Can not be reached by telephone. Entourage starts shabby here and there.

Normally a great experience but only once on the swimwear day. Sadly. Nothing rest. Reminded me rather of swimming at a children's party, only the balloons were missing. Many people, hope groups and shackles. Afrader.

Thermen holiday is so far a wonderful place where my girl and I like to go. At least so far.
We went last Saturday evening (we always choose swimwear day! L
and we have wonderfully relaxed and enjoyed.

Some points we notice:

-The toilets are very dirty especially the last Saturday!
- I was against my girl and we were approached three times
- A couple of them were making love and then I thought I'd look for the differences before addressing someone.
- it was driven around with a scrub cart each time.

We find it striking that the temperature differences between the baths are the same, but we can also be very wrong :)

In our opinion, safety should be supervised, but that is an opinion, and who knows, we may be working on that in the meantime.

Maarrr, we had a good evening and will definitely be back and we still enjoy ...

We always look forward to when we can go there and let go at home ...

We think it is recommended, sometimes it is a bit very busy ..

A star is still too much for Thermen Holiday. I canceled my reservation, but still can't get my money back 2.5 months later.

I was here over 2 months ago and instead of returning relaxed, I only got more stress.
Very customer unfriendly staff. Very impatient and certainly unreasonable. No attention to the customers. After canceling my reservation, I am still waiting for a refund of the amount more than 2 months later and the same comment every time "fill in the contact form on the website". After indicating that I have already done this more than 4 times, it is said that a comment is made and I receive an answer within 48 hours. After which I have to call back again a week later to get the same comment again.
It is clear that this is a very customer-unfriendly wellness center and certainly not recommended.

I am a huge fan of saunas and have already been to many, this was the worst 'sauna' experience to date. It was incredibly busy! The whole day me and my boyfriend didn't have a single relaxing moment. Just walking around, finding out if there is a free space, being allowed to stick someone else's leg in the sauna because there really isn't enough room or if you want to be poor, then you can get 'delicious' feet free because you have to squeeze yourself into a bubble bath with 8 people and you can't actually leave your legs anywhere. Anything but nice and relaxing. The wonderful massage and good hygiene makes up for something, only the unfriendly service behind the counter quickly took that piece of satisfaction away. For me it was the first time here and never again.

Yesterday after a long time visited Sauna Holiday again, but that was a bitter disappointment. Much overdue maintenance, mediocre kitchen but especially a much too low temperature of the outdoor pools. That temperature should be 35 degrees, but was 32.2. That saves way too much and is uncomfortable. There was widespread complaints about this around me. And especially because of the fact that this complaint is hardly treated seriously. My advice is therefore to improve this very quickly and otherwise just proceed to close this sauna.

Very nice sauna! On the two Saturdays that I had been there, it was surprisingly quiet and therefore extra nice. There are so many different saunas that you can't do them all in one visit. Staff is very friendly, but you can sometimes have to wait a long time on the terrace before you can order. Some maintenance needs to be done here and there, especially mosaic tiles are missing in the whirlpool bath, which is not very comfortable

Many different saunas from lukewarm to really hot. Actually always enough space even though you come on a busier day or evening. The only downside I find that the menu is not very extensive and that presentation and quality of the food varies.

Nice sauna, some facilities a bit outdated. On busy days, the catering industry cannot cope well and the pavilion is also closed. Motorway can also sometimes be disturbing when you are outside.

Number of downsides this day. Massage did not go through due to illness, we only heard on arrival, no alternative. Do not get hot due to outside swimming pools. No music in Music sauna and showers were cold in between. Was cleaned regularly. Food and service was good, only minimal card. Still extra choice via wall signs.
Lounge areas in restaurant reduced, so you have to sit at a table for drinks.

I've been coming there for years.

-Good food
-Tasty saunas,
- Relaxed people.
-A large sauna, but not a too large sauna. Which makes the home feeling linger.
-The on castings are better than with most other saunas, that is because you see that the performers also enjoy it.
- Until now, I have not encountered any daredevils or wheel turners. The audience is varied

In short, a good sauna with almost everything in the house. You will also find a Basic fit, a swimming pool and a bowling alley near the sauna. This allows you to make a nice combination between sport and wellness.

The front desk and restaurant staff were unpleasant, unhelpful and show no interest in guest experience. The saunas and baths are good.

I always love to go to thermal baths. The only regret is that they have become more expensive since the takeover. Ride tickets have become a lot more expensive. Meals a bit more expensive or you get less (club sandwhich first with pieces of fried chicken and now packages of chicken fillet, smoothies former was 1 size 1 price. Now 2 sizes. The smallest is equal to the old price but half the size. The size is in volume same as before but a lot more expensive.Furthermore, the saunas and the infusions are still very nice despite stricter rules (no more lying down and no more drinks)

Delicious sauna complex, together with the swallow farm this is my new favorite. Not very big but super good facilities and friendly service. New drink arrangement is highly recommended together with shared dinner platter. Will definitely come back again!

