Relax. A large number of available saunas and wonderfully heated baths.
What a huge disappointment we had arrived at Thermen Schiedam. The enormous, uninspired, atmospheric environment ensured that we were outside again after 1.5 hours. It was extremely busy, small, and there was barely any place to hang your towel or bathrobe.
Nice saunas good food in an attractive restaurant. Sometimes a bit busy in the baths and saunas.
Beautiful sauna complex in Schiedam with separate elements such as hanging relax chairs. Very nice Moroccan relaxation room. Spacious garden and sand dune. Hammocks and baths everywhere, whirlpools etc. What was especially nice was that it was clean. Also had a good lunch only I expected coffee and tea included. And 4.50 for a bottle of water I thought was very much the price.
Lovely an evening at the sauna with my husband, sometimes a bit too busy but otherwise fine.

Great place to go to. Still can't comprehend the additional charge for days with bathing clothes though.
23C partly cloudy, dry with sunny days. Parking in front of the door was completely full at 10.15. Had a lovely relaxing swimwear day. Sunbathing area outside: fine and large enough. Sauna facilities: perfect! Indoor swimming pool; big enough. Not too busy that day, just right probably because it is during the summer vacation period. After 18.00 it became very busy more young people and they probably don't mind the crowds. If it had been raining outside then there wouldn't have been enough lounge chairs / place inside. Balinese massage recommended. The food we ordered throughout the day was tasty. Especially the nachos and the soto ayam soup were very tasty. Only the sourcy water bottles a bit pricey compared to a lipton ice tea in glass expensive, it is only spring water. Wait staff were friendly, very attentive and service oriented. All in all we will definitely come back for a day when we need relaxation again!
Finest thermal baths. We like to drive for it. Only downside is the limited amount of parking places, we have a quarter of an hour driving around for a place to park outside along the fence. Unfortunately, there was no guidance that is normally there in extreme crowds.
Wonderful day to relax, good clean facilities and good food
Been last week for the first time since closing. I was really disappointed that the plunge pool has been converted to a hot tub. The only plunge pool is now outside, a walk from most saunas - and the water there wasn't even really cold. Furthermore, everything was satisfactory, good corona measures, and excellent service in the restaurant.
Perfect. Nice place for good feeling after hard week.
Yesterday I visited Thermen on April 16th.
Many pourings, were all very successful and very nicely done (especially Joop and Nico). The food was also good, tasty and plenty to eat. The staff were friendly at reception, restaurant and the people who kept everything clean. Toilets were clean and smelled nice.
I only found it strange that you were allowed to take your slippers and water bottles into the sauna, in other saunas they are not allowed inside because the heat does not release healthy substances from the bottles and
flip flops.
For the rest, a successful day.
No more bathing wear day for me ... It was more like an ordinary pool for young people (a few months ago). Poor control on mobile use. I miss the ladies day
Not too big but nice and cozy. Be careful with food and drinks because you will lose more than you like ... reservation costs of almost 5 euros pp is also a bit on the high side.

Flyers on the door on arrival, I have not seen them, nor was I told at the desk it would have been so neat.
Or sent me an email, this would have saved me a car ride.

What a mockery you as a Thermen holiday should have decided to keep the case closed today
Didn't eat pleasantly in the restaurant there either.
The overall pressure is poorly tiled away, ceilings dirty / yellow spots, yellowed lamps at least think they were lamps.
An employee approached sorry we know it is cold.
But we don't get hot, bad insulation, be it.
And her tip was to sit by the fireplace okay.
Unfortunately the bomb was not the only one who was cold.

Have asked for a compensation in the form of a discount or 1 free entrance they asked they they must be here for thermen holiday.

What should have been a pleasant visit to the sauna resulted in an extremely unpleasant experience: when I was sitting on one of the saunas (KELO) on the couch and wanted to push a piece up, a large splinter burst in my thigh through the towel. To the reception for tweezers. There was no tweezers in the first aid kit. So we had to go home. After much effort, the splinter was pulled out of the leg there: it was the length of a cocktail stick. When we looked at our voucher I also saw that we had paid for a chicken satay whose fries (the question was 'do you want some bread or fries with it') were again calculated as 'supplement'. So if you want chicken satay, you know that you are almost 4 more expensive.
The discount voucher for the next time as consolation was the only patch on the wound ... and I don't know yet if I want to go there anyway ...
I think bathing suits day is the least day, I prefer to go without a bathing suit. It is then quieter and less youthful.

