Locations is good as it is close to Metro and world trade centre. Staff is courteous.

Very old and dirty room not even a 2 star hotel, not recommended at all,food really very expensive, furniture is worn out

Nice hotel, but there is a problem. If you forget any item that belongs to you, it tells you what we got, forgot a wristwatch in an expensive room.

old carpet must be replaced, or refurbish all rooms cuz location is superb!
Special thanks to Mr. Mohsen the Lifeguard, always smiling, helpful and paying attention to all swimmers.
Not recommended for families with kids as all showers and bathtub are exposed to seating area in rooms.

Sadly for me this is a 5* hotel lobby without a newspaper, offering only a 3 month old Time Out for amusement. It's the detail that counts, sometimes.

One of the best high end brunches in Dubai. The food is the real highlight with some awesome dishes. It can feel a bit weird as it's like being in a hotel lobby if your on the outer tables. That said the great music and choice of wines make up for it. Well worth a visit, one of our top 5 brunches in Dubai.

Good place, good food and staff, but not easy to go into or out of as there is a lot of traffic around it most of the day.

Impressive hotel, the epic, majestic, spacious and beautifully decorated room, the luxurious bathroom.
Very attentive, pleasant service. We had a problem with an activity that we hired from an external company and from reception they were calling and understanding each other until things were fixed.
The breakfast buffet is very complete and all delicious (yes, we tried to try a little of everything hehe)

Fantastic experience in this hotel, the area in which it is located is the business part of Dubai and is equidistant from the main "attractions" of Dubai.
At the back of the reception you can find a guy who takes care of booking / organizing excursions, very nice who will be able to fully advise you
The atmosphere of the hotel puts you at ease and is very relaxing, the outdoor swimming pool is excellent to soothe the sultry heat outside while inside you can find air conditioning everywhere.
The room is always very clean and very spacious, about 50sqm of room
As for the food, there is an excellent buffet for breakfast and another for lunch, very stocked and with dishes from all over the world, dinner is served a la carte, the menu is always the same and everything is excellent .
Attention only when you leave the hotel, if you are looking for a simple taxi call it with your hand, instead there will be a young lady who will ask you every time if you are interested in the taxi and if you answer her yes she will get you a taxi a little more luxurious and therefore also more expensive (about double the classic taci)

One of the best hotel in Dubai conveniently located near the trade centre. The hotel lobby is huge and fantastic. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast selection was also very varied and delicious.

I don't know how you say its 5 * hotel very dirty specially in COVID-19 time you most clean extra , and for me this will effect dubai amge one of the most clean city in the world , by your dirty toilets

Finding the ballroom parking is a really tough job. They have a gold plated sign fixed on the wall of a building which looks like a warehouse entrance. The sign is extremely difficult to see and I went around the whole block 3 times before finding it. Would strongly recommend that the management change it to a larger and easy to see sign as I found that other people attending the same conference as me had the same issue.
The hotel itself is opulent, but I was considering going back without attending the meeting due to the frustration of not being able to figure out how to get in. That makes any impressions about the hotel, service etc irrelevant.

Very good hotel that offers very good value for money. The hotel also hosts 2 fantastic restaurants, the first being my favourite japense fusion restaurant called Okku and the second is mixed cuisine restaurant by the name of Play. There is also a nice rooftop bar lounge but you have to book a table if your with all males.

So romantic and amazing place for. Deliver training courses ... doing business meetings..... and stay with family
