Fill your car up before you jump into this drive thru, you'll be waiting a while. Multiple occasions I've had 20-30 min waits, and the time I tried going inside it was roughly 40 min. You'll use less gas driving to another location

I go here for the TacoBell. Today was a delivery day, drive through was closed, big line at lunch. My food was fast as possible and ordernqas correct.

Slow service both inside and drive through.I waited 17 minutes for my order on my last visit

Waited 8 mins in line. Only dark meat available. Third time in 3 different KFCs this happened?

I went today to this KFC and it was so bad I made an order for a 12 pice and they give me a 6 pice and I paid for the 12 pice the chicken was so dry and the french fries were dry as well the girl that took my order was so rude and they took 35 minutes to make my order this is the second time that this has happened to me I will never go there I hope this doesn't happen to anyone

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Customer service was very bad. We stood waiting to place an order for a very long time and never got an apology until we made mention of it
We were offered a complimentary bottled soda but we were denied and offered a premixed drink instead.
We know things happen but in this case we could have gotten at least an apology for our long wait.
