I learned to never order chicken from here. Got food poisoning twice. Greasy greasy greasy. Staff is not very friendly and not very " well groomed".

Do not eat here! Extremely poor service and the food is never good. Drive thru is the absolute worst I have ever been through. Better off going the the mall, quicker even with having to get in and out of your car.

Good food,, but they lack spicy chicken like the one they serve in India and middle east

The vegan pop corn chicken was really good. The vegan sandwich was okay. I think the cooking times and temperatures need to be adjusted as the vegan chicken turned more into a hockey puck.

Terrible food and very rude staff! I will never return to this KFC ever again. They don't change the oil therefore the chicken is extremely dry and gross! The brown girl at the drive thru was rude and didn't want to honour my credit for gross, dry chicken from a previous visit. Not to mention the manager is terrible with customers by not fulfilling good customer service by issuing a credit for gross chicken! They lost a long time customer! And will continue to lose more business if they don't smarten up.

I went to this location for lunch yesterday with my Husband. As soon as we entered, we had to wait for a staff member to take our order. There was quite a line up happening. We were second in line. The staff was not friendly. We then had to wait a while for our food to be made. I noticed that the floors were very greasy as I walked to the back to look for a table. The bathroom was disgusting and floors were greasy in there too. I made a comment to my Husband about it. We ate our food and proceeded to leave. As I made my way to the front, I slipped and fell.
There was a nice customer that helped me up. The staff member quickly put up a "slippery " sign on the spot where I slipped. There was water everywhere. She didn't even acknowledge that I had just slipped. She didn't even asked if I was okay. I am so angry with the service and state of this location. I will never return to this location!!! Now, my leg is bruised. I'm still in pain. I put my hands down to catch my fall, but I ended up using my wrist with tendinitis. I'm in a lot of pain today.

The service is the slowest I have ever encountered, all the fountain pop was flat and there is never any ice

This is a KFC and a Taco bell location and the food is what you expect from cheap fast food. This place is very slow though drive through or walk-in expect to wait for your meal.

Was dirty in dinning area. Extra small portions. Would not recommend this location.

I always get spicy veg meal, good option and tastier than others

This KFC location seems to always be understaffed. Typical wait to get food is 5-10 minutes, longer when busy.

never got my food and i always have to wait 2 hours just to get it and the fries are alway soggy

All my family got a food poisoning after eating a family meal on 24/8/2018 from this KFC branch and it was reported by the hospital AUB. It s the worst food that you can eat.

This place sucks. Hot wings that are on the menu, are not available.

Food was good but not very hot. Waited in line for 15 to 20 min. When I finally got to window the nice polite young lady had no problem getting me a fresh beverage instead of one that had been poured 15 to 20 mins prior sitting by the serving window

The lady handing out the food wasn't wearing a mask proper. Only covered her mouth, for she pulled it down,,, doesn't seem safe

Inaccurate orders, nonexistent customer service, and horrendous delivery times. If you order for delivery from here be prepared to wait an extra hour in addition to the quoted average delivery time. Also, when it does arrive don t expect your order to be correct.

My favorite fast food if I'm not eating at home is KFC. Great food, good service. Chicken may sometimes have too much oil

This place legit sucks the macroni is to yellow way to yellow and the "big crunch box " lool really small with a small little drum stick . It sucks

Doesn't even deserve the one star. So unhappy with this location. I went threw the drive-thru for taco bell... waited 10 min for them to just take my order (I was the only one in line at that time) I have my order taken by a very rude obnoxious girl. Drive up to the window... wait 5 more min for her to give me our drinks & take my money. Then she closes the window & I had to wait an additional 15-20 min to receive our 4 tacos. In that time I watched the girl talk and laugh with her friends & leave someone else's order open & unheated for atleast 5-10 min...
We get our complete order finally & it's horrible. Will never be returning. My boyfriend says this location has single-handedly ruined his taco bell experience & he never wants any taco bell again.

This store closing time is 11 o clock but they closed the door and closed drive thru earlier and they put the garbage bin in drive thru area. We go and try to open the door but they didn t respond but they are watching me and laughing . I m very disappointed so plz considered time menu

The last 2 experiences at KFC have finished me with doing any business with them again. The people who wait on me, are fine, it's management. I went for a family meal and came home and some of my food was missing. Since it's a bit of a drive, I didn't want to drive back but I called. The person I spoke to said, I could get the food the next time I went and anything else that I ordered would be at 50% off. I thought that was great. She took my name and food that was missing. About 3 weeks later I went back. Well, they said no one remembered the call, and they couldn't find my information, which they claimed was always on the computer. But after I objected enough, they said I could have the 50% off but not the food I was missing last time. I said why not, I paid for it?. They said I was already getting a deal. This was at least a month ago, and I only decided to post now, after seeing all the complaints. It's not the same at all anymore. One of the posters said, he had even called corporate office, but they didn't care since they're individual franchises. They better start caring because the reputation and service is so bad, people will go someplace else and corporate office won't be making any money on franchises if things don't change. I know I'm done with KFC.

Most fast-food chains are hit or miss. This place is usually ok. Aside from the long wait times.

