Very poor customer service. We came in last Saturday and were completely ignored by all the staff - they were too busy swooning over a young man who had walked in seconds before us and who was quite obviously known to all the ladies there. If you want to sell something, you might want to pay attention to the actual customers, a simple hello would suffice. Also, easy on the scented candles/sticks...