I wouldn't go there again. Far too much bullshit. If you are cozy in a pool as couples, there will be staff immediately to say that it is a wellness center and not a pool. Well then I won't get there anyway

This complex sometimes needs a renovation by now. The restaurant has furniture that sometimes looks very worn. Tiles disappeared from bubble bath, brown spots and joints. Ceiling gray of ventilation fabric. The whole now looks a bit shabby. If the weather is up to date it is a wonderful company. Wide choice, facilities, outdoor space.

Customer is not a king, horrible !! And way too busy !!! And what a bad infusion !! Yes the best were given by the customers themselves, they made my day well.But staff at the desk, terrible !! there, toilet stink brrrr

Still a beautiful sauna, but too many guests at the same time, too much cut down on energy costs, such as the whirlpools that you can no longer turn on and high prices in the restaurant. You can enter for an offer price, but you will run out for a drink or a snack.
And the pourings you now also have to pay too much, from 4, - to 20, -
And if you wait a quarter of an hour, the reception says that there is too little staff. But one A4 on the door that it does not go through, they do not, even in the second corridor. Very customer-unfriendly.

Varied neat sauna and baths, of course also outside !!!

Sauna was wonderful, only the dinner buffet was poor. Dessert was tasty.

Too busy to be able to relax.
Every sauna was full, the baths too. Felt like waiting for a parking spot to be able to sit in the herbal bath.
We are not allowed to use any food that we bring with us, which is understandable, but it is important to take dietary requirements into account.
Clearly indicated that there is no milk and lactose in the food.
Is there a hamburger with a large slice of cheese melted over it ... The waitress, who took the order, was not, she has given everything well.
Tortilla chips are requested naturally, nacho cheese tortilla chips are served.
Hamburger sandwich was no longer gluten-free, but then put in the rice instead, but the fries that belonged to the menu stayed away and we had to indicate that they still belonged to that 16.50 ...
Rice was watery, hamburger thin and tough ... Such a shame, this day was not as we are used to Thermen Holiday. We left earlier than planned and made sure that we did not have to eat dinner there anymore.
Disappointing day.
Declared at the counter, lady behind the counter says that the tea will not be charged, to compensate ... Finally in the car the bill recharged ... is that tea still there ... Yet : It has been a disappointing day.
Oh yes, one thing has made it a bit good to look back on: I had a classic massage from Astrid and that was wonderful. I felt like I was retiring from the room again.

Update :
With daughter returned to swimwear day January 15. A lot quieter and cozier. Now really enjoy it. In the restaurant they also did their best and we ate delicious, milk free!
We also snoozled, what a wonderful experience that was. Really recommended.
So here we come back again :)

Put some dots on the i and some more healthy snacks on the menu. Furthermore, wonderful to spend a few hours.

Visited this sauna for the first time today. Very satisfied, certainly worth repeating. Very clean and friendly staff. Stay well for a whole day.

Had a nice day. Long queue for the infusions, we are lucky every time but a lot of people who were less lucky. Furthermore, great atmosphere!

Had a wonderful day at Thermen Holiday. The sun was also shining so that is always a party. Quite busy but there were plenty of sunbeds and it was quiet in the saunas themselves. The only downside is the jet of water from the showers. There is no such thing! Hardly any water came out. But otherwise had a great day and highly recommended!

If you come to relax on a dressed day, forget it. Everything is allowed, jumping, talking loud and smoking next to the pools. No supervision, dirty lockers. Just an easy way to make money!

Yesterday, Friday March 13, had a wonderful day in the sauna. Especially a compliment to Erwin, the sauna master who provided the last infusion in the evening. He made a beautiful show with nice music and we loved the total infusion. Thank you Erwin!

I just think that the infusions should be free and that you should be able to turn on the bubbles yourself
Sitting in a bubble bath without bubbles makes no sense to me

We had a good time. Nice that so many scrubs are available. Sundays with swimwear day a bit busy. Staff were friendly to us.

Fine sauna, with a fine kitchen, something for everyone

Had a wonderful day at the sauna. It was not busy and the atmosphere relaxed. The singing bowl session was wonderfully relaxed. I will do this more often. My baba ganoush sandwich was also excellent. Friendly people work there. I will be back very soon.

My girlfriend and I have been here recently. We had received a voucher for Christmas and had therefore taken a massage. A duo massage where you would expect that we would be massaged in the same room, this was not the case. Then after the massage my girlfriend tells me that the masseur has touched her in intimate places. I then reported this to customer service and they did nothing about it. I think this has been very bad and I advise against going

Been to Thermen in Schiedam for the first time, beautiful and quiet location. It looks very neat and the food was very successful. Ample parking space. Recommended!

