Dissapointing service. Bought a mirror a couple of...

Dissapointing service. Bought a mirror a couple of weeks ago and got it home but covered in brown tape that stained the mirror sides. Called the shop and spoke to Grace. We asked me to email a photo. Did this but no reply. Resent the email to her and still no response form the shop. The email was shown delivered my end twice!
