I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life as i was by Frank at the front desk at the Wyndom hotel in Mt. Laurel. This is the second time this has happened. I have been staying here for many months due to personal mis fortanes. He is the rudest person i have ever encountered and for him to be a greeter at a major hotel shows how desperate they are for someone to work the nightshift. I know people that need a job and has a pleasant personality to boot. I have never been so insulted in my life by anyone like i was with it.bery rude and does not deserve to be in that position. He Frank is the kind of person you would expect to see at an all night laundromat pissed off at the world and thinks he owes them something. It's ashame one bad apple spoils the whole bunch.

My stay here at the Philadelphia Wyndham on 10/27-10/28 has been horrible, to say the least. Abraham which is the general manager at this location had his staff handling 99% of the issues in which were beyond their control. Unfortunately this lead to staff being unable to assist me & my family. I booked a stay for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday) through the 1800 number. Upon arrival to the hotel i proceeded to check in however the rate at the front desk differed from the rate I was guarantee via the 1800 number. I was informed by a staff named Omar that Abraham (the GM)would handle the difference and price due him not being able to change it himself. Abraham never showed up. Abrahams absence caused a big confusion between staff and I. Not only did I have issues with the manager. Staff tried to then switch my room bc of the difference in rate. However I had already been settled in the room I was in! So that was a huge inconvenience being that I had my elderly mother along with me! Long story short I opted to leave the hotel instead of staying another night as planned! Abraham unfortunately is not a man of his word, he has told lots of stories and hasn't kept his promises. This is the 2nd time Abraham hasn't been able to assist me. He has done nothing but been a huge disappointment. I would definitely not be returning & will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not stay here! Very unprofessional!!

The hotel overall was a good price. I only booked for one night, and ended up staying several more days. Here s my issues.

I m not sure if there s a lack of communication with front desk staff, but I asked for a late checkout and the staff still comes to the door at 11:00am sharp! The housekeeping staff and some of the front desk don t even say hello! I even rode down in the elevator with a housekeeper who had. Clipboard in hand she looked mean, and couldn t even smile. Hospitality is not an easy job, however speaking to guest is just general customer service.

Marissa, from the front desk was helpful and apologize on behalf of the staff.

I have never been spoken to by a person of service like I was here. I felt like I was talking to a jail guard. Bed bugs, room was very itchy and gross, since it is cheaper you get a lot of sketchy people staying here. I would have preferred to stay at the motel 6.

shower has great water pressure, beds are nice, and many great places near by.

So first and foremost The staff is wonderful here! We are spending the weekend here with family and the hotel was extremely accommodating clean hotel overall. Loved the attitude most hotels become hostile to children but not the wyndham in mount laurel. Ibraham the general manager or as I refer to him as "GM" was awesome nechama the group sales manager was great she handled everything great didn't get flustered. All in all I was fully satisfied (I am nor the easiest to please) I highly recommend this hotel! Keep up the good work

Easy check in and out, ample parking and the rooms were clean. Cheap and basic like you'd expect.

I made reservations for my daughter and I weeks before my nephews wedding and when we went to check in they said we didn t have a room leaving us without a place to stay and then it took us 45 minutes to find a room in the car in the rain I will never try this place again...

Very clean, easy to get to, friendly staff, and awesome amenities. Worked great for an over night trip. Close to Philadelphia and large shopping areas. Hotel was quiet, didn't see any evidence of bugs, and no stains on towels/blankets. Would definitely stay again.

Room was okay. I was surprised that it did not have a refrigerator or Microwave.

I found someone else's hair in a clean towel as I went to take a shower. The people at the front desk were very rude and not helpful at all. I tried asking for some ketchup and they said it was all locked up and couldn't get any until 5pm. Definitely avoid this hotel and New Jersey if you can at all cost.

Decent staff. However, the hotel is outdated. It appears that management is trying to update the place, but it still looks outdated and worn down

Wawa next door, Applebees across the street. Chili's a couple blocks away. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly, courteous staff.

Used Wyndham as my wedding hotel and after party. Nothing went right. Rooms were lost, and guests were locked out. The elevators were horrendous. The time it took to put my luggage in my room and come back down took over 15 minutes waiting for the elevators. Every time i tried to get on it was full and there was a line waiting. The shower leaked, there was no cold water in the sink, the complimentary bottled water was open, and refilled with tap water, and the other guests in the hotel were screaming at 5 am.

