Because these thermal baths are pretty close to us, we went here about once a month. In that sense you could call us regular customers. Something went wrong regularly: too cold inside, too hot inside (and then really hot!), Showers cold all day and no hot water. Saunas that were closed, hot tubs broken and so on. The choice was therefore increasingly determined by the ease of the distance (often a few hours in the evening) than by the experiences we had there.
On November 3 we really wanted to do a sauna, we had booked. We did not print the offer slip, because it was never necessary, but from November 1 this was the new rule and we did not get it. Yes, for the full price, 31 euros, but this sauna is certainly not worth it! So we left, never to return.
Advice: continue to Bleiswijk Elysium. Great sauna, good service, same price but much more for your money.

Absolutely horrible! Treatments are priced on high end and are performed in a way that my 14 year old seems professional. I had at least several hundreds of facials in my life. This was by far the worse! She didn t clean my skin, nor paid any attention to my skin type or needs. I felt like a battery chicken paying premium for a despicable experience. Here goes a supposedly relaxing Saturday.

Slowly the new management improves step by step. The sauna was needed. But things are going in the right direction. But there are few places to relax in the restaurant and many tables to eat.

Bad service, too busy could not be in anything. So don't go there again. Nothing was explained 2 x back after the reception to ask things was also briefly asked if we had everything with us so back after the reception. We waited 45 minutes for someone to come after us for a drink. Physical contact is not allowed, so we had to sit neatly together but let girls swim with strings .. And they don't know kindness. Next time just nice after the swallow farm

Clean sauna, good food, nice relaxation room. And wonderful saunas.

A few weeks ago we went to Thermen Holiday again. We have been coming there for quite a few years. A nice sauna in itself. But .... after renovating the (hot) showers (over 2 years ago), they still function very badly. Of the approximately 11 showers, 3 to 4 are constantly defective and the rest have a mini jet if a few people are showering at the same time. And since this is the only hot shower, it is of course always busy here. People often have to wait here to take a shower. Problem has been known to management for a long time, but does nothing about it.

The spa is on a small side. Food in the restaurant is good.

Finally: take an example at Thermen Soesterberg. This was not taken over last May, but last March, taken over by the owner of Thermen Bussloo. All infusions, 15 free per day. Bandless singing sessions with trained sauna masters including an arsenal of bowls, a gong and what not, free. Free in the sense that you just paid enough for all the "free" considering your entrance fee! Nevertheless. That is of course no different at Thermen Holiday. What a downgrade this is and most likely a deal breaker for this once very satisfied customer.

The heat baths and showers are lukewarm instead of warm. The complex is not clean and the sauna is not accessible by phone. You will only hear a tape. They recognize the complaint about the lukewarm baths, but they do nothing about this. Outrageous, for that 35 euro entrance you get no value for money.

Great place to relax .. However, no masseur was available at the time of booking due to sickness reporting.

I have been here regularly and today I am going again. I don't recognize the complaints. I had a very quick reply to an email I sent, too bad it seems that an external company is handling these emails. But if that is the solution for better reception accessibility. Then that may even be an improvement.

Enjoy a day of relaxation but it should not be too crowded and the prices of the drinks may also be a bit lower. Furthermore delicious

Excellent sauna complex. Many possibilities. Minus ": the wear of the whole, eg. Loose mosaic tiles in the Turkish bath, here and there traces of leakage.

Not even worth a star! Customer friendliness has been hard to find since they were taken over. But that's at all IWR !! Have a voucher that I want to redeem on the Thermen Holiday website, you will get an error! after which you will receive a message that a number has been used when you enter it a second time! Calling customer service you will be told that you have to pay extra costs because you have to make an unintentional reservation by phone. And there are no alternative options. So wrong with reservation system and you as a customer have to pay extra .... LOGIC uhuh, bunch of crooks, leeches that they are .... Oh sorry wait you should be relaxed and not STRESSED !! well thanks IWR for a "relaxing" evening at home after a tiring day. Nice and nice all those reviews but they do not help. Update: yes and standard answer with apologies but in the end they did nothing with it. Same day I already sent an email to customer service, not even a reply a week later

UPDATE: 4 weeks later and still no response back people spend your money on another SAUNA that puts SERVICE AND QUALITY in first place

Sauna fine, food in the regular restaurant much better than in the pavilion, buffet is much too expensive! The choice is limited and moreover it has been in the warming trays for too long, salmon must be beautiful in color, but the color in this buffet already prevents you from taking it, in short, definitely not worth 22.95! Rather go to the regular restaurant, where you are also warmer and more cozy ... The pavilion radiates nothing and is drafty and cold, especially if you have just done a round sauna.

