Worst delivery service ever!! Would NEVER order again. Waited over TWO HOURS for food and it STILL never showed up what a joke. If you actually want your meal, I would avoid ordering from this place
Not a good night to ask my opinion. Ordered. Cars in front did not move. Waited 20 minutes for car 2 in front to finally leave. Why doesn't KF C have a wait spot like other fast food spots? Car in front got food immediately. Then do did we. Asked if it would still be hot... Of course she said. Of course it wasn't. As we left, the 5 cars behind me, all got good quickly. Obviously theirs was sitting waiting too. Won't be going back there anytime soon

Most bad experience i ever had ,chicken is not cooked properly ,the chicken is too salty ,some sausage are not given in the meal
Rarely get everything that should be in your order. Make sure you check your bag and what drink they give you.

In my recent visit to location I would need to give them low marks! The restaurant was not the cleanest and the staff was not the most pleasant and I also didn t find the chicken tenders very fresh or the popcorn chicken as seem old and stale and my wife got the four piece chicken meal and she found her chicken piece of poor quality and old as well and she got all dark meat and very small pieces and our fries were cold as well! The pop machine also had no ice! I also got a taco supreme and the lettuce on the was starting to turn brown! Not impressive at all!
Wait is pretty long usually whether you go in or do drive thru
Very busy with 1 cashier that goes back and forth on a Saturday night. I saw a few people leaving when they saw they won't be serviced anytime soon.

Where are the lights? Arrived at 8:15 PM and sign and parking lot lights were off....the property was dark and looked like it was closed!!
Standard KFC with Taco Bell. Easy to park, food was hot and as expected, friendly staff.
Gravy was like water with colour in it.Not what like it use to be. People were polite.
Service has been going downhill the past few months. This restaurant is close to my place of employment so I frequent this location and have noticed a difference over time.
The wait for food has become much longer. The accuracy of my orders has been falling. When I point out the error, I am usually given a credit for a replacement meal but then the store loses track of that as well.
The food is always good quality and fresh but I visit here less and less because of the hassle.
Literally run by a bunch of teenager always makes me sick and they have zero respect for the customer, if I could've put negative stars I would've
5/5 for Food after all it's KFC. 0/5 for customer service. Stood in drive thru for at least 45 minutes while only 3 people were ahead of me.
Don't know if they were understaffed or what but like 45 minutes is a nightmare standing in the drive thru queue.

There is no Taco Bell there as of September. I ordered the "new" chicken chicken burger. It was a dried up chicken strip. The fries were cold and I'm pretty sure the lines for the Pepsi and diet Pepsi were mixed up.
Food is usually pretty fresh but the wait time is ridiculously long for a drive-thru.
Absolutely the worst customer service of any fast food franchise. They must have employees give them good reviews sometimes. When we did get chicken it was ridiculously small and poorly cooked. The Taco Bell portion seemed to be this locations only saving grace. Heck, they even got rid of the mac and cheese salad we are all used to and replaced it with some terrible white one. This location is clueless!
Now that they have closed Taco Bell at this location I have absolutely no reason to go there. I only tolerated the rude, short tempered and miserable employees for my Taco Bell cravings. This place is dead to me.
In my opinion, waited far too long for fast food. 25 minutes in the drive thru tonight with 2 cars ahead of me! A bit much..

Took forever to get our food! Went into the store rather than the drive through and it took 25 min on a Friday night to get a 3 piece meal and a chicken sandwich!
Slow service and limited chicken and desserts available. Had to wait for them to make the chicken sandwich anyways, so they could have made the other things we wanted. The churro they substituted us should have been trashed. They forgot my extra salad, so that sucked alot!
Definitely not fast food. Cashier and employees working were very nice, and friendly. But I don't know what was going on in the kitchen, every order was pretty delayed. Ordered a single meal - mighty bucket for one - and it took over 20 minutes for it to come. The chicken itself was decent, but it's ridiculous to have to wait that long for a single meal.
We ordered 3 zinger boxes, we waited for 20 mintues the patties were spoiled, its was the first bad experience in my life, I'll never refer this branch.
Ordered a bucket of chicken from there tonight and it was absolutely disgusting So greasy and I couldn t even tell what pieces of chicken some of it was.
Personally I could not eat it, my hubby Had a couple pieces and has felt nauseous ever cents and the remaining pieces are feeling much synonym that s all grease in the bucket
Worse service EVER !! Placed an order and after being delivered an hr later was missing items. Instead of sending out what was missing right away we ended up waiting 85min MORE for the order to be completed. When called in after an hour of waiting, a "supervisor" advised that or missing items have to wait for other orders that are ahead of us. NO APOLOGY and she advised that they would discount our next order by 50% (if we would ever place an order again)
Placed order at 6:40pm and we finally received it completed by 9:14pm. Shocking .... it was cold too. Kids and their friends were already in bed by now.
Over Priced Food for UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Will be surprised if this location stays open with a supervisor like that running it.
FYI - Delivery driver was FRIENDLY and tipped him well :)
If you have 10 minutes and want to wait for your 3 soft tacos, this is the place for you. If you don t, go around the corner to the A&W where you get fast service.
Every time I come here, which to this day, I have no idea why I still do, something is wrong.. If its not extremely undercooked fries, it's overcooked fries, if its not undercooked chicken, its overcooked chicken. Gravy I'd always extremely watered down and under temp with a disgusting bitter taste, macaroni salad is always too watery, and the pop is always flat.
It seems like this location is not managed at all, and that's an under statement. Bathroom is a nightmare with the smell of urine and stains all over the toilet.
Earlier today, I thought I would test their honesty when they insisted the gravy is made properly and that they can't replace line because they didn't have any, I called 10 minutes later and asked as a stranger if they were still serving fries and gravy, and they absolutely confirmed for me that they definitely had tons of gravy. Afterward I came back in and asked if they would please replace my watered down gravy and the manager repeated that they were all out.
Lies, pathetic excuses for inappropriate behaviour, and undercooked food.

