The bathroom smells like sewage the room smells like rotten garbage the hall smells like twenty year old cigarettes the window does not open and the drapes are full of disgusting stains. The mini fridge makes a super high pitch hum the entire time. I would say the bed is comfortable; but after reading all the bedbug sighting and biting reviews I was to skeeved to sleep. The name Wyndham MEANT something positive to me; this place disgraced it. Addendum- stuck my feet in the shower, one slipped on sliminess and the other stuck to the tile. Upon entering the lobby to checkout, my shoes were sticking to the floor from something along the way. !!!!!!!!!

The location is great, Wawa right next door with a path to it in the back of the hotel. Other food/convenience options are within a quick drives distance. The rooms were fairly standard, I was rather fond of the bed sheets in particular. The doors into the hallway have about an inch or so gap at the bottom and do not block a lot of sound from the halls, however i heard nothing through the walls. The bar is small, really small, but the bartender I had was great, quality service. I would definitely return here.

The lobby was pretty clean. Once we got up to our room and opened the door we were greeted by an awful stench. Even after putting the air on it didn't really go away. The room itself was clean otherwise. The bed wasn't bad either.

BRIDES STAY AWAY. Do not book your wedding room block from this hotel!! Your guests will not be able to book rooms when they call in; they will just get transferred back and forth. There s a HUGE lack of communication between the managers and their front desk. We went back and forth for over a month trying to book a room in our block and couldn t. Sometimes they couldn t even find our block. We left multiple messages for the general manager with no reply. The other manager Kelly was nothing but rude. Horrible hospitality service. On top of it all this hotel is dirty and very dated. We even tried to complain to corporate but unfortunately these hotels are independently owned so our complaint would go right back to the managers who don t do anything anyway. This location is a very bad look for the Wyndham Hotel chain.

Thankfully we realized this ahead of time and took our 20+ rooms of business elsewhere. If I could give this hotel less than 1 star I would.

I recently stayed here at the Wyndham Hotel. Booked through Hotwire. They gave us the worst room in the hotel. The carpets were beyond filthy, rip in the headboard, dirty shower and bath tub, and to top it off we found a bed bug crawling in the sheets. We immediately took photos and a video. We brought it to the General Manager attention and he expressed that many guest have complained about this before, but we were the first to have proof of it. The General Manager (Abrahiem) was supposed to contact Hotwire after multiple failed attempts of Hotwire getting in contact with them. The Night Supervisor always disconnects the phone, so he doesn t have to assist guest, so in the morning when people are calling the phone just keeps ringing because no one turned it on. This is everyday. The General Manager brushed off the fact of how serious this was offering us a bottle of Tequila and free breakfast like that solved the problem. He does not keep his word and a very stand off Manager for a person who is charge of situations such as this. I am going to post pictures on a website that allow me to do so. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Hotwire is forwarding this to upper management to not even partner with this hotel anymore.

No, no, and no!! Do not book a room here!! Checked in an hour ago and am really highly disappointed!!! Rooms are old, hallways smell of air freshener that is hiding something, was driving all day on I95 wanted a restuarant with bar, guy comes up, he says he's covering for someone, no mixed drinks available because he doesn't know how to make them, just beer wine and shots??? Even though it's a full bar, he starts hand writing the items he's willing to make from the menu, not sure why this is ok with hotel management but apparently thats how they roll here, DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL...OR BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

Here celebrating my 30th birthday.. Hotel needs renovations, housekeeping need to be shown how to clean, and front desk staff should smile. I work for the Marriott and this is sad for me to be trying other hotels!

Clean and presentable facility with covered parking and close to plenty of places to eat, shop, and only 15 minutes to Center City. Room service is offered. Pricing looked reasonable.

Furniture was in decent condition a little dated. If management sees this... I would suggest replacing the ceiling tiles with sheetrock.

The ceiling tiles as they are do not give the front desk a cohesive look.

Again these were very minor things I am commenting on, this is a fine establishment and I would definitely visit again.

Carpet had clearly not been vacuumed but room was otherwise clean. Everything was in working order but room is showing its age and has some small but unsightly repairs. Hallway to room had a musty smell, typical of older hotels. When I told staff about the dirty floor on checkout I got a perfunctory "sorry". Was there with my child's sports team but booked separately and the team was charged more than the quoted price for the rooms.

Room was and clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Solid 4 star if not for the disappointing and expensive breakfast buffet. For some reason they don't offer the same breakfast options in the restaurant as is offered on the in-room menu (eggs to order, omelettes, etc.) Which sounded good but we wanted to sit at a table.

