BUYER BEWARE!!! This company has employees whose main role is to call the ticketing departments at events i.e. Rodeo Austin, Rodeo Houston, Austin City Limits, etc. and give a false name and info to purchase tickets in bulk and then will turn around and sell them for a higher price through their website. So not only are they taking advantage of you as a customer, but also taking advantage of these events especially the non-profit organizations such as Rodeo Austin and Rodeo Houston. The one star on here is very generous. If I weren't forced to click on at least one star then there wouldn't be any stars. It's sad that these people make a living doing this. Also the information that they give about each event is not completely accurate. My advice is to always click on and purchase your tickets from the event's direct link so you can for sure know what you are getting.

Tickets were not received for 3 months. Had to call them daily to find out where my tickets were and come to find out seller lost them. If I would not have called, the tickets will have never showed up. I am still without tickets right now with game a week away.

After having a bad experience with a higher profile ticket distributor, I decided to give TicketCity a try for the first Houston Texans game, since they're local and have had consistently good reviews. What they may lack in fame, TicketCity makes up for in customer service and support a thousand times over.

The gentleman I spoke with (can't remember his name) empathized with me about the terrible season the Texans had, and tossed in free shipping! Can't say enough about them....I'll be back!

So after guacamole and sangria at the Rick Bayless...

So after guacamole and sangria at the Rick Bayless joint right next to my gate in O'Hare, I responded to the gate agent's request to check my roller bag, forgetting to get my Sugar Bowl tickets (packed for 3 days) out of the suitcase (blame it on the alcohol). I was flying into Gulfport to stay at Keesler AFB, with plans to drive to NOLA the next day, pick up my sorority sister from the airport and head to the game. Nightmare scenario ensued...the next day, I'm in NOLA with NO bag, NO clothes and of course, NO tickets to the game. AND since it's New Year's Day, NO one is answering the phone at Ticket City! I spent most of the day trying not to have a nervous breakdown! At about 3pm, just after I had been informed I would not get my bag before the game, I got a call from Shawn! I explained the situation, he didn't make any promises but said he would see what he could do. And what he did was get us duplicate tickets! I don't know what he did, but Shawn absolutely saved the day and I am forever grateful! Now if he just could have run the ball a few time for 'Bama! Roll Tide!

Bot Tex/OU basketball tickets. A day or two later, receive via UPS 2 tickets to Tex/Kan St. Reviewed my order. Yes, I ordered, per TicketCity website, OU tickets. Got online and their AI tool is LOATHSOME! So, I called 800 number. After 20 minutes of 3x describing my situation (she did not understand English such as "Kansas" and "State" including a 7-9 minute hold period, I told her to just cancel the entire transaction. Oh! Cant do that (told). Temperature beginning to simmer. She then tells me to get pen and paper as I need to receive instrux. Got it--I need to be put to work for THEIR mistake. So as to more to closure, I asked her to have someone contact me who can solve this elementary situation. Oh, and one star is too much.

Update: read Ticketcity reply below--oh, no interest in ME getting the CORRECT tix? Oh. Nice touch. Obviously, the seller sent the wrong tickets (same seats -different game). And NO promised call back per Ticketcity person two days ago....yes, I sent via email the snapshot. The CUSTOMER continues to EXECUTE! Ticketcity -fumble after fumble

2nd update: sent pictures of WRONGLY sent tickets along with picture of previous correspondence. Included particulars that ---for any other organization serving customers--would lead to an immediate resolution.
Instead , one lame email saying we're here to help. Goodness gracious! Day 4 , no resolution.

3rd update: over a week has gone by. Received a call this afternoon saying a label would be sent via email. "...print it off, affix to an envelope (the tickets arrived via UPS so this will be no nickel envelope!) and send back to us..." Oh, and we'll get your tickets to you sometime thereafter.

So, I MUST PURCHASE AN EXPENSIVE envelope and send the incorrrect tickets to them? So, I'm out more money and time owing to THEIR mistake...since compounded??! OH,

Now, that's customer service! Classic! Well, at least Ticket City is consistent. Unbeliev!

Did they say,(1) we'll reimburse you some of our expense charge or (2) we'll send an envelope along with your tickets?! NOOOO! Again, classic

4th update: promised email and label? Nothing . You have to admire TicketCity for CONSISTENT customer-no-service.

It s now postponed until 2099... really 2099... my daughter is a single mom that spent hard earned 500.00 + to take her son to his favorite thing. Now not a refund... who wants to purchase tickets for 2099.. it needs to be called rip off city...

I had a really great experience with Ticketcity. I purchased a few somewhat high value tickets without, apparently, knowing the location of the seats and the seating layout at the venue. Maggie, a representative at Ticketcity, immediately gave me a call to inform me of the full details prior to completing the transaction just to ensure that I was making a fully informed purchasing decision. She was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. She also was able to walk me through my purchase step by step and was a great help to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed my customer experience with Ticketcity and am definitely going to use their services again. I would highly recommend them to everyone else!

