I have been to oscar a Lebanese restaurant which is new. The decoration and furniture was 5 stars and the ambiance was great...

Had here for an exhibition visit. Nice Ballroom with attractive ambience.
Excellent service and great food. Impressed.

Super nice hotel with very friendly staff. It's also quite affordable. There is a small restaurant right next to the reception at the entrance (Thai or something, I don't remember exactly) but you can eat really delicious food.

Weeks later back in Dubai and the restaurant Mumbai & co (again I had a delicious meal there)

Very dirty hotel, nice lobby rooms are disaster, feces on bathroom walls in lobby unbelievably unsanitary

The service was amazing! They initially gave us the room which was filled with smoke for a non smoking room but quickly changed us to another room. Then they sent a fruit basket to apologise for the inconvenience. The pool area is nice and relaxing. Wifi is good. Very convenient location, close to the rail.

Luxurious hotel with amazing staff. There are a wide variety of amenities and great restaurants within the hotel. The rooms boast more space than any of the other hotels on Sheikh Zayed- and again, the staff make every stay very pleasant.

The amazing location, heart of the city with Gr8 facilities.
They have a very good spa facility.
Staff is very good ( 5 for Saurav at front office) very helpful.
Loved the pool and gym too

First of all, I would like to thank the staffs for the good hospitaly , especially Mr. Sardor. I stayed on the 30th floor, the view is spectacular and one of the best views you will experience also the breakfast is varied and delicious.

Nothing special. Check in and out was longer than I would expect. Staff were a bit confused. Checkin was possible slightly earlier than 3 pm so that s why 3 vs 2 stars.

Unlike other 5-star hotels in Dubai, this one is poorly managed.

Tried to speak to the on-duty manager regarding my complaint but nobody was able to help.

This is a jungle not a hotel!
I don t understand why would someone choose H hotel when you have so many better choices in Dubai. Avoid!

Your typical 5 star Dubai hotel but the layout of the place makes it interesting. May not be to everyone's taste but it does have an open feel. A visit for dinner or coffee before committing to a long stay may be needed if you are picky about your hotel environment. Accessible to Dubai via Taxi.

Nice destination to go. I visited the place number of times for full day conference. Good meeting area , facility and food. Self parking is an issue and access during rush hours is bit time consuming due to rush around the property. So plan in advance.

i am working in training and event management company. i asked quote for my events which starting from next week. I call the hotel and they transferred event department. But the guy took my phone and he said they all are in meeting just send a request to us. I sent a email to the id which he gave me. After waiting more than 24 hours i havent received any reply from the team. It shows they dont want to handle the query which made me to book another hotel

The H hotel is a different 5 star hotel if you compare to others hotels, its show local interior , Albeit the room was so huge , it was clean, nice & new.
The Front desk were courteous and hospitable. quick check in check out , thanks reception manager Santosh who give me late check accordingly to my flight
The Hotel is a block away from the MTR Trade Centre , so getting around Dubai was very easy.
I will stay there next year and recommend the H hotel to everyone.

A great hotel, very organized, beautiful, and excellent service, the rooms are wonderful and will definitely come back again

Having a cleaner coming down from the roof at 9am looking into my room was quite the experience. Not to mention the noise that accompanied it. Got a nice video of that at least. Also if you have any Gold membership with expedia or any other agency, do not think they will give you much of a special treatment (like late checkout).

Located just near the World trade center motor station (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities.

One of the best hospitality. Office tower a plus. Amazing cuisine all over!! Must visit all the restaurants. Hollywood brunch and business lunch are good deals.

The H hotel is one of the worst hotel and service experiences of my life. Firstly, they don t have one common entrance, they actually make you take a whole detour from the back side to avail valet unless you re a VIP. And the behavior of the guy at the front entrance is so demeaning and condescending that his glaring eyes can make one uneasy. Once you reach back side, the valet service is so inefficient that you have to wait and stand for a good 20 mins. The valet guy told me I can get a stamp from inside and get my car on the way back (the way it works with almost all hotels), turns out they don t stamp any valets and they charged me 50 AED for it. When I even ignored this unjust money and handed my card to this guy, he went like We take only cash madam , you can first go and get cash from any nearby atm and then come back. I walked in Dubai s scorching heat at 1:00 in the afternoon, got the cash n came back, this guy told me to wait for 5 mins and they ll bring my car. 30 mins passed and no show! I went to check with them and the guy again started some lame excuses as to how the parking is packed etc etc. very very poor service. I wonder how they operate on just cash in this era and they certainly need some guidance with the parking systems!

I used a dormant suite and became a mistake by an employee and the manager tried to correct the mistake and care about us

Very nice place ...the access is not clear so you may land up not getting there easily but very nice hotel and it s a must visit ...service levels seemed good
