tried to call in to make an order for pick up lady...

tried to call in to make an order for pick up lady gives me a different number to call says I'm going to save $5. Call the number just to find out that I have to get the app to order online. so I call her back for the second time, saying I just want to place an order for pickup. So she takes my order gets all the information, I drive all the way down there wait in line only to realize that she didn't even put the order in at all!! Says I need to pay first like why not tell me this instead of taking my order over the phone!! So just end up standing there for 30 minutes anyway plus the time I wasted on the phone! I get back and see the foods greasy as hell and not cooked properly. So just a wonderful experience all around I will never go back to this location