just spend 40$ on a mixed bucket and get home to see white soggy uncooked breaded chicken. GROSS. getting a refund as we speak and kinda pissed they wasted an hour of my time. 30 mins waiting on food and then driving back and forth to return it. good job kfc. oh yeah and it would make sense to put prices on your online menu. never going back. Food was good but in store service was very slow and manager didn't help his staff too busy on his computer store was concentrating on the drive thru not walk in

The KFC on Homer Watson and Bleams in Kitchener is by far the worst location for customer service. What was to be a 9 mins wait for Chicken turned I to a 30+ mins visit! No apology what so ever by the Store Manager, however the drive thru attendee that brought my order out did apologize! Never again at this location! Lost a long time customer!
Yeah KFC is not what use to be by all means its grosses chicken and small Colonel Sanders must be turning in his grave. If he only knew what they have done to his business lol bring back the old way of KFC

Placed an order for delivery. The call centre refused to serve me because of my dietary requests related to disabilities. I was told to call the local store. I called the store, they were happy to accommodate my dietary needs. I was told it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour max. An hour passed I called and was told they were just cooking the food and delivery should be there within 15-20 minutes. No delivery, then I called back multiple times, no answer. Four hours after my first call, the delivery guy shows up. I told him, it was too late, I had already called another KFC and had them deliver food. Even that store did not give any condiments, utensils or napkins. I called the Homer Watson location and spoke with the manager on duty, she said they sent the driver out with the order two hours ago. I explained to her what took place. Terrible customer service. KFC has continued to decline in its service in recent years. I have even called the head corporate office, spoke with regional management, who said he did not really care that they are a private company and can do what they wish. I really think everyone should begin to boycott KFC to demonstrate consumer power until they change their practices.

Slow slow slow food luke warm 14 minutes to get lunch. Understaffed. If you only have 30 minutes for lunch go elsewhere!

They gave us cold fries and cold/dry plant based popcorn chicken that was likely left in the warmer since lunchtime 2 hours before. Don t be cheap, cook fresh food for your customers
Contrarily to all the other people that had a bad experience my was great! Waiting time wasn't that bad the food was well prepared , and the girl that served us was very nice!

The drive thru was closed, the place did not look clean and for the few customers there, the service was slow.
My go-to place for fast food (Taco-Bell). Fast service and the food is great. I've had lesser quality near closing time, but that's expected for any fast food joint. I especially love the DLT combo. Their fries portions are surprisingly large, too! So that's amazing for their cheap prices.

The store was clean and the staff were friendly but it took 27 minutes after I ordered my food before it was ready, when I got my drink the machine was out of ice, and multiple people in front of me were.told they didn't have what they had ordered and.were asked to substitute for other items.
Just got a food.....the girl from drive thru with black hair was extremely nice and helpful.... thank you...for sure will come back soon

Waited 25 minutes for an 8 pc Feast.Got to the window and paid.
Five minutes later the young girl at the window asks me if I would take 8 wings. Lol well no Thanks well it was going to be another 20 minutes for more chicken to be cooked so I just asked for a refund. The young man it was a manager came back and said oh I'm so sorry and I asked him I said well he was calling production tonight how could you miss off of this badly and he said I understand well obviously you don't you lost a $30 sale and a customer and this was at the Homer Watson and bleams location so anyways not very pleased with KFC at this particular point in time and was offered nothing for my inconvenience so I would say no more chicken for me that's the end of my rant
Fast place to stop for lunch but a little difficult to get to as the parking lot does not connect to the lot beside.
Always a crazy wait. Order takes forever to be taken due to either understaffing or a lack of care? Was there for nearly 10 minutes before order was taken (no one in front of us) and then waited 15 minutes for a sandwich, which came with cold fries.... do not recommend.

We were very happy with what we ordered and if they let us mix up our salads. First week me and store so they were a little slow but lots of people using the drive thru. Other than that very happy and a strange day we are living in

I waited my delivery over 1 hour and 45 minutes. So I called them they said the driver had left 10 minutes ago but after 30 minutes no one has come yet..........I also waited them outside and even they do not receive my phone call.....I will never order the next time.....
I do not go for KFC chicken but its also a Taco Bell. You have plenty of parking and enter of Homer Watson. Clean but not perfect as I have seen dirty tables on numerous occasions. Washrooms are clean and checked on a regular basis. Taco Bell has the usual selection but if they food gets any smaller or the toppings get any slimmer, you would be better off at some of the newer Mexican fast food establishments. I usually order 2 Taco Supremes and Two burrito Supremes with a drink and you looking at 15 buck atleast. CRAZY. I know everywhere is getting pricy but Taco Bell is trying to win the race for being to expensive. OH, the other issue I have is the service can be slow, very slow, did I mention slow. Well atleast the pop refills are free. Olah
