Nice hotel having lot of coffee shops and restaurants in it and it has office floors as well

Worst experiance !!!!
I have booked the hotel for my guests (family of 4 members) for 2 nights and after the guest checked out the property, later on i got a call from the hotel saying that guest has used minibar and we are going to charge the registerd card for an amount of aed 594, then after 30 minutes they have charged the amount without my confirmation, still i dont know that guests had used the minibar and if yes, why the hotel didnt charge or inform them while they checked out..Strange and unprofessional

More like an Entertainment Center then a Hotel, GCC family "should" avoid it

Rooms are big with 2 queen beds and the price was great ( cause its july )

There is show in the ground floor for the family
Gym is great
Swimming pool is tiny but u can use hilton pools - same building - supermarket behind the building

One of the best hotels that i have been to.. You will get the vibe that you are in a 7 star hotel with a breath taking waiting area where they greet you with a smile and makes us comfortable like our own home.. Just visit them and you will feel it..

Nice, fancy hotel. Good, attentive staff. Pricey but good food. Just what one needs for business or pleasure. Absolutely terrific Mumbai Street Food restaurant attached. Another nice thing is that the H is not in the main drag craziness of Dubai. One can walk from the hotel 5 minutes to 'normal' Emirates shopping

Enish restaurant- the pride of Africa in H hotel. I had a good time there with friends.

Dirty, bathroom are filth , prayer room smelly, dirty, poorly cleaned, valet parking staff back side seems angry

H hotel is a combination of hotel and office space. Its a great place to stay. The hotel staff are friendly and always helpful to all the guest. The lobby is great as well. Plenty of space to chill out. Zoom supermarket is in next building and Carrefour supermarket is just 3 mins walk from the hotel. World Trade Metro station will take you 10 mins walk. There are lots of restaurant as well on the area to choose to.

Best restaurants in town. Eat and Meat brunch is fantastic and Play always great. Good location

Always a wonderful experience all the way through. Love the rooms although they could use some freshening up but definitely still worth the stay.

Will not repeat the experience again.
Not bad as a room size and staff were very friendly but any request from the room service it takes from 30 to 40 minutes.
No hair dryer at the room, you have to request it as well as iron table.
The room provides condoms and pleasure gel if you re interested

He settled in the hotel for a couple of nights, at first, the staff's response was not satisfactory, they consistently apologized and paid for dinner for two. On the day of departure, it was free around 7 o'clock and turning to Shang Tours ordered an individual excursion to Palm Jumeirah. Also pleased: the s-class machine and a fairly quick response with a guide through the messenger. Everything went on top, pleased.

The worst experiences in a hotel in Dubai I ever had

Lion pub has some great food with very relaxed and friendly service. The Roast chicken and fish and chips are my favorites there.

The place is pleasant and has very elegant ambience. The back parking is quite confusing.

Thr rooms are amazingly spacious, the staff are so friendly, the location is just perfect and is located at a hot spot in shk Zayed road.

I know this place bcoz of Rivoli office and the office of Redington. Little tough to understand where to park if you are a first timer. Little complicated to locate the offices as its ought to be a hotel!!

Excellent Hotel.

Spacious rooms with great Gym/Pool. A little out of the way from Dubai's main attractions but proximity to the airport is a win.

Inside the hotel they have one of the cities most popular clubs and (although I didn't try any) really nice restaurants.

Staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need to make your stay in Dubai great.

Fantastic Hotel, great staff, lovely views and great location

The restaurant is beyond beautiful. Food was very tasty and the portion was a lot. We had a wonderful dinner celebrating my 51st birthday. Our server was very professional and friendly. Great time.