Nice sauna, but I find everything too massive. Often has cheap offers. Tip: Never pay the full pound, but search for offers on the internet.

After the bad reviews we were a bit worried that it was going to be disappointing but we are usually not the hardest so we hoped it would be better than expected.
On arrival I had to go to the toilet, degoutant I almost went over my neck.
Upon entering, we immediately noticed that it was very busy, no more left to hang your bathrobe on. Place in a jacuzzi or hot pool was no longer there. Just like a chicken coop we are only in 1
swimming pool because it was crowded everywhere. After 1:30 we started walking. Of which we had something to drink and eat for half an hour. Was tasty, very expensive and ambient temperature cold.
Until never a thermal holiday!

Was cold everywhere. The treatment room was 16 degrees. Hot tub and herbal bath too.

Been here for the first time last week. Fine sauna. Upon entering the queue, thought that it would be very busy, fell within the rush. Some busier moments but not annoyingly busy.

Saunas neat, lots of choice in temperatures and the like. The operation could be arranged better, it seemed that they were walking randomly, sometimes waiting a long time. The service was friendly. Food was good.

Nice place, somewhat noisy, but definitely worth a visit!

Nice sauna, we have been in December and February, only the baths outside are so cold that they are all cold plunge pools, otherwise clean and well cared for. Unfortunately swimming or relaxing outside is not possible when it is cold outside.

Relaxing sauna. Restaurant is mediocre and lounge downstairs is mediocre. Furthermore, satisfied.

Once you are it is delicious although it is not so clean anymore and has become very pricey. But spontaneously autumn the Sauna is no longer there. Because then you are faced with a closed door. Mandatory reservation, they are simply not available by phone. If you have succeeded, the reservation can be made via the website. But if something does not work through the site, you can take a break. Are you immediately stressed from all the hassle. So customer unfriendly. And then we are not even talking about canceling ... again costs half an afternoon and administration costs. They deserve it very easily there and everything via a boarded up website.

Nice day had nice and spacious, enough saunas cozy restaurant where you can eat delicious.

4.95 EUR "administrative costs" just to be able to book online and additional 4.95 each following day/time change .

It is very sad that this place does not understand that people who want to relax in a spa are very often busy people with busy schedules who need the flexibility to reschedule, or just the opposite - this spa uses "administrative costs" to earn extra money. They charged me 4.95 for the first administrative cost just to make a booking online (which already seemed outrageous; what is the administration they need to do with a self made online booking?) and when a couple of hours later I politely asked to postpone to another day, they added another 4.95 to my bill.... 10 euro for just the administrative costs in one day I have never paid so much in any online booking service....
The customer service is pathetic, when I explained the reason why I need a day change (which is also partly due to their booking system not properly informing on the booking service/calendar which days are the "naked" days), they just said something like these is our terms and conditions, have a great day , they have not shown even a bit of willingness to help out a customer. I have lived in Holland for so many years and customer service enployees in all other establishements first looked at my case to see how we can solve it, not refering at all, or only as a last resort, to their terms and conditions..
The customer service does not serve their customers at all, they are useless and they just lost a client...
Will never visit this place again.

Yesterday I went to Thermen Holiday in Schiedam. The train station is nearby, just a cycle path in between and we were already there.
We enjoyed the saunas, the baths, the relaxation room, the food.
The Hobbitsauna is so beautiful.
The relaxation room upstairs is so lovely and so beautiful.
The food, Souflaki or something, Greek skewer with tasty big fries, raw vegetables and tzaziki sauce was delicious.
In short, a wonderful day out for us.
Oh yes, the highway nearby, well, we hardly heard it.
And those rabbits and cheeky pigeons, very nice. From us there are also raccoons and nose bears, and guinea pigs.

Really nice. Arrived at 11:00 but some saunas were not yet heated. Pretty small compared to other wellness centers but it's then easy to find your way around. Very clean.

