The last 2 experiences at KFC have finished me with doing any business with them again. The people who wait on me, are fine, it's management. I went for a family meal and came home and some of my food was missing. Since it's a bit of a drive, I didn't want to drive back but I called. The person I spoke to said, I could get the food the next time I went and anything else that I ordered would be at 50% off. I thought that was great. She took my name and food that was missing. About 3 weeks later I went back. Well, they said no one remembered the call, and they couldn't find my information, which they claimed was always on the computer. But after I objected enough, they said I could have the 50% off but not the food I was missing last time. I said why not, I paid for it?. They said I was already getting a deal. This was at least a month ago, and I only decided to post now, after seeing all the complaints. It's not the same at all anymore. One of the posters said, he had even called corporate office, but they didn't care since they're individual franchises. They better start caring because the reputation and service is so bad, people will go someplace else and corporate office won't be making any money on franchises if things don't change. I know I'm done with KFC.
