Location is convenient. Valet parking is average especially during car return.
In meeting room, catering is very good service is great, very courteous staff.
Attached prayer hall is average. Overall hotel ambience is extremely comforting and posh.

Great place to stay, the size of the room is really good around 50m fit for the small families.

Cons:
- Valet Parking usually takes around 10 min to bring the car.

Just superb. I hold my meetings there often. The team and amazing Stefani at the lobby of H Hotel are best in class.
The reason I'm giving 5 stars is Batrecia in housekeeping team, who ever read this, make sure to tell her she's amazing. Rooms are comfortable, view is nice, location very strategical. But sometimes cars outside tricks you, make sure to ask about the price before taking a car outside.

The hotel taxis outside are a rip off.
We got the hotel in an Uber from the Ritz Carlton DIFC... 25 Dirhams. We got accosted by their hotel taxi on the way back, and they charged 100 Dirham. For a journey of about 2.5kn (5 to 7 minutes ride)
The hotel should sort out this predatory behaviour by their taxis

It went all wrong this time: unhelpful valet parking staff, suitcase reached 90mins late to the room. The room was great but I was too upset to enjoy it.

Attended a business meeting for three days, Fancy hotel.
The Hotel location is perfect. Staff are so friendly. Smoth checkin and room was cleaned well I ordered room service and food was so delicious and Ahmed whom served my order was so helpful and outstanding. Will recommend this hotel to all of my friends

My experience at the hair salon ( ivy beauty and bubbles ) was absolutely wonderful !
Ozzy is not only a master cutter and colorist, but a true artist. For my initial appointment, he took the time to get to know me and my long lifeless hair. He quickly came up with suggestions and we agreed to take a few inches off, add a few well placed highlights, keeping my hair natural looking.
My hair now feels so healthy, has volume and I have never been happier with it.
Many thanks to Ozzy for bringing out the best in my hair and making me feel beautiful!

I have stayed in this hotel for two nights and unfortunately a bad stay
From the reception staff and from the worst rooms and the furniture is very old and inside the rooms there are insects and there is no one to receive the guests
As well as the restaurant, the breakfast is cold and has no taste, and the service in the restaurant is poor
I hope that the management is changing because it is bad management
I do not advise anyone to choose this hotel and it is rated as only one star
The hotel is located on the intersection of 2nd December street and shaikh Zayed road which gives a uniqueness with regards to scenery views.

Has several nice restaurants , OKKO, play , pool parties are not bad also with very interesting view , open pool area is fully surrounded by buildings and create some mysterious athmosphere
