My stay here at the Philadelphia Wyndham on 10/27-...

My stay here at the Philadelphia Wyndham on 10/27-10/28 has been horrible, to say the least. Abraham which is the general manager at this location had his staff handling 99% of the issues in which were beyond their control. Unfortunately this lead to staff being unable to assist me & my family. I booked a stay for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday) through the 1800 number. Upon arrival to the hotel i proceeded to check in however the rate at the front desk differed from the rate I was guarantee via the 1800 number. I was informed by a staff named Omar that Abraham (the GM)would handle the difference and price due him not being able to change it himself. Abraham never showed up. Abrahams absence caused a big confusion between staff and I. Not only did I have issues with the manager. Staff tried to then switch my room bc of the difference in rate. However I had already been settled in the room I was in! So that was a huge inconvenience being that I had my elderly mother along with me! Long story short I opted to leave the hotel instead of staying another night as planned! Abraham unfortunately is not a man of his word, he has told lots of stories and hasn't kept his promises. This is the 2nd time Abraham hasn't been able to assist me. He has done nothing but been a huge disappointment. I would definitely not be returning & will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not stay here! Very unprofessional!!