We set up a breakfast banquet in the morning for our wedding guests, We paid for a banquet breakfast, and planned to print out an itinerary for the weekend to give the guests along with their welcome bags we made up.We found out minutes before our breakfast that the hotel did not give our guests an itinerary informing them of the breakfast that was already paid for. We had over 15 guests leave without knowing there was breakfast waiting for them. I really wanted to see them and thank them again for coming to share in our wedding day, but i was unable to due to the incompetence of the hotel staff. When we met with the Lewanda, she took our names for spelling and told us we'd have cheese and cracker trays for our parents. Nothing was there. our names were misspelled, and the banquet room told to guests and us was the wrong one. There was no organization in the hotel and i'm furious we gave them so much business. Our wedding day was amazing! and he ended on a such a sour note that it ruined the night for our guests.

Worst hotel ever !!! Front desk was rude and the room had a bed bug !!! I reported it to the front desk and the lady did nothing. She said she was going to report it and guess what she NEVER did. Worst experience of my life. I would give this hotel zero ratings if I could.

Only a new building, otherwise the staff are rude and don't like to help. When asked for towels or linens it needs to be requested a few times before they might bring it 1 hour later. Even in the no smoking zones/rooms there are people smoking and the staff says they can do nothing about it. Their pool it small, and their gym is useless, there are no other activities available. Not worth the stay or the money wasted.

Decent place but they don't make changes. They need to update the decor. Very basic! You can tell they don't put a lot of money back into the building. Very old building. Very cheap furniture in the rooms. One photo on the wall. One beat up microwave on one central floor in the hotel. I have stayed here consistently at least once a year for the past 4 years and hotel still looks the same!

It is a very good hotel to celebrate your parties and to stay clean is very good attention of the people who work the food is excellent with the attention of the cook July is the best has the best breakfasts of nj the attention of manager Bahary Firoz best of all nj excellent person thank you very much for all your attention at my party was an excellent job

Overall hotel could use some major improvement. Cracks in ceilings and walls, drain broken in shower. Windows could use cleaning.

We've stayed in the Wyndham several times with our 5 kids. It's nice and clean. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. We love the pool! The staff has always been friendly and efficient. We've never had any problems there. We hope to be there again in the near future.

Location is a spot right off 73 N with a wawa behind the parking lot.

Customer service by the general manager was horrible, he could not explain why he charged me ect.

Then in the elevator the door to housekeeping was opened and I saw all the reguerete that they had ayi.

The room was very ugly and out of fashion, the bed hard.

IM not coming back anymore.

Overall the staff was wonderful and the room was great. My only criticism was the breakfast. It was really bad. I got breakfast potatoes and they were made with rotten potatoes and we're stale. Also the cheese at the fruit bar was hard like it was left out overnight.

Had a horrible experience. My grandparents were bitten by bedbugs and it's been over a month and no one contacted us about a refund for our money. Called corporate and there was no follow up. Would NOT reccomend.

The area is ok.
The hotel is very out dated.
The carpet in my room is atrocious. I'm pretty sure they haven't been cleaned since they were put in. It's really really dirty.
The bathroom is smelly, can't figure out why.
Don't plan on using the pull out sofa bed to sleep on. There's no cushion on the springs.
I'm not one of those people used the the Hilton but this is icky for the price.

I've stayed at this hotel before, but my most recent experience will end my visits here. Upon arriving to our room, the room smelled like smoke from a cigarette & there was trash on the floor. We went to the desk & asked for a different room. That room did not smell, but popcorn came up from between the cushions of the sofa when I sat down. The room was extremely run down. Cracks that were poorly patched. Holes in the wall. The ceiling in the shower was drooping down & is already low enough. The TV didn't work until we moved the plug to a different outlet. The halls were damp with fans blowing & cords running in front of doorways. The elevator was stiffling. Great location, but with so many other hotel options in that area, I will be staying elsewhere in the future.

Absolutely filthy. Walked in, saw filth all over, walked out- they would not issue any refund.

Very nice. Had a minor leak in the room but it was still all good.

Very high quality hotel. Friendly staff and upscale atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend a stay here.

Worst Hotel I ever been to in my LIFE! Mold around the vents, broken room doors, old carpeting from the 1980s, half cleaned rooms, no refrigerators or microwave in the rooms & I had to go to three different floors in order to heat up my food and get the necessities I needed to eat.

Good for the price. Clean. Plenty of towels. Hotel is a little worn out.

Stayed here after a wedding. It was an okay time. Very clean which is important to me. Small ceilings. I will come here again. The in-house bar is very small though if you're looking to get some after dinner drinks. Front desk is top-notch

The bathroom wasn't completely clean. Although it was obviously cleaned, there were parts that made it obvious that it hadn't been cleaned top to bottom in a while. Both bedside lights were broken. However, besides that it was a good stay.

