Good ambiance:) reception desk totally unaware of the floor mapping, and be careful there are few elevators which will just go to the floor you choose in the beginning and one of these took me to a floor which was just concrete hall without anything lolx I was like is it the same hotel :p I visited them during the first week of Nov-2018

H Dubai is home to Enish restaurant on the first floor. Entrance would be from the back side where one has an option to self park or valet at a fee obviously. Covid safety regulations well respected here with hand sanitizers at the entrance and thermometer readers too. Very clean establishment and well maintained too.

I really appreciate the kind treatment of the staff. They are professional. Room was amazing, spacious, every inch of it was clean and taken care of. The gym was equipped with machines for each and every muscle. Breakfast meets everyone's taste. I have had great time.

Really pretty hotel. Carpets gave me allergies though which hasn't happened in a while. Maybe need to do a bit more dusting. Otherwise food is good. Beds are comfortable. Linen is clean and the service has been amazing so far.

A very luxurious hotel .... and a great location for those who want to go to the Town Town ... and the lobby is wonderful and beautiful ... and the service of parking time saves time and effort

No parking for office towers visitors. Only valet parking which is very very very expensive. So donot try to visit your clients or companies in your own car.

Luxurious hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road and easy accessible to the Exhibition Centre in Dubai.

I have booked for weekend and they decided to cancel my booking without even calling me.. I filed a complain 2 weeks ago and no one even bothered to call...

Competitive price, near to airport and easy access to shk zayed road

My fiance and I went for a weekend stay and we couldn't be more impressed with the hotel and especially the staff. From the moment we arrived at the check - in desk, to the moment we left. We were welcomed by delightful Enas with nice smile , who gave us a short brief about the hotel (which we found very helpful and friendly ) and helped us check in. She give us a lovely room.

I loved this hotel, everything is perfect, when i arrived to the hotel they welcomed me very well. i enjoyed the stay much, the reception team are amazing they gave me all the info that i need. i will visit this property again for sure