This stay was just a quick stop because we did not want to drive back home after spending the day in Philadelphia. Upon arrival the lobby appeared nice. We were able to check in quickly but unlike other hotels we stayed at did not receive any info on the hotel amenities or anything that woyld be beneficial as we were not from the area. Once we arrived to our room we immediately noticed how outdated the rooms were. We went down to check out the pool and fitness center and noticed water falling from the ceiling and the room was flooded (we immediately went to the front desk to notify them). The pool had a sign posted stating the water temp was set to 80 and the room temp set to 86 (I could be wrong on the room temp). My son put his foot in and it was absolutely freezing. Another parent was entering as well and said the same thing. Later in the evening as we were preparing our kids for bed we noticed there was no water in the sink we tried calling down to the front desk but no one answered so I had to go downstairs. I noticed right away that the leak from the fitness center was now partially in the lobby. The manager was by himself assisting several ppl at the front desk when I told him our problem he apologized and explained they were having a water issue and someone was working on it as we spoke and asked if it was okay to change our room which we did and gave us a breakfast voucher. He said it was a newer room and when we walked in it was NOT. It appeared the same as the previous room and was dirty (stains on walls and carpets). The air conditioning in the room did not work either which made it hard to sleep (it was pretty humid outside). The best part of our stay was speaking to the young lady at the bar whose customer service was excellent.

I wholeheartedly want to like this hotel but unfortunately this experience has made it hard. With the correct renovations this could be a great place. The lack of customer service I dont think was intentional but rather caused by the large number of ppl staying at the hotel for an event (with children EVERYWHERE). I really hope the Wyndham will look into improving this location.

I stayed here for one night and would not go back. The first room we were in (which by the way clealry stated it was a non-smoking area) smelled like smoke. It was coming from the room next door and you could smell it from our room. I have asthma and began to start coughing just from being in the room a couple of minutes. I went downstairs and asked the front desk staff to change us to another room. They did and the room we got in exchange was dissapointing. The carpet had dark stains, there was something wrong with the bathroom because everytime the shower was turned on there would be a puddle of water on the floor, the mini fridge was an outdated one which you could clearly see was replaced by a bigger one because the paint on the wall was scratched, and seemed to be crumblinh. The pool was horrible very outdated, and also was in terrible conditions. It is not a place I would consider family friendly. Overall the hotel had a very gloomy feel to it. I would not be staying here again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! The customer service here is terrible! Found a tag in my sheets as soon as I pulled them back. The remote control wouldn t work. I called the front desk they said they would send someone up. One hour later I called back. A man by the name of Frank was very nasty and irritated stating that I had to wait until the guy got back from making shuttle runs. Another hour later I called back and he picked up and hung up twice, finally when he actually picked up I asked if the guy had returned. He at this point was even nastier and hung up before I even finished talking. He never once offered to bring the batteries up himself. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT CLEAN! Stay somewhere else

I was attending the hotel for a grade 8 soccer referee course. The program rented out the venue, and the hotel went even further than expected by accommodating each person registered with the program with a bottle of water, a pad of paper, and pens. The wawa was also right next door for lunch.

Atrocious hotel - do not stay here...

We arrived at 5:00pm and had to wait 30 minutes for them to get a room ready. As if they didn't have enough time to clean the rooms before guests arrived... Finally, they inform us the room is ready, but has no washclothes, so they will bring some right up. We asked them for washclothes 4 more times today and they never brought them to us.

The elevators were slow and one was out of order, causing minutes of wait time every time you need to go up and down. The pool was cold; obviously the heater wasn't working, although a sign said the pool was 80 degrees, it was not. Towels were completely out at the pool.

The rooms have no fridge, and the bathroom is so tiny that you can't open the door while someone is in it. The only good thing about the rooms are that the beds are comfortable.

Wifi is unusable - it stops working every 5-10 minutes.

All in all, it seems that everything that could possibly be broken at this hotel is broken. I highly recommend that you do not stay here. This place gives Wyndham a bad name.

Not up to Wyndham standards. Peeling paint in room and bathroom. Bar had no bourbon and I was told no gin only later find out a mistake. Ordered spring rolls and told they are all out. Room service over 1 hour wait. I was expecting much better.

The front desk service was very unprofessional. Two ladies (an Asian and a Caucasian) were on duty on Friday June 23rd around 3:30pm, had absolutely no professionalism as they wouldn't even look at me and my family. Its almost as though they looked at us like we were trash. We travelled for 12 hours from Canada and walked into the hotel to check in and we didn't deserve to be treated like that, in fact no customer should be. The other staff members at the front desk and breakfast lounge were very pleasing and nice!

