He helped us purchase a home in a very competitive sellers' market at below asking price while still getting every concession that I demanded from the seller. He was also very patient and stuck with us for an entire year while we searched for a home, and never urged us to make an offer that wasn't what he believed to be a good price. Over the course of an entire year we looked at dozens of homes with him and made offers on several, and it became very apparent that Tim really cared about us as people and would not steer us into a bad deal just to score an easy commission.
