The ambiance of this place is terrific! You can witness beautiful sunsets while enjoying wonderful food. Our waiter Ramone was exceptional and super friendly! He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of!

Not quite sure what all the hype is about. Granted, the view is amazing, but food and drink need some improvement. Drinks seemed week and dishes were average - I ordered a seafood risotto, which resembled more a rice pudding!

The food here was really good, we had the ribs which were tasty and meat fell off the bone. Along with 3 other starters which were really fresh and the food came out quickly. The drinks were also well priced and made well. We just didn't understand why we had to wait half an hour to get a table when the place only seemed half fun, the bar area was full so we went else where then came back. A good place to try if your visiting Hawaii, service was also very friendly.

***WEDDING RECEPTION REVIEW***

My neice had a destination wedding in Hawaii so this is where we had the wedding reception. We chose this place because we were in love with the open air setup next to the pool and halfway into the bar area.

The CONS:
We were next to the pool! If you have small children, you will not want to have your reception here. Nothing to stop them from taking the plunge. If you are wanting to have a wedding where everything is on time and you can actually count on the Head staff to get things done in a timely fashion....don't choose this place. We couldn't hear anything anyone was saying because we were adjacent to the bar and live music. No PA system so you can have meaningful toasts! The lady in charge of our reception was rude and very unprofessional. Hoping if you do have your reception here, you get someone other then Nikki. We ended up talking to the manager because we NEVER saw her during our reception. We only saw her during setup and then she vanished! Luckily our family is resourceful and we made sure we kept the ball rolling. Our reception was supposed to start at 7:00pm they said it was supposed to start at 7:30pm but our guests couldnt actually sit because the tables were still being setup at 7:45. Dinner was served a little after 7:50pm which is unacceptable. Most of the food was decent but nothing to rave about! The manager ended up giving the bride and groom and Bottle of Champane and two free mugs for the inconvienence.

The Pros:
The environment was gorgeous! The LIVE band was on point! Our party spent a ton of time in the Bar area dancing and drinking the night away! The Band played two songs for the Bride and groom which allowed for a First dance and a money dance! Mahalo to the band for making that happen. They went one to sing two traditional Samoan and Hawaiian songs so the Bride could Dance for the Groom! All of this was orchestrated by the band and our wedding party! The next group to play LIVE was just as amazing and we ended the night with a noise complaint so the BAND had to stop! The actual servers and the Bartenders were AMAZING! If your kids are older and can swim, plenty of room for them to run around and play.

All in all, the Bride and Groom enjoyed themselves and our Guests had a blast!