When you enter the bathroom there is an overwhelming smell of rotten eggs! The smell is constant!!! Our room was next door to the trash chute and there were air fresheners VELCROED all over the room!!!!!!!!

Stayed for one night. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. I did not use the pool, but it looked clean. They utilize solar panels above their carports as part of the hotels energy source which I think is really cool! Only downside was that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast.

U would think it would be nicer I mean they even have the 9th floor which you have to have a special key to get into but there's nothing special up there there isn't even microwaves in the rooms and God forbid to ask for one the help could be a lot better it's time to update your look Wyndham

Don't use..very dirty .In mid night , I wake up. Because some kids chatter..louder

I stayed here for one night on 4-8-2017. I had a reservation for 1 adult and 2 kids. Checking in was easy front desk was kind and courteous, very helpful. I checked in and left for dinner i had to come back early cause my little girl spilled chocolate milk on herself at dinner! So i came back to the hotel to give her a quick shower but every time we would turn the shower on the tub would fill more than halfway up! after a few attempts of waiting for it to drain and turning it back on i gave up on our was back out i stopped by the front desk and asked a manager to have maintenance to come up and look at the tub. We arrived back to the room @ 11 pm and i went to give my son a shower but ran into the same issue! So this time i called to down to the front desk and got another manager named troy whom i explained the situation too and told him i would really like to be placed into another room since the tub is not working and its 11:30 at night. He huffs and tells me that he did not think they had a room open and that the best he could do was have the maintenance guy come back up again to take a look at the tub. i tell him again its late and i have small children with me i would rather not wait for the guy to fix the tub again as it is 11:30 PM and i had asked to have this fixed around 6 or 7 PM. to which he huffs and tells me Ma'am i don't think we have another room available and i don't know how long it would take i need to hang up with you and check first i just got in here and i don't know what happened previously and i really don't know what you want me to do, I then asked for corporate phone number and told him i would be in touch with them! I will never stay at this hotel again and advise all my family to stay away from here. this is no way to conduct a business i had no idea the tub was not working and should not have had to stay in that room. He never offered something as simple as an apology! i paid 122.00 for a room with a TV and toilet. Will never stay here unless you like being treated like crap!!!!!!

Hotels rooms look outdated. No way close to a 3.5 star hotel. Internet sucked. The carpet had a kind of smell but it was bearable. I was helped an Indian lady at the front desk she was amazing and very helpful.

I was there for a conference. A four day conference. Staff was very nice and pleasant people very friendly. I would recommend this place for any kind of conference meetings and over nice day.

The room was clean. Decor was a bit dated, but not terribly worn down. Vending and ice machines were out of service on more than one floor. Staff was pleasant and responsive.

THE WORST,
Rooms are very outdated. Room only came with 1 towel and was cloth. Called front desk for extra told we had to wait due to not enough staff. When checked in waited in line for 20 minutes. Although the staff is nice the hotel needs new management. There s a menu in the room that says 11am -10pm in room dining when we called to order we was told kitchen don t open till 4:00pm and the menus are outdated . We willl NEVER stay at this hotel again. Go up the street to Marriott or aloft.

Thursday night stay $77. THE best value anywhere this year. Big thick linen comforter, jacuzzi, pool, very clean and friendly staff.

Didn t intend to infer that the staff was clean (though they were)... the hotel was clean. Good complimentary buffet breakfast too.

Dinner in hotel was super tasty with an eye of real food and many dietary needs.

Would give less stars if I could. There were BED BUGS! I ran out there was no way i was staying there!

I thought I was booking a classy hotel... I was wrong. Before I even walked inside, there was a girl smoking a blunt outside the building. Rooms were subpar and dirty.

Just had a wonderful weekend, the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Bare bones basic room. 2 queen beds. It was clean but No refrigerator, No microwave, and No maid service.

As always my stay was relaxing, quiet and fun. The pool is clean, and freshly stocked with towels. The staff is so very nice, accommodating and very helpful. The rooms are always clean. We woke up late, we decided to go out for dinner, when we arrived back at the hotel the beds were nicely made up and the room and bathroom was cleaned at stocked with fresh linens and toiletries. When we planned our trip a online site said they were full. I was so disappointed at the thought of not staying here. Something said call them Directly, I did and they had a room. I cancelled at the other hotel immediately. I will only stay here when I'm in Jersey. Even if it's a little out the way, I will make the trip. It's worth it. See you guys next trip Wyndham. Thanks for another wonderful stay.
