Bot Tex/OU basketball tickets. A day or two later, receive via UPS 2 tickets to Tex/Kan St. Reviewed my order. Yes, I ordered, per TicketCity website, OU tickets. Got online and their AI tool is LOATHSOME! So, I called 800 number. After 20 minutes of 3x describing my situation (she did not understand English such as "Kansas" and "State" including a 7-9 minute hold period, I told her to just cancel the entire transaction. Oh! Cant do that (told). Temperature beginning to simmer. She then tells me to get pen and paper as I need to receive instrux. Got it--I need to be put to work for THEIR mistake. So as to more to closure, I asked her to have someone contact me who can solve this elementary situation. Oh, and one star is too much.

Update: read Ticketcity reply below--oh, no interest in ME getting the CORRECT tix? Oh. Nice touch. Obviously, the seller sent the wrong tickets (same seats -different game). And NO promised call back per Ticketcity person two days ago....yes, I sent via email the snapshot. The CUSTOMER continues to EXECUTE! Ticketcity -fumble after fumble

2nd update: sent pictures of WRONGLY sent tickets along with picture of previous correspondence. Included particulars that ---for any other organization serving customers--would lead to an immediate resolution.
Instead , one lame email saying we're here to help. Goodness gracious! Day 4 , no resolution.

3rd update: over a week has gone by. Received a call this afternoon saying a label would be sent via email. "...print it off, affix to an envelope (the tickets arrived via UPS so this will be no nickel envelope!) and send back to us..." Oh, and we'll get your tickets to you sometime thereafter.

So, I MUST PURCHASE AN EXPENSIVE envelope and send the incorrrect tickets to them? So, I'm out more money and time owing to THEIR mistake...since compounded??! OH,

Now, that's customer service! Classic! Well, at least Ticket City is consistent. Unbeliev!

Did they say,(1) we'll reimburse you some of our expense charge or (2) we'll send an envelope along with your tickets?! NOOOO! Again, classic

4th update: promised email and label? Nothing . You have to admire TicketCity for CONSISTENT customer-no-service.