Disappointing customer service. I made a mistake with the dates of the tickets and within 1h I tried to change it, just one day difference. In less than 1 min I got a reply back saying sorry, this is not any more their problem and good luck in re-selling the tickets. Sorry but this Sucks!

Part 1
This is my first Super Bowl Experience and obviously finding tickets were a premium and stressful to find the right seat at the right price while prices were climbing. I purchase almost all my secondary market tickets from Stubhub and try to avoid Ticketmaster as much as possible. Hidden service fees are the biggest annoyance in trying to buy tickets but I was happy with my price at Ticket City to Find a Zoned Lower corner Seat for under $3500. However I really was stressed that I could not pickup tickets until the day of the game and I did not know where the seats were but, I trusted TicketCity and found it semi convenient that I would pickup the tickets on gameday near the stadium. So, Saturday the day before the Super Bowl I get a call saying I need to pick up the ticket in Scottsdale that day and that the original gameday pickup location is not happening. This is semi upsetting because I didn't have a car and already was in downtown PHX and had plans most of the day with friends. So, I had to UBER to Scottsdale and pickup the ticket. Ryan was pleasant to deal with but, it sucked having to spend $40 on Uber rides to go pickup the ticket and then go back to PHX. But the actual issue when I looked up the seating chart on the ride back is that my seat was not a lower corner that I paid for but an Endzone seat which I could of got much cheaper during the time of purchase. I fully know that tickets were hard to get for the game and I can't return the ticket because I would not have a backup option. So, that really sucked. In the End did I get a ticket and got into the game, YES! Fully knowing that people that used other companies got nothing. Was it the seat I was hoping for when I purchased? NO! Did I like the way the ticket pickup was handled? Not at all

I wrote the initial section before I went to bed the other night and also wrote that review for his company website feedback I received. So, when I wake up the next day I have 2 missed calls, a text and an email from the CEO of TicketCity Randy Cohen. I initially thought it could not be real and had to Google his name to see if it was a scam or something. So, while I am still trying to wake up that morning I call him back since it seemed really strange to get those messages. Well 1. This dude has a ton of energy and I thought I was talking to a recording for a second because the guy talked non stop for 5 minutes after he answered. 2. He was genuinely interested in resolving my situation and making sure I was happy with my experience.
I totally understand the situation TicketCity faced with the Super Bowl because I met at least 20 fans that bought tickets from unknown ticket dealers and didn't get into the game. So, I understood the problems his company faced with the ticket scarcity and not being able to get the zoned ticket I ordered in the exact spot.

1. He immediately refunded me my $40 Uber rides without even asking for the receipts.
2. He said he was going to give me some type of credit or gift card to address the seat issues but, really to give his company a second chance.
3. He wanted to do something special for me since he knows that I do a lot of solo adventure seeking and that I was planning to go to Austin sometime this year or next. He offered if I happened to be in Austin, stay with him if I chose , hang out, get some BBQ or see a ballgame if I wanted. Which really was quite amazing to hear this personal touch in trying to make a customer happy.
I worked for Nordstrom for 5 years and I always felt that was the last company that still truly cared about customer service and going above and beyond. (just Google the Nordstrom Urban Legend Alaskan tire story)

So of course I am going to take him up on the offer. At no time did he ask me to change my 3 star rating of TicketCity to 5 stars he was only focused on making sure he could make up my bad experience and I truly appreciated it.

Very dissatisfying experience. Biggest reasons for dissatisfaction: (1) $39 service charge (2) $13 charge for FedEx to deliver my tickets from Austin TX to Austin TX. Everything was computer automated, so no service was actually rendered. The USPS charges $0.46 to send an envelope from California to New York, but FedEx charges $13 to send one across town? I don't think so. No more TicketCity for me.

Im so happy with this company, it was my first time using. I was searching for last minute tickets to wrestlemania 33, and this company was the only site that had the cheapeast tickets. I was a little nervous of purchasing tickets because for some reason their reviews werent so great. Well, i got my tickets on time and I had a question inregards of how to get tickets and there response was quick, the best part I got good seats. I was able to take pics of almost all the wrestlers, they were not even 2feet away from us!!! My son was so happy!!! He had a blast!!! I wish I could post pictures to show you guys how close I was able to see and take pics of wrestlers up close!!! I paid $480 total for me and my son. We werent able to see the stage very well but was able to see the ring also see wrestlers up close,and my son was able to even shake their hands and even take some selfies with them. Thanks again TicketCity for letting us have a memorable experience.

