Good Wellness center. Was unfortunately busy by Groupon action. Long waiting times in the restaurant

For quite some time my favorite sauna but also here I see decline. I was there today and again saw a number. Places closed. The relaxation room and the film sauna. But ask the normal entrance fee. This is really impossible. Report it on your site. I also got today at lunch instead of a sandwich which was promised .. 2 sandwiches
On the 1st there was some salmon .. On the other some avocado spread. I called the girl in and yes ... they were sandwiches. If I wanted salmon, I had to pay extra. What do you say??!!? 10th for 2 sandwiches and then pay extra? Are you crazy? So I gave it back .. Price vt tape off and ordered something else what. Tasty was ... Fortunately. They really have to. Pay attention that they do not fall into disrepair ... Would be very sad v this nice sauna

First of all, we spent half an hour outside in the burning sun this morning to come in. While we only arrived at 10.20 and there were 3 receptionists at work. Secondly it was way too busy inside. The third point: Around the pool inside the tiles were super smooth with my slippers on. Dangerous. And then the worst when I sat on the terrace and asked the waitress what the gluten-free options were in terms of gluten-free food. She indicated that I could take the bouncer on bread but without ham / cheese. Your staff apparently does not know where gluten is when it is legally required to pass it on in writing or verbally. You therefore fall short in this. I have not ordered anything to eat because I lost faith. I get very sick when I get gluten. In addition, because it was so busy we left at 2 p.m. But when paying and delivering the tapes I had to stand in line again for half an hour because there was only 1 receptionist at work. And in between there were also people talking who did not have the turn and just talked through it. I go after the sauna to unwind and de-stress, but today the entrance, lunch and payment have all been canceled. I therefore think this is not possible and I wondered what you will do about this. I would love to hear from you

I have also sent this above as a complaint to them via fb messenger and their contact form but never heard anything about it.

Fine food, good service, nice receptionists, many and beautiful saunas. Beautifully landscaped garden. Nice restaurant. Do not look up in the pool area because the ceiling is dirty all around (dusty). But that is the only place where it is not fresh. Wear non-slip slippers because the floor is very slippery. It is getting busier, so that sometimes there is no place in a sauna. People therefore remain extensively on the couches. The newest salt stone sauna is beautiful.
I am very satisfied and I enjoy coming there very much.

Far too busy and too little place to hang your towels! Too many showers too! Not suitable to do in the summer holidays the food was not to write home about! Too bad they have had better times.
The saunas are nice but some too much too hot as the sauna colors should not be so hot. They let in too many people.
Even very slippery floors where you go so far is not mopped enough in my opinion

Good sauna. Unfortunately very expensive, nowadays you pay reservation costs (even with a free entrance) and some infusions are 3 euros ... Also a bottle of water is extremely expensive ...

Remains a nice sauna also with the new owners. Food is better than before.

Yesterday went to Thermen Holiday. Upon entering it was quiet. But once inside it is quite busy and with a lot of rain showers, most saunas inside are packed. That's a shame. The new sauna inside is beautiful and lots of space. They are wonderfully relaxed and they always take good care of people with disabilities. That's great !! Until next time.

After reading the many bad reviews, we took the gamble to try this sauna. The staff is very friendly, unfortunately this is the only thing this sauna has to offer. Upon entering the facilities turned out to be very dirty, lunch was 16.95 but the food was very scanty. We left again within 2 hours, also because it became very busy. What had to become a sauna day turned into an afternoon of shopping in Rotterdam. For us this was the first time Thermen Holiday but also the last time!

Spacious complex with diverse range, there is regular investment in new saunas and updating of furnishings, have been there for many years. Unfortunately, the showers are weak and not warm. Point of improvement!

Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude and the area is dirty and small.

Best. Have been coming here for years and never had any problems. Now this year only problems with cold baths both indoors and outdoors. Sauna not good at temperature today either. And if you put the complaint at the reception they blame the outside temperature. Bad excuse themselves, they are wearing thick coats and there is a patio heater to give the ladies a little warmth sapo that the ladies still want to sit there. Am also forced to go to another sauna after so many years of sorry. Hope the stove and other problems are solved soon

Great location to chill out. Many different saunas, hot tubs and massage options. Everything very clean and well cared for. The food and drinks are also well taken care of in the restaurant.