We stopped at this hotel as a midway point with my two kids on our road trip to Williamsburg. We randomly picked this hotel through Hotwire and I'm so glad we did! Everyone was so nice! They were a little late checking us in, which wasn't a big deal because there are plenty of restaurants around, but we were given breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. I believe Beth was the nice woman who was checking us in. The breakfast was awesome, the hotel was clean and they even gave my little one an Easter treat as we checked out!

BED BUGS!!!!!! I stayed there with my wife and kids in 2 adjoining rooms as we fell asleep my wife sees a bed bug walk across her pillow. We brought it to the front desk were the guy without blinking blamed us and said we must have brought it in ourselves and we have no proof that it was theirs. We then went back to our rooms pulled off the the sheets and found more in the other room in my daughter's bed. He then offered us another room not adjoining. We checked the beds and found food under the mattress (chips popcorn and other unidentifiable things) we were stuck because it was 1am and we had to be there in the am so we just rapped up and went to sleep. I am home now and have found bites all over my body. Dont go there stay away!!!!

For the price, it was ok to get some rest. But is in need of upgrading, as seen in pics. The staff was very pleasant and lobby was clean. They have a nice live jazz band that plays in their lounge some nights. Very convenient to the turnpike and 295. They also have a Wawa just across the parking lot, for 24hr snackers.

Everything was outdated, might have been nice back in the nineties, but all the rooms, carpeting, interior, lobby, elevators are in need of serious upgrades. When the conditions are as run down as this, you just don't get a positive feel for this place, like they don't care that it's fallen apart. Not a place I would recommend.

Place was very clean and the staff attention was prompt and kind. But I'm afraid the customers would be the only issue at this hotel. Other customers seem to lack manners and education and im not talking about one or two other customers but a great majority of the people staying at this hotel seemed to come from a nearby hood or low life type of neighborhood making the hotel look bad. Perhaps because of the prices are considerably cheap for the quslity of the place and the rooms but it also attracts certain type of people that make your stay a bit unpleasant.

But definitely a great place to spend a couple of days. If you are planning to stay longer than that then perhaps should look into another hotel.

My stay here at the Wyndham, with my wife, was pretty terrible. The service was atrocious; the staff was rude and unable to help accommodate simple requests. The person on the phone who made our reservation stated that the hotel room had a refrigerator; it didn't. My wife and I were under the impression that the Wyndham was/is a very nice hotel and would be a top of the line place. The room felt dingy, the bathroom was outdated, cramped and also dingy. The bed was clean and comfortable, so that was one positive thing.

Found a bedbug right besides my baby while she was asleep. When the man came to check he said it s not a bedbug, I said I saw it moving towards my baby and I killed it! We were sent to another room. On top of that at 12 in the morning everyone in the hotel had to evacuate for a false fire alarm!! Never going back again!!

A cheap hotel in New Jersey at last minute? What could go wrong you may ask. So, post purchase all was well. Around 11pm my girlfriend and I checked in. Outward appearance seemed really nice but all too soon we realized that we are now in a cheap hotel in New Jersey. The smell of overcooked cheap Walmart clearance pasta permeated our nostrils. At the desk we were helped with little issue. One employee with eyes as red as the devil asked basic questions about the prior instructions he had forgotten to the clerk. After receiving our room keys and entering the elevator the likelihood of us dying at any moment increased exponentially as the we climbed to the 4th floor with the minor tremors and cracking that echoed in metal casket. As we walked out the odor of the pasta returned to greet us but this time with a swift throat punch. The floor was a maze that would send and drunk person would surrender to their mistakes of the night and just sleep in the room with the ice machine. We found are room and saw the beds were well used. Clean sheets though. That's a plus. Upon a closer inspection we found what was definitely not cum on the floor by the nightstand. Overchewed bits of pancakes were spat on the wall between the placebo thermostat and picture of New York city. The bathroom had its better years behind it. The tub floor was soft and felt as if it was going to give at any moment. It was marred up like someone was cut up in it. The shower head was calcified and the stain on the the curtain could be anyone's guess if it was blood or mildew. Before I went to bed I proceeded to turn off the lamp to be greeted by the 20 million candlewatt spot light aimed directly at our window illuminating the whole room distorting my sense of time weather it was day or night. At least the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. So, overall; for a cheap hotel room it was okay.

Nice hotel with covered parking for all cars so that was a nice bonus. We were unlucky in that there wasn't hot water for the first night but it got fixed the next day. The pillows were also very flat IMO, so it wasn't that comfortable of a sleep for me. Needs were really comfortable though. The whole building was nice. There is no breakfast but a wawa next door has breakfast. If you are planning to stay here to go to Philly there is a $5 toll each time over the bridge too.