Kyle Coffman is the best, polite, fast, and very helpful. I can't believe how well I was treated. I used to say want it fast good or cheap, pick any two. Now I say call TicketCity! CJWII

I bought tickets to see Tyler Perry's, Madea on the run. The ordering & delivery of my tickets went seamlessly, however the day of the play wasn't. We get to the venue & my ticket are rejected, seems they were sold twice. Called Ticket City to find out the problem & they were accommodating, they sent a broker out with new tickets. However the play was half over, so I asked for a total refund. They refunded my money without a problem & it was posted to my credit card the next day. I was terribly dissappointed, these tickets were a Christmas gift for a dear friend. Proceed with caution when using this company. I won't take the chance with them again.

Needed to get 2 Texans tickets to yesterday's game last minute and they were on it. No hassles and the sales rep I spoke to was patient and friendly. I was able to get really great seats for my mom's birthday and she couldn't have been happier. Thanks guys :)

After purchasing my tickets, the instructions told me my tickets would be at will call. When I went to will-call, they told me they do not issue third-party tickets such as ticket City. I called customer service because no one had my tickets and they told me they don't issue refunds and that I should have called earlier. After spending 45 minutes on the phone and transfer to multiple people, I missed the event, wasted my anniversary evening, and still waiting on refund.....maybe...after their "investigation" into what happened.

BUYER BEWARE!!! In August I searched though TicketCity for sold out concert tickets to see Halsey at Webster Hall in October. The search TicketCity brought up offered me $100 tickets listed under "Halsey" at "Webster Hall" on the date she was scheduled to perform. After providing my payment, I received a confirmation e-mail that I ACTUALLY purchased tickets to see a band I have never heard of before in the basement level of Webster Hall that day-not giving me access to Halsey whatsoever. These tickets had a face value of $10 and were actually free at the door the day of the show because they never sold out by the date of the show.

I called TicketCity to explain that their seller had improperly listed tickets to a no-name band under the headliner's name, but that the tickets did not give me access to see the artist I paid to see and searched for through their site. They said all sales are final and there was nothing they could do.

I have used this site plenty of times in the past, but I will absolutely never buy another ticket through them again. This is fraud. They allow their sellers to fraudulently list tickets and then provide no protection to their buyers-they got their cut of the deal, so why would they care?

NEVER again. I go to at least a dozen concerts per year...looks like they just lost a huge chunk of my future thousands of dollars spent. Other 3rd party ticket sites are trustworthy and protect the buyer as much if not more than the seller. You may pay a bit more per ticket, but at the end of the day, at least you are getting what you pay for and not tickets that were actually free to see some bootleg garage band.

I have nothing but nice things to say about TicketCity. They have continually fulfilled all my needs when looking for event tickets.

Always professional and honest, they provide the service that I would expect.

Until they give me a reason to switch service providers (which I highly doubt) I will continue to use them.

I had a little trouble purchasing on the website since my billing and shipping addresses were different. I called and spoke with Kendall, and she was able to help me. She was super nice and very helpful. She helped me pick out seats that I would enjoy yet stay within my budget. I received the tickets sooner than expected, and everything has been great! I highly recommend Ticket City, and be sure to call in rather than placing the order online because the staff is just great to talk to!!

Using TicketCity was the worst experience I've ever had with a ticket service. I have a daughter that was going to participate in the band her first year at a football game. I purchased tickets with TicketCity months ahead of the event. 2 weeks before the event I inquired as to why I don't have the tickets and the guy said that TicketCity has up to 2 hours before the event to issue tickets. I inquired 4 days before same answer and the again the day before and Michael was no help at all he just fueled my frustration more I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that their supervisors don't know how to handle customers and that he was the only one that can help he also said there are no refunds. Same day of the event still no tickets and I'm getting upset because I'm thinking that I have just been scammed by TicketCity. I called several times today the day of the event and it sounded like someone picks up the phone and then hangs up after a long wait listening to elevator music. I tried a 4th time and finally Marissa answered I wanted to vent my frustration with her, but she was too professionally nice. Marissa informed me that the seller of these tickets have been unresponsive for their request and she gave me tickets to the game, but at different seats in the stadium. I had originally ordered 50 yard line tickets, but I settled for corner end zone tickets because I needed to see my daughter. I have to travel to get to this game and if I get there with TicketCity's 1 hour before the event policy I am taking a risk if I get there and no tickets I'm just out of luck. My friends that ordered from Stub Hub and TicketMaster got their tickets on time with no hassle. I will not be taking a chance using TicketCity again. If you want to gamble with TicketCity good luck.

Awesome customer service, very helpful in answering all my questions and they went above and beyond for me. They also make buying and picking up tickets very easy, never had issues or hidden fees.

I bought Super Bowl tickets and Dallas Cowboys tickets from TicketCity this year and had a great experience. Their prices were the best I found online, they offered a great selection, the service charge was much lower than other sites and they don t charge for shipping. Most other companies charge $5 or more for eTickets or instant download but not TicketCity. I recommend them to all my friends and will keep using them for all my event ticket needs. Thank you!