It is not possible to enter via the voucher.
If you want to redeem your e-ticket, you should be the first to enter your e-ticket number, which I also did. I made a mistake and passed on the wrong email address. Where I have not received confirmation. No one was on the phone trying to call, because they cannot be reached by phone, because they only answer via the contact formilier. You have to wait for an answer. When I arrive there, my e-ticket is not accepted, because I had to pass it on by email. But there is nothing in the email that I should pass it on. And then you will be told that it is full and system for the vouchers does not. That is why I have to pay a normal rate of 70 euros which I did not do.
Long story short don't go here are just SCAMMERS !!

Nice clean saunas. But way too busy. After we arrived last Friday, we were only able to enter a sauna after an hour. Everything was packed. There is no peace. Everyone even talks in the silence rooms

The area where, according to the employee and announcer, we had to be was not indicated. Turned out not to exist. When I asked for money back from the session, I was told that I was lying. The supervisor shouted and shouted at me and called me anti-social with other guests in both the hall and the changing room. Complaint filed, but debt is fully deposited with me. Neat and clean. Friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The dishes are well prepared, but the prices are a bit on the high side. I have also experienced that the ladies of the administration (not visible) are very friendly and speak to you neatly (over the phone) and explain everything calmly in case of problems or a request and just put it in order. Awesome !

Starts a bit run down but fine sauna. What I regret are the prices for Vitamin water (4.50 or more) and that the 'Japanese' sauna has a Thai Buddha underneath and a Chinese yin and yang sign (call it 'Asian' to avoid cultural misappropriation?). Furthermore, it is always clean, well maintained and a nice snack. Personal pain point: large bright pink plastic armchairs and grotesque mirror sphinxes and so on, where does that suddenly come from and do you think that you do not have a bit high Efteling content: p

A day of relaxing! Really enjoyed the different saunas that are located inside and outside, as well as the swimming pools. Also good food in the restaurant. Just a short walk (15 minutes) from the station, but it was indicated on the way where you had to go.

Fear me rot, after a day of relaxing at Thermen Holiday, I am standing in dressing room 4 to get dressed, shoot a mouse. And I'm very scared ... Reported at the reception, the receptionist would pass it on ... well ... Asked if it happened more often, it has happened often according to the receptionist. Still one of my favorite saunas. Partly because it is nice and close. Large sauna, with many choices of different saunas, steam bath, large garden. Nice restaurant, with a choice of a lot of magazines and good food and drinks. For me ultimate relaxed!

Last Thursday again done a sauna day. Fairly satisfied. What I always find very dirty are those big dots at the tips of the cold showers. This time I was able to slide them in time for the scrubber. I like that
cleaning crew that should keep up. In most saunas, the hourglass is difficult to read because the lighting is insufficient and the pink sand blends into the surroundings. White sand stands out better. Replace them, small investment great convenience !!

Best thermal holiday. There are neat answers to the reviews that are given here, but on a contact form in which my daughter indicates three times that she has lost something, there is no answer. There is also no way to get someone on the phone. I think that still works the fastest. Unfortunately ......

Different kinds of saunas. Good atmosphere. Looks clean.

Yesterday December 21 we have been a wonderful day to the sauna and that is enjoyment!
That includes a lunch. We got a new menu and found the sandwiches offered very mediocre. The choice was two rolls of the day offer. What a terrible disappointment what that.
The tuna sandwich was very skimpy and the garnish was a mockery. The lettuce was the yellow stump of the lettuce you normally give to the rabbits. We called the waitress and she said that you sometimes wanted a cup of coffee or tea if you wanted to come? We sat at the wine and certainly did not want this.
We wanted the sandwich to be re-invested. It was taken to the kitchen and got a half sandwich with tuna as a compensation and as extra steaks! We are very disappointed in the offered reaction and hope that something is done with this!

I come here weekly and with pleasure. What I do not understand, however, is that when so many people complain about the temperature of the baths, you respond by default by saying that everything is fine. Or that it is because of the wind chill. Incidentally, when it is very cold, the baths should feel warmer. You do not take your customers seriously with this standard response. You may be familiar with the phrase, "When 10 people say you are a horse, you should buy a saddle." Do something about those baths! Incidentally, letting Rotterdam residents pay for an infusion will not work either. Sincerely !

Today 02-01-2019 again here hell luch buffet was a lot less than the last time and it looked like a chicken coop in the saunas most people can not keep their mouth shut for 10 to 15 minutes while there are signs everywhere at the sauna of silence

Way too busy and the saunas were colder than the indicated temperature. The staff is very friendly. Tip: limit the number of visitors.

Delicious. Good variation of saunas and baths. Not too big and not too busy.

Beautifully set up, reasonably large sauna with a wide choice of different types of saunas (indoor and outdoor), large sunbathing area with sun loungers, beautiful swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and many catering establishments.

