Well, I did not like the wine and it was immediately replaced and refunded. That's what you call a service or more like a premium service. Then my whole bill came to half price. What more can I say...just beautiful. ..

Came here for a meeting. Didnt stay here so cant give a full 5 - but its a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Location is excellent - it is < 5min walk from London Bridge station (and attractions such as The Shard, HMS Belfast & Tower Bridge). Dont know what the prices are like to stay, but its a nice hotel in a nice location. And if you are going to stay- hypothetically, if I was (I'm a Londoner & live 2miles away), I wouldn't bother with Breakfast incl unless it was Free. PLENTY of options literally a stone throw away (eg M&S for pastries, fruit, cold cuts; Leon for hot food; Eat for Sandwiches etc).

Good.

Excellent location and easy access to the tube and rail. Easy to get to from Gatwick. Rooms are clean and neat. Not the cheapest of options but if you book well in advance and don't mind paying in advance make sure to have a room with breakfast and executive lounge access included. Various food and drinks included from breakfast to 10pm.

Attended a Christmas party, I have to say this was the poorest Christmas themed event I have attended.
There was no decorations, staff were rude and unhelpful.
The food was awful, the turkey was so dry when I cut into it it exploded with dust (ok, slight exaggeration...).
Overall a very poor event, arrived 630pm, left by 930pm, very disappointed.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip and what a great place. Staff were real nice and the location is great for getting around the city and it was very close to where I needed to be for 2 days which was really helpful. Looking forward to going back.

Great location on South Bank with good public transport links. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Limited facilities at hotel during Covid restrictions, same as everywhere else.

Birthday treat from my wife, who upgraded our room to an executive suite. Fantastic treat in the room when we arrived.

The room.was spacious, the bed was divine, possibly the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel.

Yes it isn't cheap but it's well worth the money.

This hotel is immaculate. I attended for a trade show. Everything about the experience was close to perfect. Staff in particular are a credit to the brand - attentive, considerate and happy to help. If you put an empty mug down and look away for a few seconds, it's gone by the time you look back. "Well-oiled machine" seems appropriate.

Lunch was absolutely fantastic and the chefs are clearly very experienced and hard working.

Something I also noticed was that at no point in the day was I too hot or too cold. No aircon issues at all.

I can highly recommend this hotel for any corporate events.

It's ok but for the price paid I expected something more grand.. Bedrooms rather on the small side... Good selection of bathroom freebies... Breakfast good as can help yourself... We had our room upgraded as daughter came with us; however she only had a camp bed for the 2 nights.. Not good for a 15yr old... Felt rather deflated..

A thoroughly good stay was had at this brilliant hotel; it provided the perfect night's rest prior to a day at Southwark Crown court. A quick nod to Jamie's Italian London Bridge restaurant. Compliments to the Chef and the staff!

I loved this property. The location makes it perfect, it's nearby many attractions such as Tower of London and the London Bridge. The staff is very professional, helpful, attentive; they are the definition of customer service. I highly recommend to upgrade to get the Executive Lounge, it's by far one the best ones I've been to, it's worth every penny. The toiletries that they provide are fantastics, Peter Roth Thomas is considered high end in USA. I definitely will stay here when I come back.

Stayed here for two nights early January 2018. When in London we normally stay around county hall but decided to try a new location this time. We are so glad we did, location wise this hotel is fabulous. As all other reviews have said, it's closer to transport hubs, you can be at tower bridge within 5 mins by foot. Food wise, there's lots..... From Jamie's that's connected to the hotel itself to lots of varieties and price ranges all within 5/10 mins walk from the hotel. My tip.. have a walk to borough market (8 mins walk), here you can find virtually every type of restaurant you would ever need..

Back to the hotel.. we are a family of four, do decided to take two rooms, one twin for the children and a king for the adults. We did reserve an interconnected room with Hilton, when checking in, the hotel didn't have anything listed on the reservation, the staff at the hotel tried to help with this but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate this request but did put us in two rooms that were next to each other. This was acceptable to us but it may have caused a problem for some.

The hotel was clean, decoration modern, bedrooms were fine, both had fabulous views of the Shard. My one and only negative of the room.. The beds were incredibly hard. This isn't normally a problem so long as you have good quality pillows to support your head and neck but all the pillows provided were very poor and gave no support. To resolve I ended up using the cushion from the seat for support under the pillows. All four of us had the same issues. I've reduced the score by one star for this.

All in all. A great hotel and we will be coming back later in the year.

If I could just make a mention about Bruno, one member of staff that seemed only to happy to assist. Thank you.

Brilliant service, came here for our first wedding anniversary and they upgraded us gave us a free bottle of Prosecco and two free drinks at the bar. Even Put rose petals on the bed . Will definitely be coming back.

This is what you call customer service.

Excellent hotel, nice that they upgraded us as it was an 80th Birthday. Great location for Tower Bridge etc. Rooms are getting a bit tired, worn handles and paint but don't let that put you off.