Wonderful sauna. Weather was cold so very busy inside. Not known in advance that you had to pay extra for infusion. Lots of highway noise
On the day of the teacher sympathetically received a wellness voucher. After redemption made a reservation at Thermen Holiday. Still 4.95 euros reservation costs paid digitally, but a nice prospect. Unfortunately, flu threw a spanner in the works, but this could be adjusted with the change form. Not so, because then your browser may not work properly. It is strange, because everything works fine with reservation and payment. Then call. Unfortunately a tape that refers back to the digital form. Phone number of the facility then. Unfortunately does not work and disconnects automatically. So I already had my cold shower, without even being near the Thermen. My advice is to nominate this company for the cold shower of AvroTros Radar. Perhaps this publicity can move the company to a more customer-friendly attitude. Oh yes sir / madam of the reactions. Calling still does not work and the last times the outdoor baths were also cold, we often go on Friday until half past three now have to add almost 10 euros to the price outrageous, so look for another sauna.
Sauna was lovely, shame about the huge queue for both coming and departing guests. The menu may also have a new look, nevertheless tasty eaten.

Excellent facilities, very open construction with a large courtyard and large open outside area. Because of this not an intimate feeling and you always walk in full view of everyone. Whether or not you like that open structure is up to you, it is not entirely my thing and I find Elysium more pleasant in that regard. The advantage is that it is clear and does not feel like a maze.
Also note that this complex is located next to the A20, so it is not really relaxing if you are outside ....
I used to come here SO like! Since the new owner most commercial! Behind busy every time, really unwise sin. You should allow a maximum number of people per day. For me unfortunately not worth repeating and I came here very happy for 12 years.
We hesitated to go to this sauna given the reviews, but luckily we did, and we had a wonderful day! The carona surcharge was disappointing!

I think Thermen Holliday has just become a kind of treatment park. It is certainly not an oasis of peace, because there are no resting places. Everything is packed. Is there no limit to the number of visitors? It's too full everywhere. The herbal bath, you just do not come in bundles bah

Customer-friendly assistance from the start. I had a lady named Sarah who was too busy to explain everything properly. She was also constantly busy interfering with her colleague's customers who sat next to her. She was very uninterested, explained everything badly, and didn't even finish our conversation, it almost seemed like a joke. We had to ask ourselves if there was anything else or if we could walk on.
The pools themselves were okay, many variations of saunas. But do NOT take the lunch buffet unless you only want to eat croquettes and frozen sandwiches. For 16 it is really scanty and everything excluding drinks. A small orange juice costs 4.50, iced coffee 6.50 and renting a bathrobe 8.50. All "small" costs are very hopeful. The tables of the buffet were dirty and barely cleared away. Two ladies who sat behind us ate among all dirty plates and glasses of the previous guests.
All in all, this is a "once and never again" experience for me. And this is not even because of the ridiculously expensive drinks, but because of the poor service.
Today had a wonderful day at the thermal baths. Delicious baths and saunas and tasty food and drinks. And also received 2 vouchers for a next visit. Top!
In itself great spa, but Buddha statues and stuff. That reduces the atmosphere for me.
we come regularly to Thermen Holiday although we feel ourselves at home and still like to go it is a bit less after the small outdoor hot tubs the hobbit sauna is cool but they had to think about the entrance. our experience with the hospitality staff is good, they are nice and do their best to ensure that everything runs smoothly, which unfortunately does not always work. I also find the rest room too small there is never room except on the ground, and I miss a saltwater bath very much. The steamer is delicious and well laid out. the hygiene in the various baths is sometimes less, there is a lot of junk around the extraction points. It all sounds very negative but we still like it because we can appreciate the open design and the cozy interior. we have only been to a different thermal baths lately and actually I think it is a shame that we were in need of it. We do understand that the showers will soon be enlarged and we are very happy with that. The kitchen is not special but also not bad. but all in all, we would still like to come here for the time being.
Beautiful sauna complex with different saunas, steam bath, bubble bath, swimming pool and possibilities for beaty and massage. Standard rates are not cheap.
A great Sauna with a lot of facilities, very nice that the infusion is given here in 2x (after 10 minutes you get a 10 minute break and then there is another 10 minutes infusion). Very nice to see that the sauna masters are allowed to choose music themselves and give their own touch to each infusion. Very nice that there is music and a movie sauna, too bad that the beamer was broken.
Nice to see something varied such as a sauna on stilts or sauna in the theme of "the hobbit"!
Great relaxation areas and nice to be able to lie outside in a hammock.
What bothered me a bit in the oasis of peace is that the sauna is located right next to the highway (A20) and you can even hear the cars rushing past in the sauna.

You do see that they still have a lot to do to complete it completely (unplugged power wires in the sauna, power cables protruding from the ground, sauna where the insulation comes from the ceiling, etc.) But if you don't let you relax here!