Update: I went back.... Big mistake, can you imagine during a pandemic they allowed what seemed like one of their friends to walk in without a mask and three staff stood there happily talking to him while he waited for the food he must have previously ordered. I say friend as he was almost standing on the employee side of the counter. The person that then served me couldn't even bother to make eye contact or a simple thank you.........

after a 25 min wait in drive through only 2 cars in front got a fries supreme with barely any meat or sour cream and 3 tomatoes, tacos were all messy. very poor service and wont be going back. There is a new Taco bell down the street go there,.

Too long for service, with chicken. And yet the pieces I asked for I didnt get. And they were serving ice out of a metal bucket.

I didn't go couple months, then they changed the coleslaw. It was not small piece of cabbage, just sliced one. And taste also changed too. More dressing was a lot and not sour. And amount also less now too... I like the original one...

Waited ten minutes to place an order with only one other customer in front of me. Now that gentleman was quite upset as they had run out of ice, pepesi, root beer, and fruit cocktail which for what ever dietary reatrestrict were the only drinks available he could drink. I have never had very good service here and feel like the management/leadership is largely responsible for it. People will rise to expectations when you motivate them possitively. I'm sorry about the angry man yelling at the employees over pepsi but it's a symptom of a larger issue.

Definitely gone down hill the past few months. There was never more than a few mins wait for our order, but now there are lines almost out the door of people waiting for their orders. We waited almost 25mins the last time we were here, we thought we would try again today, but so far its no better, we are going on 15mins of waiting so far.

The service is always slow here! They be messed up my order a few times. My food has also been cold, and/or old as well. Not the best place to go for "fast food"!

The wait was almost 10 min and they gave me the wrong order. They were busy . They need more staff.

My Chicken was not as crisp as it should have been and this is high volume take out. I do not use KFC, much but when I do I want it perfect. I will go back but I will make sure it will be crispy and not soggy. I will call into the store and let them know... my unfortunate experience

Been a while since I've been here since I prefer Popeyes Chicken. However had a craving for Taco Bell. I always order beans instead of mystery meat. I was the third car in the drive thru at 4pm on a Saturday. I received my order at 445pm. It's not fast food. Thankfully my order was correct. But the wait has to be improved I counted at least 7 employees, all busy working so I'm not sure what took so long. I ordered 2 Gordida crunches and 2 fries supreme.

Not happy with this location. I walked in to place my order instead of going through the drive threw. I ordered 6 soft taco surpream 2 surpream fries and a chicken burger with fries plus 2 root beer. They shorted me 1 surpream fry and one surpeam taco and the staff baggin the orders behind the counter looked as if they had no idea what they were doing.

Won't be returning as they closed the taco bell part of the store not sure what kind of plan that was.

Drive thru wait times are horrendously slow. Waited nearly half an hour in the car for a simple snack box.

No, just no. I don't know why they removed Taco Bell, but the only time the order I got wasn't good at all was when Taco Bell got removed. The fries were cold, the chicken sandwiches were smashed down and the bun was flat. This ain't it anymore, Taco Bell was the only thing I went there for

KFC has gone down hill the chicken didn't taste good like it had been sitting for a while and I got waffle fries and I got 6. Either improve or lower your prices because my meal for almost 10 was definetly not worth it.

Service is slow chicken was good cooked perfect not dry

Ordered tonight through the website, forgot my pops and a poutine. Called at 5:30 said it will be there in a hour after many calls just got it. Watch out for skip the dishes apparently the manager packed my order and argued with me for 10 mins say everything was there, it wasn t turns out the delivery driver for skip stole my stuff and they can t hold them accountable for it. Never again will I order from them.

Good service but the drive thru badly needs repaved (again)

Terrible service at this location. Every time i go there something is forgotten out of my order or im served food that is clearly old or refried.. this location is run by teenagers who just don't care. I drive out of my way to other locations to specifically avoid this one.

Service at this location is always ridiculously slow! Not out of the ordinary to sit 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. Not worth the wait at all.

I went to the homerwatson location in Kitchener last night at 5:45 ordered my food the mixed bucket then had to wait til 6:45 for my food.. they kept sayin that they werr waitin on chicken .. 1/2 hr i asked what was taking so long they said the chicken will be another 10 mins.. and a 1/2 again i asked the same question they told me 10 mins for chicken.. so told i waitind 1 hour in store for my food.. i looked it over quickly and went home and then they forgot to give me my fries...
i was very disappointed... and not happy at all...

Severely understaffed. Rush Hour dinner time and there's 10 people in line inside and another 10 cars in line in the drive thru. Staff that's here usually does a great job but they need at least three more people in the kitchen

tried to call in to make an order for pick up lady gives me a different number to call says I'm going to save $5. Call the number just to find out that I have to get the app to order online. so I call her back for the second time, saying I just want to place an order for pickup. So she takes my order gets all the information, I drive all the way down there wait in line only to realize that she didn't even put the order in at all!! Says I need to pay first like why not tell me this instead of taking my order over the phone!! So just end up standing there for 30 minutes anyway plus the time I wasted on the phone! I get back and see the foods greasy as hell and not cooked properly. So just a wonderful experience all around I will never go back to this location
