Wow. Cow Creek did it again 7 shrimp salad coleslaw grreat service $9.99 very good

Stayed in a pet friendly room, very well set up for that purpose. Very comfortable and quiet stay.

We were very disappointed with our visit to the Cow Creek restaurant. Their charge of $12 for a disappointing sandwich is why we will not make the trip from Roseburg to 7 Feathers again anytime soon. You have a nice restaurant & smorgasbord after 4:00pm but nothing good for lunch.

Beautiful casino with friendly polite and helpful servers. My host is always there to help explain when there are any changes due to civic 19 State regulations to protect our health.The room was spotless ,fresh with plenty of room.So than you Seven Feathers Resort.

This casino is always well kept up. Even though there is a smoking section, it does not smell bad. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the extremely outdated video poker machines. Not only were they old, parts of all the machines were not working properly.

Cow Creek Cafe (under construction) must have caught them on a bad day. Service was really slow, the Food was substandard. I had the Fish and Chips both had been in the deep fryer for way too long. My Husband had the Beef Dip, way too dry, looked like it was last nights Buffet leftovers. I give the non smoking room in the Casino 5 Stars, first the free $5.00 in free play, and second several winning plays, yeah! We'll give them another try despite our disappointment.

Hotel was nice. Very good atmosphere. Close to casino but still felt separate. Very nice room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Restaurants were great. Fillet Mignon was very rare to be medium rare. Small ham portions with the eggs Benedict. But if my only complaint is breakfast, that's not bad. I would definitely stay here again. Plus the Willy Wonka slot machine was very entertaining and paid me quite handsomely.

Had a good time. If your going to the stake house make a reservation. Went to the sports bar food was ok, but you won't go hungry.

Very clean and courteous staff. Had the chance to push my brother in his wheelchair and was very surprised of the open floor plan and no major obstacles. Access was easy throughout the casino but got narrow on gambling floor with chairs sticking out but players kindly scooted in. Was definitely a good experience for my brother and mom. We will definitely return in the future.

Love bringing my family to stay the night and have a lot of fun that we always have when we go up their we are from out of town and we go to Seven Feathers every chance we get!! If I could go up more often and stay the night to gamble alittle and play in the pool I totally would

I stop here on my way to the coast. Clean, nice restroom stop but I always end up losing $50+ & never see anyone winning. I wish they'd go back to the older machines with the 3 wheels with cherries. It seems way too computerized, hence the rate of return.

Not going here again. Made reservations and ate at the K-Bar Steakhouse last night. Worst steak I have ever been served. 2 out of the 3 steaks were charred to a crisp on the outside and chewy brown on the inside. Ordered medium rare! Then they still made us pay for half the price of the meal instead of removing it from the tab. Don't go to the K-Bar. I will not go back

People that work here are friendly and professional, slot machine selection is good to plenty to choose from and pay out is decent to.

We have been going to this hotel for years. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you will need. From a safe to a hairdryer and keurig coffee pot.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool hours for adults only. Great food and amenities

Great customer service and interaction. Rooms clean and comfortable. Plenty to do for the entire family from young to elder. Casino has numerous games to choose from and some only available at this casino.
Pet friendly, kid friendly, pocket friendly if you re a club member. Restaurants are a little pricey and limited due to pandemic, but delicious food and great service!

A close getaway with lots of options for fun, even during these trying times.

A pretty depressing place during the week. A little better on the weekends, and when they're having events. The restaurants are overpriced and horrible. A decent place for a drag show or music show! Worth going to bigger events too. I saw midget wrestling here and it was a hoot.

Seven feathers is great place to relax and have fun . My last stay there was not good though, I'm booking a great time at seven feathers July.

I always enjoy my time there, especially the spa and K-bar restaurant.
The staff is very welcoming & helpful, from reception to the spa to the restaurant. The rooms have been upgraded and are quite nice also. It's a good place for a mini retreat.

The casino was awful. I don't know how anyone can be in there for any length of time. I was choking on the different cigars and cigarettes all the way through it. The non smoking was a joke don't bring children in there.

Came in for lunch had to eat out of styrofoam with plastic utensils and eat at machines. How's that clean?

Great experience. Fairly good buffet for the price. Staff was outstanding! Sally was wonderful she took the time to show us how things worked.

Interesting place! The place wasn't busy but a lot of dirty tables. I think for Saturday they had 5 tables but they acted if they were swamped. I get why now the tables had plates, cups on them they don't remove them when your done which i hate. Why have managers run restaurants when they have no idea how to? I even heard a table by us flag down someone for help cause they'd been waiting 20 mins. The staff seems to get lost in the back. Food is okay and not anything to write home about.

