir cups you can get too with some particular cocktails.

I ate here several times while in Waikiki and loved every time. They have a more upscale restaurant and a separate outside bar and grill overlooking Waikiki beach. I never went to the restaurant so I can't comment on that. I can't even imagine wanting to eat indoors when you have the option to enjoy your evening outside in the refreshing ocean breeze. The food was all interesting and excellent. The menu is mostly Polynesian inspired food so if you are in the mood for a burger or pizza this might not be your best choice. The prices are also very reasonable for the location and various drink specials during the week can make the prices downright cheap.

The drinks were phenomenal. Our specialty glad we paid for was cracked so we asked for a new one. We got all the way home and realized the 2nd one was also cracked but not before we had water leaking from the crack.

Everytime we get to Waikiki we land here for drinks, friends, tunes, and a great sunset view.

There must have been some large change since most of these reviews were made because I have a hard time believing this is the same place?

We had a reservation for 7 on a Friday and the host seemed really confused. Took a bit to get the menus together and to figure out where to put us. To my horror the menus were tablets. Why?? Does the menu change so much you can't have paper? What a waste of money! Plus, two of our menus were dead (can't believe that's something I can say?) so our party of four had to share. You have to click on the items to get the description and price. It's always nice seeing and rubbing someone else's grease off your menu before you eat... we waited 10 minutes to see our server and then our waters came with our dinner, nearly 10 minutes after our initial drinks? Our waitress was very nice and friendly but clearly overwhelmed.

The food came out relatively quickly, was presented creatively, and tasted better than Applebees at least. The price is a little higher than the mainland, but I think that's expected on an island.

It seems all their problems were front of house and possibly from a recent transition going off reviews? Very touristy.

Very enjoyable! We ate both lunch and dinner here today! It was a Sunday, so the music started at 2pm. We heard the first of the music, then went for a long walk and came back for dinner. More enjoyable music (Vaihi). Good drinks and decent food. Great 2nd floor indoor & outdoor dinning (great view of the ocean).

We had the mixed plate and the mahi-mahi sandwich (with salad instead of fries) for lunch and the calamari and fish and chips (Hawaian style, not English style) for dinner. All were good, if not great.

If you only go by the food, you might not want to eat here, but together with the atmosphere, pleasant and efficient service, and casual atmosphere, it was a winning experience!

Great location on Waikiki beach. Go on a Friday night to get a nice view of fireworks in the background! I love the live entertainment. It gets busy, so be prepared to wait a while for a table. It is self seating.

I couldn't stop going here when I went to hawaii. Staff were amazing, the view was so beautiful and the drinks were always strong and well created. Thanks for a lovely time.

Amazing food and service. Was very loud however. A lot of the noise came from the street below. If you want somewhere quiet, look somewhere else.

Bartender was awesome! Guy was hustling back there, and seemed to really know what he was doing. Food is average, and nothing to exciting in my opinion.

Went here and grabbed a beer or 2 or 3 haha. Prices not bad for location. Up on a roof top so it s a hike up some steps but worth it once you get to the top. Fun atmosphere!!

My server was pretty damn awesome and the coconut shrimp were amazing. Overall, this place is a go to. Great service and food and the service is awesome. Great job guys. Keep it up.

I'm sorry that this place is so popular with people who want to experience a great atmosphere and then get shafted in the end with a waiter who would rather be party of the guests than serve and wait on his patrons.

Me and my husband had our wedding here in the Coconut Club. The view was spectacular! The employees were all amazing and made our reception better than we could have imagined! We LOVED Nikki and Eddie!!! Also... the food from the buffet was a huge hit with everyone! I still hear about how great the reception food and the drinks were!! Truly recommend having your next event here! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

We had an amazing dinner here! We are an eco friendly group so we didn't want plastic straws, unfortunately they didn't have cardboard which is disappointing for a beach bar but luckily we brought our own! Great place all around and great staff as well.

Ambiance was excellent. Close to the water. Host and hostess were very accommodating to our request to be close to the ocean. Our server was not attentive. My meal (chicken Thai salad) was too spicy and full of onions which I hate. He didn't even notice that I barely ate it or ask me if I wanted something else. My husband's fillet mignon was good. I would've ordered that had he come to recheck on us.

Happy hour from 2 to 5 with live music starting at 2:30. They had great specials! $5 or less on apps and drinks.
The drinks were delicious, view was beautiful, food was perfect, and service was top notch! Kid friendly! They have a great kids menu and even special non-alcoholic drinks that kids will love!
I can't remember our server's name but he was amazing and he was so friendly with our daughter! He was so excited to give her some ice cream at the end of our meal Even though they were busy, he was extremely attentive and took care of us! We barely had to wait for anything!
Also, they validate valet parking for 3 hours and then its $8 after that.

I went to a live Friday & Jazz Live on Tuesday, but when I came to Waikiki the next time with a very satisfying live it was content that I think will definitely come again
I can not speak much English, but the waitress understood my English and spoke slowly and managed to do something
It was good that the things I wanted were handed down by pointing out the menu of Google Maps

I waited at a table for ten minutes with no service or greeting. It's Thursday (not too busy). I bolted.

My wife & I went to Tikis Grill & Bar yesterday. We have been there a couple of times previously, food wine & services etc, have been acceptable. However, yesterdays service hit an all time low. Not only did we have to continually track down our server, it appeared the bar staff couldn't track her down also, so they delivered our last drinks with our melted ice, Gin & Tonics. Most disappointed with the service we asked for our check, when we queried the drinks we found that we were charged for drinks that we didn't have. Our server then apologized and said that she would correct the order. When we left we paid by card and provided a tip less than the percentage because of the lack of service. The total amount should have been $50.00 for which I signed for, ilronically, I checked my statement this morning and found that the amount taken was $63.14.
What sort of business condones this type of dishonest behavior.

Food was decent, but in my opinion a bit too pricey for what it's worth. Drinks were pretty good. Staff was super nice.

I left you guys a good review a while ago, but after visiting this restaurant a few more times, I changed my mind.
I ordered a duck breast and a salad.
Disgusting .. absolutely disgusting!
The duck breast was so rubbery and cold in the middle, if it would be fresh, then couldn t be like that, very disappointing.
The salad tasted super-crazy, a fuc*ing unthinkable combination . Who does that to a salad. Fresh and pickled ingredients + sweet honey and spicy condiments and.... jess so many things to add...

This place is AMAZING!! I had our wedding reception here and it turned out perfect! The setup was absolutely beautiful. The food was so good and delicious! The staff was extremely friendly. They even provided us with a wedding table for our reception and my sister and best decorated it to perfection. I had my own carving Station with the best prime rib I've ever had! To top it all off they had a band playing and I was STILL able to have my first dance with my husband and it was such a magical intimate moment I was not expecting! I would highly recommend anyone to have their party or wedding reception here. The coordinators were so sweet and responsive during the whole process. It was definitely worth it! Thank you so much Tikis for making my special day one to be remembered for a lifetime!!!

It's a hotel bar and restaurant with decent fare in a highly competitive environment, plus Tiki drinks.

One of the best restaurants in the area, though you do pay for it. Excellent food, with varied options, decent drink menu and a great view make this a fantastic place to bring a date or go by yourself to enjoy a scenic evening. If you can afford to eat here you owe it to yourself to do so at least once.

We sitted at the bar while waiting for our food to be served for an estimate of 20 minutes. We met Kama and Eric and they are lovely, friendly and fantastic bartenders. We ordered the Crab Dip and Gyoza and both taste delicious. I'm sure I'll be back to try more food soon!
