I loved this shop!! Sells the most beautiful things and all good until something goes wrong!!! Absolutely no customer service!! A cushion I brought from there website unfortunately started to loose all the gems!!! I only had this for a month and used for decorative purposes on my bed during the day and the ottoman through the night! The gems are quiet big so after several fell off it really showed in the cushion!! Initially they agreed to get it picked up and replaced after I sent them pictures then I got a call back to say that the manager Tom felt that after a month this is down to wear and tear!!??? He was so rude saying he s girlfriend has a sequin dress and it drops sequins that s how it is!! I also have a sequin dress that does this but it has thousands of sequins on and loosing a few makes no difference to the overall look of the dress a cushion however with large gems look rediculous when several have fallen off and it s clearly not fit for purpose as a cushion because it s clearly too delicate!! The funny thing was this is over an 18.00 sale cushion!! Imagine if you had a problem with your 1000 table!! Lost a good customer over a sale cushion!!
