My daughter's studio owner recommended this shop, and I love it!

The sales person that helped us was very professional and knowledgeable, and ordered shoes from another location sent to the Naperville store for us, with no fee. I found everything else I needed in one stop. Cute clothes! They have a frequent buyer card which is worth $25 when its full. That's a great deal! I had ordered some items online at the end of summer and when I compared my purchases including shipping and the discount card, it was a little less expensive at the shop which surprised me. I'd rather have my daughter try on the clothes and shoes before I buy them instead of waiting for it to ship only to find out she needs a different size.

When we visited there was a rude customer with 3 children who were running all over the store yelling and throwing toys and dropping merchandise on the floor. The mother ignored them and one of the sales persons had to finally say something, but she was very professional and very kind. I would have thrown the woman and her brats out! LOL! Very nice people! I will definitely go back!

First-time customer. One employee was very welcoming upon entering store. However when we asked to try on a particular brand name hip hop shoe to get an idea on sizing (they didn't carry the model we were looking for) another employee informed us a $10 fitting fee would be charged. We were buying a leotard from the store and also trying on ballet shoes. A $10 fitting fee simply because they know they won't get a sale? Bad business. Very dissatisfied. We won't be back.

I give this a one star because we drove 30 minutes to get there and my 4 year old cousin had to pee. It was pouring down rain and we said do you guys have a bathroom . They told us that the bathroom was not a public bathroom and that he could not use the bathroom. I would understand if it was like and older person but it was a 4 year old

Professional dance/ballet store with a waitlist for shoe fitting.

Got to the store 20 mins before close. They wouldn't let us try on shoes! Not coming back. Get there an hour before close or you will be sorry!!!

We were very happy with our experience here. The associates that helped us Jan and Christina, were so friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our time there. Went on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised at the selection of jazz shoes they had to choose from. Jan provided excellent service, giving us options and providing her expertise about sizing. Christina helped my teen with toe protectors for toe blisters (never knew there was such an item). We had a nice chat and we will definitely go back for dance items.

I was very happy. Service was really good. I will definitely go back. And, I will bring other family members for their dance supplies

The ladies were so nice and very helpful. We came in late on a weeknight and they were patient and accommodating. They have a beautiful selection of dancewear and had everything we needed.

Very nice service, but I hated the $10 fee so we bought all of our stuff there!!!! Pretty nice and pleasant place. I was very satisfied! Everyone should go shopping there!!!!

I'm a complete novice to anything dance related. I found the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I'm taking an adult ballet class for the first time as a 32 year old. I only knew that I needed shoes. The staff helped me try on many types of ballet shoes and sizes to find the right fit for me. They also helped entertain my 1 year old daughter who was running around the store while I was trying on shoes. The ladies were so sweet and accommodating. So glad this place was recommended to me! I would've been completely lost otherwise!

My daughter had a wonderful experience here. The service that was given to us was awesome.I recommend this place to anyone.