Beautiful sauna with many wonderful facilities. Except for the outdoor pools. They have an uncomfortably low temperature and were therefore used very little. I read a lot of (justified) complaints about this and do not understand that this is dismissed as 'wind chill'. That's just nonsense. In this regard, you just don't get value for money and that's a shame.

I visit these thermal baths regularly.
It is not too big and not too small but nice and average.
What I really like is that you can find everything you expect from a thermal bath and all facilities are present.
You can also enjoy an infusion free of additional costs.
The restaurant area is nicely decorated and you can enjoy a snack and a drink inside the fireplace or outside in the sun.
Well worth it.

The sauna was ok but the number of people walking around was not normal. It looked like an amusement park where you had to wait in line to enter a sauna ..

Moderate service. Masseur was late and was ready too early. Bizarre. No excuses. In restautant they also do not pay attention to the customer. Takes a very long time and you have to go get someone yourself. Where you come for relaxation is not more of a challenge to stay relaxed. Saunas neat and with choice

Been last Tuesday.
Was a lovely day just a pity that there is a lot of control in the resort in the morning and that there is no one to be seen in the evening.
They are sitting in the bubble bath with glasses of cola and there were people taking plenty of pictures.

Had a wonderful relaxing day! The food was very tasty but a bit on the pricey side. There are also many facilities, large saunas and a beautiful sunbathing lawn. Especially in the summer it is a beautiful place!

After the takeover, the cosiness disappeared, which is a shame. For the rest it is fine.

Everything is a bit dated are busy to renovate it but it takes a while

Last month I went to the sauna with 3 people. Very disappointed as I had to pay another 19 euros at the till. While I had already paid 14.85 for the reservation. So very expensive and surprised. I will never go to Schiedam again. Why do you demand another payment at checkout pffff

Plenty of choice, clean, friendly, only menu card little choice, and only a side dish is possible if you also order a main course. Was also difficult when you ordered something and then, for example, did not want sauce. Fortunately it was done in the end (after having to ask) for the rest we enjoyed it. Food is not too bad in terms of price, drinks are very expensive. But you know that in advance, via groupon entrance tickets, so it was all in all doable in terms of costs. We were advised to bring your own food / drink while everyone was carrying their own bottle of drink. Too bad .. scent trip sauna booked delicious! Nice people at the saunas and counter. Restaurant some can learn a bit.

Nicely spacious, all very open, so that some have a tendency to look at others. Furthermore, good facilities.

Quite busy. Maintenance seemed a bit overdue, had to ask three times if we could order something before an employee came. Pluck hair and plasters in the dressing areas. I don't know if we will go here again

Nice sauna, many different types of saunas, spacious, nice offers, beauty treatments, large garden with saunas and sun beds, good restaurant.

I find the food overprized and miss a salt bath. The saunas are not extensive but fine.

Sauna facilities are okay, but indeed what many other people say even if you notice decline and mass production. The evenings are quieter.

At the checkout we were very disappointed, because in the restaurant we ordered a 2 person plateau called "sharing international" where you get some simple tapas dishes for what we thought 19.95 ... This is only the price per to be a person !!
Quite misleading if you put a dish on your menu framed and larger letters and the name 'sharing' gives the impression that this is for 2 people, but then suddenly indicate the price per person, just put that it costs 40 then I really hadn't taken it! we just did not want to spend too much money in the restaurant .. well should have read better .. on the other hand very misleading and absolutely not worth 20 per person, and with a bad feeling home !! Pity..

One of the best surprises I had in the Netherlands. Very friendly atmosphere, good number of saunas and pools, extremely kind staff, great restaurant, good prices. Probably, overall, the best spa I've ever visited.

Update 1 March 2019: Something changed in the restaurant. The service is so much better now!

Really well refurbished beautiful complex and good service had a wonderful day there today.

Super wellness really to enjoy
Inside and outside welness different choices of saunas and nice hot baths and the chocolate milk with the cheesecake of chocolate is really super cozy! Friendly people too!

Nice not too large sauna with all facilities. All very pleasant. The infusions were delicious. Food was fine. In short I will come back here again.

Greatly enjoyed it. Monday was 'quiet' very quiet now unfortunately not anymore.

Clean, tidy service, varied saunas, quite satisfied

Yesterday I visited Thermen Schiedam for a long time.
It was all very disappointing to me! The furniture is in need of replacement.
The glasses were filthy during the toilet visit. Showers started hot but soon lukewarm. Different showers did not wake up at all.
The service is friendly, but the clothing is dingy, stains on shirt and apron. The cup of coffee that was served did not look. The cup showed stripes and it had a foot bath. Previously we usually also have a bite to eat but now we have to leave the sauna at 6 o'clock to have a bite to eat elsewhere.

Relaxing was a bit busy. It is a shame that different people take pictures.
