Neat and clean. Friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The dishes are well prepared, but the prices are a bit on the high side. I have also experienced that the ladies of the administration (not visible) are very friendly and speak to you neatly (over the phone) and explain everything calmly in case of problems or a request and just put it in order. Awesome !
