Was attending and training here and had a very good lunch, very polite and professional staffs. This place have very easy access from road.

Good place to stay as well as enjoy food in their restaurants

Went there for an event. The hotel is nice. However, the valet parking is not as such. I had to wait 16 minutes to get my car back from valet.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional.

H Bar has very pleasant ambience. A great place to enjoy a drink and cigar. The staff are excellent. In particular Mahesh and Anand are brilliant. They are attentive and constantly looked after us throughout the night. Can not fault. It's an excellent place to relax and enjoy.

I have a soft spot for the H since I ve stayed there a lot for many many years. The location is great and right next to it there s 40 kong which is a cool spot to hang out with friends (if weather permits since it s a rooftop lounge). The rooms are nice and the services is amazing.

Beginning from the entrance and all I can say is that its massive and grand. Quite spacious with nice aroma around. Welcoming staff, amazing interior just makes this place a perfect outing spot with family and friends.

The ball room is huge and very convenient to hold events.

My first trip to Dubai and I stated At H on the 26th floor .. Amazing experience !!

- Nice smell as you enter, good lobby atmosphere and decor
- The room is nice however: was suprised with the lack of a complimentary dental kits and a clothing iron
- Pillows are quite flat
- Room service makes an excellent creme brulee
- The shower is nice but leaks long after usage

When I forgot my card-key and needed to ask for my room number at the desk, the front desk clerk asked me some security questions before giving me a new key card for my room. This was a great hotel at a great price.

Extremely spacious and really clean rooms. Room service and in general all services from those of cleanliness and food are really efficient and fast. They even contact you via WhatsApp to ask you if you need anything. I recommend it because the price is really good.

The hotel is on Sheikh Zayed Road, mercy in its beginning towards Abu Dhabi 5 star, excellent spacious room, but the furniture is old

nice reception. friendly staff. lovely spacious room with large window with view of city. prompt room service. turn down service. but did not like the american restaurant. cigar bar was closed everyday. pool bar needs a revamp and clean up. good stay

Santosh is a great duty manager. He helped us with our problem at the valet and I would really consider staying here next time I am in Dubai even though I am a SPG/Mariott platinum member with a dedicated Ambassador

Nice ambiance . If you like Hindi music of the older days, this is the place to go too. Food is very good and they serve alcohol also.

One of the nice hotels in Dubai, an artistic interior, lovely atmosphere, good number of restaurans and bars. Visited Delphine restaurant in Ramadan, vallet service informed to take over my car from the other side of the hotel, where there was no options except stairs, so I had to carry my kids stroller all the way down on stairs!! That seems not to be the usual case and it might be due to the load of cars within Ramadan Iftar time.

Food outlets have good promotions, worth checking out

The RESTAURANT SKY5 in this hotel....
Terrible, they make you order more than you want, the waiter told us that I had a drink for free and when we saw the bill they charged the drink also, one drink for 75aed, we paid 110aed for 4 shrimps in a plate with sauces.
They dont respect social distance (in this times of corona virus it's important to follow the rules) and they don't respected the numbers of full capacity. And If you try to complain they treat you like nothing, it's simple they just want your money!
I dont recomend!

The place is very cozy, relaxing and comfortable to stay.
