I didn't need an appointment for an oil change. They were courteous to me, but I was told it would take an hour and it took an hour and 45 min. I would have liked a timing update.

Rude customer service when on a factory warrantee. Will kiss your rear end to make a sale but after good luck.

My hubby purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima sl and it veer's to the left and right. We noticed it the day he drove it off the lot. He called back the same day to let them know and we've been running back and fourth trying to resolve the issue every since. We are waiting on an answer right now. I can only give five stars if we get the service that was agreed upon. Everyone told us that is not normal for the vehicle to be pulling that way but, their mechanic says that's what that model vehicle does. Really?

This is in regards to there service department. Great customer service every time I stop by. They always look to try and find me a discount, without me even asking. And they always do good work.

Bought a 2018 KIA Sportage SX Turbo. People are friendly and helpful. Very pleasant buying experience. Keith is Very pleasant to work with and Phil and Abdul were also very easy to work with.
Other dealers I have been to the sales staff were always new. Here were people I worked with in 2015. A good sign when there is not so much turnover.

When we bought our Honda Pilot in 2011 we purchased an extended warranty. The extended warranty states that if we didn't have any repairs against the extended warranty we would get back $2,000. We talked to the warranty company today and they referred us Rosen. Rosen sold his dealership and... lawyered up. Just got off the phone with his LaSalle street lawyer in Chicago. He was condescending and flippant. Basically he said I would spend more money fighting this with my attorney than I would get back. Stay away from these scum bags.

Love love love, Rosen, Rosen, Rosen! The Rosen Automotive Group is the only place to buy a vehicle in Wisconsin! They care about their customer and do not see you as a dollar sign. It refreshing They have been around for 30 years and are not not going anywhere. They are heavily involved in the community. When I was making my decision, I love the fact I could use their Easy Pass tool and buy my car at my own pace from the comforts of my home. I will never buy from another dealer and either should you!

Don't be fooled by the words "express service". Still more than an hour for an oil change/ tire rotation

This car dealer is the worst of the town may be of the state or the country.
The car dealers nowaday are better than 30 years ago.
The old days will take many hours
to negociated back and forth.
You must bring an expert with you
to deal with crazy saleman.
Today many dealers have higher
honesty and trust worthy.
Some even give you lowest price
without negociation.
But some are still use bad tricks
baits & switches and think customers are stupid.
But you are not the only dealer
in town they don't know that.
Even if they are the only one
I will go to others town.
Bye Bye I will not come again
and I will bring my others car
to your service shop again.
