Service has been going downhill the past few month...

Service has been going downhill the past few months. This restaurant is close to my place of employment so I frequent this location and have noticed a difference over time.

The wait for food has become much longer. The accuracy of my orders has been falling. When I point out the error, I am usually given a credit for a replacement meal but then the store loses track of that as well.

The food is always good quality and fresh but I visit here less and less because of the hassle.
