Worse service EVER !! Placed an order and after be...

Worse service EVER !! Placed an order and after being delivered an hr later was missing items. Instead of sending out what was missing right away we ended up waiting 85min MORE for the order to be completed. When called in after an hour of waiting, a "supervisor" advised that or missing items have to wait for other orders that are ahead of us. NO APOLOGY and she advised that they would discount our next order by 50% (if we would ever place an order again)
Placed order at 6:40pm and we finally received it completed by 9:14pm. Shocking .... it was cold too. Kids and their friends were already in bed by now.

Over Priced Food for UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Will be surprised if this location stays open with a supervisor like that running it.

FYI - Delivery driver was FRIENDLY and tipped him well :)
