First class scammers. I had several appointments with them and they did not honor them. I had paid them brokerage fees and lost a lot of money. Beware: never ever get involved with this office.

They were not knowledgable about the properties they were letting. The terms of the contracts they were offering were unreasonable. There were surprises in the contract that I was not informed about beforehand. Generally not a level of professionalism I would expect.

We have seen a beautiful house on the website of Frisia real estate agents and we have planned a viewing by telephone immediately. A few days later we walked through the house and were immediately sold. We said we wanted to make an offer immediately. We were told that this was possible as long as the bid was at least 30,000 above the asking price. We found that very strange and of course did not agree with it. It is also a hefty amount to start with, then we were told that that is the starting amount. We wanted to report this because this is a strange way of doing business, but when we said this, we were threatened (things were said that cannot be repeated). It was even mentioned that we were not allowed to make a report to the police because otherwise they would find out and they were able to do something terrible. That is why we do not want to be here with our names because we are afraid of reprisals and we do not want to. We suspect that this often happens at Frisia real estate agents and therefore think that there are more victims. WE WANT TO WARN YOU FOR FRISIA REAL ESTATE AGENTS SO THAT MAKE NO VICTIMS MORE.

I was interested in a business space, they kept me on the line for 4 weeks.
3 times they have not fulfilled their agreements.

Not to be trusted.!!

In the end they said they would like to sell the space and not rent it out while there is clearly on their website and on the outside of the property for rent.
