Absolutely brilliant customer service from phoning in order as website was down, follow up calls regarding delivery & then delivery, guys were so polite and helpful, good sense of humours even though they'd had a long drive round the M25! Dissapointing service. Bought a mirror a couple of weeks ago and got it home but covered in brown tape that stained the mirror sides. Called the shop and spoke to Grace. We asked me to email a photo. Did this but no reply. Resent the email to her and still no response form the shop. The email was shown delivered my end twice!

I love this shop such lovely stock I brought some lovely cushions from here with all gems on them and none have fell off which is great there so stable and such good quality cushions I have also brought a bed ad my dining room table and chairs from here to ! excellent customer service and delivery always when they say ! :) I would highly recommend tides home and garden to anyone friendly staff who are always willing to help
Daylight robbery-When I visited the store the staff are like stalkers,they dont give you time to breath and follow you everywhere.Almost desperate for a sale.Ended up reluctantlly buying a couple of items of furniture.It arrived 5 weeks late,once opened we realised both item were damaged and one of the items was very poor quality and broke as soon as I sat on it.I called the shop at least 5 times but they never returned my calls.I even emailed them on numerous occasions and once again they ignored me.The customer service is truly shocking.Definitley spend you hard cash elsewhere.would rate zero stars if I could.(APPALLING)

Very poor customer service. We came in last Saturday and were completely ignored by all the staff - they were too busy swooning over a young man who had walked in seconds before us and who was quite obviously known to all the ladies there. If you want to sell something, you might want to pay attention to the actual customers, a simple hello would suffice. Also, easy on the scented candles/sticks...
BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THE AFTER SALES IS NON EXISTANT.WE MADE A ORDER 4 MONTHS AGO BEFORE THIS COVID19 AND IT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED,I HAVE EMAILED THEM 20 TIMES BUT NO REPLY.THE PHONE LINE IS DIVERTED TO SOMEONE WHO NEVER ANSWERS AND WHEN HE DOES ANSWER IS TOTALLY USELESS AND PROMISES TO GET BACK TO YOU BUT NEVER DOES.SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE IS A SHAMBLES RUN BY SOME ESSEX WIDEBOY- TAKE MY ADVICE AND AVOID AT ALL COST....OVERPRICED CHEAP CHINESE LOW QUALITY JUNK...
The customer service especially by Grace is absolutely superb, always polite, very helpful and the delivery guys are brilliant. The products are brilliant & superb value for money. Fantastic shop, I love it, my husband not so much!

A great family run business! Having moved into a new home I found the prospect of finding the perfect pieces of furniture rather daunting. Tom and his team were a great help and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 10 seater dining table along with an amazing console table which has already received many comments from visitors. Both shops have always been very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. More importantly, on both deliveries the men were polite, unpackaged my items and took the rubbish away something which is very rare nowadays. I will certainly be visiting again soon to find more exquisite items to dress my home. Thank you!

I loved this shop!! Sells the most beautiful things and all good until something goes wrong!!! Absolutely no customer service!! A cushion I brought from there website unfortunately started to loose all the gems!!! I only had this for a month and used for decorative purposes on my bed during the day and the ottoman through the night! The gems are quiet big so after several fell off it really showed in the cushion!! Initially they agreed to get it picked up and replaced after I sent them pictures then I got a call back to say that the manager Tom felt that after a month this is down to wear and tear!!??? He was so rude saying he s girlfriend has a sequin dress and it drops sequins that s how it is!! I also have a sequin dress that does this but it has thousands of sequins on and loosing a few makes no difference to the overall look of the dress a cushion however with large gems look rediculous when several have fallen off and it s clearly not fit for purpose as a cushion because it s clearly too delicate!! The funny thing was this is over an 18.00 sale cushion!! Imagine if you had a problem with your 1000 table!! Lost a good customer over a sale cushion!!