For a few hours this is a nice sauna, not big. Often too busy, Thermen could really do something about it, I think (for example, an x number of people per day instead of letting everyone in because it tastes good in the wallet of the company?) Also, the food and drink is way too much expensive. Incidentally, the saunas are nice and I do enjoy the relaxation room upstairs again.
Was a loyal customer of the thermal baths in Schiedam, but last Thursday I experienced something different. The heating did not work which the employees could not do anything about, which meant that all the swimming pools, showers, hot tubs, herbal baths and rooms were cold, with the exception of a few saunas. All customers were shivering with cold. After 1.5 hours I indicated that I wanted to go home because it was hard to bear. There was no compensation from the staff themselves, which I think is no more than normal, all costs expensive enough. When I asked if I could come back another time, she indicated that I then had 31 January. Indicated if it could not last a month because I could not do all of Jan, she clearly stated until 31 January and otherwise not. So I now pay for two people, but nowhere can use, and I lie a bob I could with it! No customer is there not a king, I have experienced! Too bad, go look for a kind of equal sauna ... where they are happy with their customers!
Beautiful complex with many saunas where you can enjoy and unwind. There are different types of saunas with different scents, colors, temperatures and humidity levels and there are different types of baths.
On the bathing suit day during the holidays (my visit) it was busy and therefore sometimes too full in some baths or saunas. To me it seems more the moment (vacation) than that it is regularity.
The staff is friendly and there is a well-kept environment. It is quite expensive. A day in Efteling is cheaper.
Nice sauna, was there on swimwear day. Was quite busy then. Herbal bath did not smell too good, but that can be because of the crowds.
Facilities are fantastic. Wide choice of various saunas and baths. Restaurant staff, however, is particularly slow. Do you want to pay everything in one go afterwards? Cost extra. Do you want to speak to someone on the phone? Cost extra. Casting? Cost extra. It is a pity, as far as I am concerned, these matters are a sign of customer focus and should not cost extra.
Enjoyed a lot, unfortunately when I was there the herbal bath was closed. Glad they also have a swimwear day every week.
Today had a wonderful day at Thermen Holiday in Schiedam. It was pleasantly busy, but there was enough space in the saunas and baths. Many different saunas, especially the infrared sauna is a must. Food is delicious and value for money. We had booked a head massage which is definitely worth experiencing. A great day and at the exit we got a voucher for free entrance in September, we will definitely do that!
The diversity of facilities is still wide, but - as with everything else - everything becomes more expensive. For various (previously included in the entrance price) sauna treatments you must book now and pay extra. There are also clearly many minor repairs and / or maintenance activities that have not (yet) been done. For example, in the Hamam / steam sauna I walked on a loose mosaic stone, not blood but not fine. And the prices of the restaurant remain alarmingly high, even though saunas in general have a reputation for keeping the prices of food and drinks higher than regular catering, it would be nice to be pleasantly surprised by a little lower, more to see usual catering prices.
Busy and wheelchair accessible for disabled people. There is an elevator, but many doors, which is not friendly for wheelchair users.

It is a bit of a sauna factory. There are many nicer and better saunas in the Randstad. The catering industry is uncomfortable. We left quickly in the afternoon to have a bite to eat in the city.
Sauna is clean changing rooms too. Too bad I had to go to the reception twice because my and my daughter wristband was not activated by the ladies at the reception. What I found outright ridiculous was 22.50 for a dinner buffet with little choice and really filthy spaghetti and tough banter. The soup was just a pity that I had bits of croutons that stink of antiquity. Bah. There was no cola, so my daughter got some kind of extract with bubble water, her teeth spontaneously fell out of her mouth. Happy replacement drink from an all-working waitress Esperanza who tried to save it so well and badly. Compliments meiske.! Cook was also very angry away from keuken.o and the desserts were uncooled on plates where the.flights could so near. So we have also let it stand I have indicated all this at the reception hoping for some compensation but unfortunately, the full blow to pay. Too bad all this, I always came here so badly but now? .... no

Bad, downright bad you are going to notice that it is in decline. Reception short of dust as well as the checkout, not even asked if everything was to your liking.
The last time we were there it was not too good in the catering industry, but can happen once we thought, but now a weird omelet and sandwich which was dry and finished with bits of hard tasteless lettuce, where we idd could have complained earlier but we wanted to get out of there.
Not communicating that work will be done on, for example, the film sauna which has been closed for some time now, and is paying for a new one, which is strange.
Have been there regularly but last week was the last time at thermen holliday of which I regret that after all negative reactions there is totally no attention paid to these matters, too bad.

Are a bunch of light lighter !! Had one "unlimited" drink arrangement, but a lot of drinks is just calculated anyway! Finally after complaining 11! Euro back which was far too little !! We will never go there again! Sauna itself is fine, so it's a shame that they find it necessary to rip you off!
Try to get in touch with thermen holiday all the time, telephone number is an answer machine that is of no use. Facebook does not read your message and seems to filter by words in order to be able to reply automatically. And furthermore, there are not many contact options, waiting 2 days for someone to answer your mail or filling out a contact form does not sound very attractive. And then all the reviews from the last 2 months are not very enthusiastic either. Pretty sad. Poor guest contact and bad word are not something you want to be known for.
A good big nice looking wellness center. Enough lounge chairs, enough space in the saunas. In short, a good center. Easily accessible by public transport. Recommended!