BEWARE ticket sales for special events!! Live and learn.
Several weeks ago, I saw tickets for an event I thought I'd like to see with my husband for his 60th birthday. I made room reservations and marked on my calendar to get tickets the second they went on sale. I watched the seconds tick down and tried to immediately purchase two $65 tickets that I thought we could afford. I clicked the moment the tickets went on sale and couldn't get two seats together. So, I clicked on "Best Available" and purchased two seats at $149 each! Way out of budget. Then I checked the seating chart and saw other previously 'unavailable' seats were now available. But it was too late for me to exchange or get a refund. Nobody tells you that you must put 15 seats in your basket and hold them and then release them later. The ticket service explained to me that when there are only 1500 seats available, it only takes 100 people to immediately reserve all the seats. What a racket!! I feel totally conned. I consider this very crooked business practice. I called the resort and all he could say was, "Sorry". Yeah, me, too. Never again. Makes me wonder how many general admission tickets or lower cost tickets they really had...won't tell you that in advance, either. Why go to an event if you can't sit together? This is outrageously wrong.

While traveling on I-5, I always look forward to stopping here, decent fuel prices, huge truck parking area, travel center has a deli that serves just about anything. I stop here for a big cup of hot soup. They have a shuttle bus to take you across the street to the casino.

This was my first ever staying at this resort. I don't even know where to begin! The customer service, food, rooms, pool, attractions, everything was AMAZING! Can't wait to go again

Nice place I like that you can smoke in there compared to other places your unable to. Clean and friendly staff!

The casino was crowded and my husband did not feel safe with Covid. Although there was plenty of personnel on hand, more could have been done to clean up after play. Rooms were clean with plenty of amenities. Free charging on our electric car was appreciated. Needed more restaurants open with that many people there. Sheets were crispy. Higher thread count would have made the sleep better. And the big one, Casino should be NON-smoking during Covid.

The Buffet is some of the worst food we have ever eaten.... or tried to eat. We tried nearly everything offered here and everything was just not good. Some things were edible. But there was not even one thing that was just good. Even the salad bar had some serious issues. We are leaving here, having wasted the money to drive and eat dinner somewhere.

Always a beautiful room and great food. Disappointed that the buffet was closed but I understand with COVID. The only thing that would ve made my trip better is if I actually won some money LOL

Very nice casino. They are clean and they have a well oiled machine. One if the better ones I've been to. I didn't win but I had a great time. Their rooms were nice and clean and they were helpful. Most def going back.

We went for a concert to see Ron White, stayed at hotel. Got there early and had a great concert. Decided to go to bar with dancing and I was in the bar having at great time, husband left to go to bathroom came back and was told can t come in? He explained my wife in there and I just left Laura zwinger( last name might be misspelled) advised he couldn t come back so not sure why no explanation, upset I left and not able to dance the night away.. poor customer service on her part and how can she still have a job. Sad we won t be returning anytime soon..

Great service, awesome food all in an exciting environment. Especially with all the Covid restrictions in effect. All was compliant!

The RV park is very nice. I'd come back just for the RV park. The spaces are big your not crunched up to another RV. The grounds are nicely groomed and decorated with flowers, trees etc. Each site has their own patio with a nice round table and chairs attached. You walk down the sis look es and feel like your walking in a nice neighborhood. They also have a shuttle that runs 24/7 that can take you to the store or surrounding businesses for free. I like the private bathrooms and showers. The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were an added surprise. I would recommend this RV park to all my friends and neighbors. If there was a way to add a photo to my review I would.

They treat you like a VIP here. Huge place. Nice pool. Lots of slots which seemed loose. Even I won some. Spin to see how much you get in free play. I got $20. Room was really nice and only about $150 per night. Not a bad price for a casino hotel. Appreciated how even though they were technically booked for the night, they managed to have a room for us. Excellent staff.

Just a quick pop in on a short trip. Ended up playing for close to an hour on $20 each, checked out upcoming events, and added plans for making a trip back in September some time. See ya then!

We didn't stay at the resort or go to the casino. We only went to the all you can eat buffet. We went on a Saturday night for their seafood buffet. There were plenty of crab legs and a few other seafood options such as salmon and oysters, clam chowder soup, etc. However, for an all you can eat buffet I believe the variety of food was lacking. The food was decent, but definitely nothing special that you wouldn't find at another buffet, except for the 27.99 price tag per person.