Minus points that are not necessary; staff stuff is lying around everywhere. Garden hose over the clothes hooks so that you can not hang your towel, large flower pot placed pontifically in front of other hangers, watering on top of a trash can so that you can not open the lid, and in the steam sauna right next to the door also garden hose hanging on the floor was curled up, so you had to step over it in the dark to enter. So dangerous too.
Does it all come across to me as laxity and laziness on the part of the staff, don't you clean up your garden hose after you have sprayed the floor with it? Does the "wellness feeling" not really benefit your visitors ...

First, a long queue upon arrival. Missed treatment due to miscommunication and no refund possible. Not even a drink or anything else. You are referred to the conditions and you do not look at a middle ground at all. Then everything is overcrowded and sounds come from all sides. (among others from roaring sirens on the adjacent highway). Not very soothing ... There was a lady walking around with a sort of mop machine and she just keeps on driving so you have to step aside. Sometimes a woman with a tractor pulls the floor dry and then she sweeps everything into the swimming pool instead of the shower drain. Also not really hygienic. Outside there are 2 jacuzzis, but you fit in with 3 people and after that it becomes uncomfortable. There is one hair dryer from the year zero, so with wet hair home. When checking out again overcrowded and therefore a long wait in line. There is also only 1 girl there. Then there are only 2 seats that look as if they have been collected from the bulky waste. The ceiling is also full of leaks. (you will look at something if you wait that long). I can go on and on, but I think it is clear, we will NEVER come back here.

It was a bit disappointing for the first time because one infusion was not really recommended. It went was not really relaxing. But I indicated this so I hope they do something with it. They are renovating it nicely outside and I personally enjoyed the fact that they have laid mats in the saunas, so you can go outside a bit more calmly without burning your feet. I think it's a shame that you can't just grab a sandwich or sandwich at most saunas in the evening. There is very nice scrub and shampoo. And still nice that they have separate dressing rooms and apartment showers.

What nonsense all those negative reviews !! Bunch of naggers. We also like a clean and tidy sauna. Today relaxed, enjoyed and eaten. Definitely worth repeating again. Remains a wonderful sauna even though

It seems that the water temperature of the baths is being cut incorrectly, which is a shame.

Wonderful Wellness resort and not just saunas. Good massage options. It can be busy and reservations are recommended (and also desirable). Come here several times a year. Good and tasty food in combination with a wellness day. Also several Loylys in one day something for everyone.

Today I went to Thermen Holiday again. Really looks super neat again. Sauna cabins are equipped with new woodwork. (were busy with the die-hard today) but of course there are plenty of other wonderful cabins. The More

Fine sauna. We had a wonderful day and everything looked fine. You have to bring your own shampoo and soap, I was not used to that.

Wonderful accommodation with great food and friendly staff.
Only as so many reviews already indicated, the hot water baths outside very lukewarm so you get very cold.
Even the indoor pool was not really comfortable.
Hopefully someday this will be discussed seriously and that on a next visit a 5 deserved star rating can be given, because it is worth it.

Last Saturday for the first time in these resorts together with my brother-in-law. We were kindly helped at the entrance and shown the way. The food was good and the service smooth and nice! Here and there some work is needed on tiles, but the resort is aware of this. There was plenty of space on the sunbeds outside! We had a wonderful relaxing day at Termen Holiday, and will be back here soon.

Large with outdoor space. Sauna, sunbathing area and whirlpools. It was busy at the loyvly had to wait and get a number.
Hotstone massage is highly recommended. Really super relaxed. Hospitality prices were also not too bad. And everything is put on your tape, which is also your key for your locker.

Overpriced and very amature massage, did not worth the money and time. Wont do it again. Can't say anything about the saunas as this was my first time, I definitely enjoyed it and I loved the Japanese one. Hamam wasn't good. Too much steam pumped in all the time and insufficiently homogenous heat. Can not skip mentioning the bottled water price .. 4 euros without the price visible.

As with other reactions here, not happy with the fact that Thermen Holiday charges a booking fee of 5.95 Euro after redeeming a '' free '' voucher for a day in the sauna - received as a thank you via the Kidney Foundation. On the website dagjewellness.nl where you redeem voucher, NOWHERE is stated when booking that there are additional costs. You only see this when you make a reservation at Thermen Holiday. If you choose to request a booking fee, be transparent about this. And otherwise you distance yourself from platform dayjewellness that simply misleads users.

Been 1 minute inside .. got stress from the crowds ... is not fun anymore ... too many people on each other, looks like battery, dude ... if you are looking for peace and tranquility, you may not be here for the good address....