This is a busy, popular sauna complex, catering to young and old people. The outside space is very nice, with different saunas and nice sitting areas.
The inside space is busy and noisy.
The restaurant is on the pricy side, the food is good enough. We had an over enthusiastic waiter who kept interrupting our conversation.
The saunas are quiet, well kept and the whole complex is clean and well maintained.

This place is great ..... when I am there I just forget everything.

An excellent place to spend a misty, cold Dutch winter's day. It was very busy when I visited and I had to queue for about 15 minutes until I was inside. However once inside the place didn't feel overcrowded. There are 6 or 7 saunas, a small swimming pool, several whirlpools, inside and outside. Didn't use the garden much but can imagine it is great to relax on the sunbeds in the garden in summer

In terms of saunas, it does not go crazy like Elysium, because it focuses more on the outside of the Spa (lots of sunbeds, a multitude of terrains in the garden), the center is not so impressive, cold, subdued and tight. But the quality of the saunas and their arrangement is a plus and this is the point. That is why the max. shelf

In terms of facilities a good sauna, only less in terms of location. The sauna is located on the highway and on a flight path, so there is quite a lot of noise outside. For us, this was not the desired 'get away from all the hectic' feeling we were looking for. The staff was nice and welcoming. We made use of the dinner buffet, which was fine in itself. The infusion we attended had a good explanation and was very pleasant.

Lovely place to relax and just let off steam. However, maintenance may take place. Some tiles in the bath are either broken or broken.

Worst sauna experience ever , i would never eat anything from here after them failing to demonstrate basic health and safety. I was really hungry and was served my coffee and apple pie on a table inches away from someone's bare feet on the table. It put me off my food and I wouldn't eat anything else from a place that didn't wipe the table and to even sit my apple pie inches away from some guys bare smelly feet is unbelievable. Also paid for some sound bowl ritual and was left that in pain due to uncomfortable laying position . 6 hours of hunger and not relaxed one bit . Waste of time and money

Good sauna, not too gutter and clear with many types of saunas.

Remains a nice day of relaxation but I find it going backwards every time. Sauna always out of order and the menu is no longer what it used to be.

Super nice experience! The staff is very friendly and there are many sauna facilities. A massage is also recommended. I will definitely go again!

Have been to saunas a lot, but our first time to this sauna.

Not very impressed.

Upon entering (after a very long line outside), the lady at the reception asked nicely if it was our first time there, yes we said, but that was more of a courtesy question, because otherwise we did not receive any information or map.

Once inside, we immediately noticed that the upstairs room is for renovation, or is going on, but is not really nicely screened, so you are watching an ugly renovation of some kind of bar.

First sauna where we went we were really looking forward to, because I am a big fan of aquariums, but once in the "aquarium sauna" no fish in sight (except for the wooden fish on the wall). First impression is therefore not very good.
We also found the differences in temperatures of the saunas very disappointing, but that may be something personal.

Dinner buffet dinner in the evening was fine, although there was a little lack of choice, but good. The service was a bit crazy. Upon entering, we were only explained in literal words ... "Well, eat it all, huh?"
Then you have to walk to the service yourself for a drink ... You also had to think about what was in the bins, because there was no sign.

The movie sauna is great ... If the beamer does at least ... It has been off most of the afternoon and early evening.

Outside is very spacious, perhaps a bit too spacious (could have had more saunas) and a pity about the many cars and motorbikes that ruin your ultimate rest!

Food quality is less and less edible but not as good as we were used to. Price of food is expensive this seems to be a source of income because you have more and more entrance promotions
We miss volunteers who were profesional and customer-friendly and we were not allowed to stay as new owners
many staff who enjoyed working have been replaced by young youth who really only work for money desk staff often nice and also experience sauna master and staff who provide treatment
Hygiene also degrades safety
Where previously the floor was kept clean and dry with a polishing machine, there are now more and more signs that warn that it is slippery and many pieces of bacon smooth of water are very careful how you walk.
Yet I still like to come but only because the garden is nice and cozy in the neighborhood and there is sufficient choice of saunas and the treatments are very tasty

A tiny sauna where a small swimming pool is the focal point. Many, many, too many people. The hot water baths and hot tubs were completely full and in the pool you could not swim from the people. Good food though I got fresh tuna while I had expected from a can. Put that in the map. And cordial service, by the way. But we are not going back.

Terrible customer service. Extremely racist and rude. Bad drinks and manager full of irony towards 6 ladies.