My husband dinner was delicious. My pork dinner was over powered with spice, vegetables were not cooked all the way. Not good

The casinos its split in half were small and not well staft limited machine and not much variety.but the older machines were plentyful and at least those u have a little more u can do to win . Casino not that good all all the holtel i thought was new and very clean ,well kept. And very nice rooms but way over pri ced . These casinos seem to take your hard eraned money in every phase logeing , eating , and gamming. At least the parking is free . Oh yah there spin tbw wheel new card owner wes rinky dinky. And was such a joke dont even try it u well almost always ive heard get a misly 5.oo wich is only a free play must be used and to top it off they make u match it.
They should be embarrased and quickly change first . So i say go for the rooms there great but carry your wallet full cuz they r not cheap. But gamble elsewhere there r many around that r better.

I was just there 2 days ago, my daughter and I spent three nights and four days. We enjoyed playing bingo, they make the best fried chicken up in the bingo room. Also we were able to pamper ourselves with manicures and pedicures the spa they're at seven feathers is outstanding.

Well their rooms are the nicest outta all of southern Oregon's casinos. The staff is always helpful and courteous and the towels are the softest hotel towels you will find. I don't know how other casinos do their business but here st 7 feathers it's always very professional and always with a smile

All amenities are closed for truckers can t even get a shower their sign says thank truckers but their actions say the total opposite I will never come here again and will spred the word

I had called 3 weeks in advance to reserve a room with king bed for my wife's and mine anniversary drive 2 hours to here got to room and it was a 2 bed queen called desk sold out and all they would offer was a $10 food credit and that was it so we decided it was ok we will make best of the situation so went and played a bit and around 2am we got hungry thinking for a place that is open 24-7 that they would serve food nope.

I enjoy the comp rooms and I stay there one or two times a month I enjoy the atmosphere and the activities and the music is awesome slots are pretty tight. Very comfortable rooms they are big and clean however there are no microwaves only a refrigerator. Need new slots these slots are getting old

Christmas at seven feathers is amazing. Very confident staff and emergency personnel when my young daughter had a problem and required an ambulance to roseburg. Thank goodness they had a knowlegable emt who was also caring. I wish I knew his name to thank him personally.

The room we were in was clean and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable.
The only down size is we lost a lot of money, but that was our fault.

We went for the Brazilian steak night dinner. It was good but I would have like some more variety in meat selection. I definitely left full and felt like I got my money's worth it if the deal. We then spent several hours at the blackjack table and had a good time. The dealers were friendly and fun to be around.

Only go with what you can afford to give away! It's a casino, it's not that awesome until you give you donation! Great place though!

Every once in a while it's good to get out. Food is great here, people are friendly, like the location. The rooms are also quite nice. Always something going on.

Machines are a little tight. Free soda inexpensive buffet and $5 minimum tables. I love this place.

My wife loves seafood so I went with her and had prime rib... food was good and worth the price.. seniors are discounted!

Thanksgiving turkey was cut in cubes and it was hard to tell white meat from dark. But it was a buffet, what do you expect. Mashed potatoes were real and the gravy was delicious, they were popular and hard to keep refilled. So many choices, I would go again.

We went for the Chinese buffet.. and for the price we paid.. they had some Chinese food, but alot of Mexican and American also.. I think if it's a Chinese buffet, it needs to be primarily Chinese.. however playing the slots was fun and we walked out with a little winnings in our pockets

Great place to gamble your money away .... HA! I would give it a five star rating had they stand against Kate Brown and say F masks.. and only suggest masks and not enforce it.. who ever wants to wear masks let them wear it!! If you want to not wear them then dont!

The food away the buffet was awesome. Will be going back for the seafood on fridays.

I lost $900 got nothing. Not even the fun. The Freeplay never went on. I will never go again. My friend lost $1000. Not someplace we would return to.

I love 7 Feathers. Win or lose I have a great time This was the first time I had a problem checking in. When I booked my room I was told I could check in at 11:30. I got to the desk, I was informed that I could not check in until 1230. The girl at the desk admitted that my room was ready, but " rules are rules, trust me I was not happy.

We enjoyed our short stay, being able to have our dog here with us was priceless! Unfortunately we did come across a few issues and the reason for the 3 stars.... the batteries in our TV remote were dead and had to wait until morning to get replacements and not having a clock in the room was an inconvenience, having to grab our phones to check the time, also no microwave in the room or even one in a common area for guests to use. Gosh now i sound like a Karen ....
Let me end by saying we enjoyed our stay and will return!!! Thank you!!!

Everything was great except the food portions were so large and not a good selection for us. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were just right. The gaming floor was fun and even though you could smoke it wasn't bad, good ventilation. Missed the keno though. Will return there again
