Beds seem to be decently clean. Whither linens show a generous effort for cleanliness.

However, the rooms are quite dated. The bathrooms in general seem dingy and dirty, even when they are cleaned.

We contacted the front desk for our dirty shower upon arrival, and it took 2 calls and over 1hr 3mins for someone to show up to resolve the issue. The cleaning didn't make much difference. The bathroom in general feels dirty.

Great locating, plenty of amenities and a beautiful entrance/lobby area. Once you check in that is when everything goes left. Housekeeper talking trash about customers, the room was huge with a tiny bathroom, the room was also dirty. When housekeeping came to clean the room she did not empty the trash, change the glasses, replace the complementary water nor replace all the towels and washcloths. There was a thick layer of dust on vents, paint peeling, old coffee spill in the wall and the beds were cheap and hard. This hotel has great potential if the manager, maintenance and housekeeping step their game up.

The only thing nice about this Wyndham were the Employees. The walk into the front entrance had about 15 people right next to thr doors smoking Pot that we had to walk our 15 year old daughter's through. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom had paint peeling off and mold on the shower walls. I was very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom, big stall shower, smelled good quiet, very accommodating, asked for 2 extra pillows and towels housekeeping brought them to our room within minutes of asking for them and the pillows were still sealed in plastic bags, easy check in and check out everyone was very nice. Only complaint was room was a little hot but we just opened the window a little and it was fine. Definitely going to go back there if we need to stay at a hotel again.

This place is severe need of an upgrade. The staff though are exceptional, so that is noted. Beds are spongy and way too soft. Our first room and floor was full of smoke so we moved to a much nicer, cleaner room. No questions asked by the front desk mgr who quickly moved us to a better spot. Also of note is the bank of solar panels mounted on the parking lot roof canopies. This is a great gesture towards sustainable energy conservation and the chain should be applauded. Use some of that power money saved to upgrade this place.

My fridge in room never worked came with my 2 year old daughter and brought items that went bad because the fridge didn t work told front desk they said they send someone to look at it . They never came called front desk they later called back informing me to move to a new room at 12:33 am !!! I was very upset and decided to stay moving a toddler and all their things is a very big inconvenience!!! Pool was nice except no towls & very loud young kids screaming unattended jumping in the pool !!! Could not enjoy anything about the hotel !! Even the breakfast is disgusting!!!

The hotel was very nice!.... The hotel and room was very clean. The bathroom was very modern looking. I had double beds in the room. They were very comfortable. All the staff was extremely professional. I love this strip ( route 73) because there are so many restaurants and mini supermarkets so you can run and pick up food because its so close. They also had a huge parking lot, so parking was not an issue...

The few flaws I had were that I got lost bc the G.P.S was off from the location. It was only off by a few blocks, but it was frustrating going around and around in circles. I can't blame this part on the hotel, but I can say the fact that the hotel was somewhat hidden it made it hard to find at first. The hotel is very tall, but yet hidden simultaneously, so it' can be missed. I called the hotel and they did help. I called like 3 times and they were always calm and helpful.

The last major flaw was the refrigerator was not working in my room. I rely on refrigerators because I have a 1 year old who still drinks milk in the middle of the night. Plus, my 10 year old, husband and I like to drink our drinks in the evening as well. So, I thought that I didn't turn the refrigerator on properly lol but when I called them, they came and checked it. They informed me it was broken. They said they had no more refrigerators to switch with. But, I insisted that we needed to do something! So, the only option they had was to give me a huge bucket of ice so that my gallon of milk could fit, along with my other drinks, in the bucket. It all worked and everything stayed cold throughout the night, but, in a couple of hours, the ice turned to water and it started spilling and just got a bit messy. So, for such a nice hotel, it annoyed me to not have a refrigerator work. I informed them about this in the morning during checkout and the ladies were so accommodating and apologetic that they took a huge discount off of my room! That was a shocker.. I thought I should get a discount but didn't expect that much off...Very nice of them to do..

So, all in all, the refrigerator incident did annoy me because as I said above, I rely on refrigerators in hotels for my children. Plus, I normally use it to freeze my ice packs for my kids' milk and drinks when I go outside..... It's very hot out and milk can spoil. So, unfortunately I could not freeze my ice packs but the fact that they gave me a huge discount, with no problem, was accommodating. So, I gave them 4 stars because of the refrigerator problem, but other than that it was a very clean and nice place. And the staff at all times were professional. I would go there again,.

Bed bugs!! My friends arm was devoured by them. Not to mention a baggie over our fire detector and the bathroom was disgusting. To top it off on trip advisor their public relations manager accused me of lying and not showing up. Unbelievably unprofessional. Never staying here again. I have proof we paid and stayed and never requested a refund but I will now.

Hotel staff is outstanding! They are great; from checking in, requests, and checking out. Aside from that, there rooms are ok and the hotel in general is in dire need of some tlc. Beds are run down, furniture broken, bathrooms with dirty walls near the trash, vents dirty and overall, run down. The bed was clean and bathroom essentials (toilet, sink, and tub) we're sanitary, so I don't have a problem sleeping and showing. However, not my first choice to return to, but would say last either.

Stayed here for one night only. The hotel is in bad need of an upgrade. The carpets were stained and the walls were dull. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. You had to go to another floor to get ice and I never could find a drink machine that worked. When checking the bed to make sure I didn't leave anything I saw small bugs in the sheets. They were shown to the Manager who said they weren't bed bugs but immediately shut the room down to other guests. Even though it's in a good location I would not stay here again unless they do a lot of updating.

Stayed on the 9th floor. Room was fine other than a sticky and wobbly mini fridge and a sticky door. Giving one star because there is absolutely nothing special about this property and the staff is lousy. The receptionist was overwhelmed and grouchy when we checked in and the other staff member lied to us when we checked out. Not cool.

******************* BUYER BEWARE ******************
Not only did my room smell like feces upon arrival, the TV did not work at all ( saying no signal ) the AC mounted in the rooftop of the room dripped water all night long. So when I woke up the floor was soaked. I would not be surprised to find out it dripped on the room below me considering I was on the 6th floor... Truly terrible. I sure hope this place has better rooms for the price they are asking!

Listen this was the worst stay I've ever had. The shower was clogged when we arrived and so once started the shower to warm it up after the freezing pool trip it flooded our room. Maintenance came used and took all of our towels cleaned it up (kind of we had to wear shoes the whole time because water squished up out of the carpet still) the whole room smelled like vinegar because that's what was used with a plunger to unclog it and no one cleaned that up. (Actuallh I had to) then at 2 am I was awoke to my 5 year old crying. Why? When she stretched her hand touched a broken plug and she was shocked. Utterly ridiculous.

We recently had a trip to Philadelphia for school and stayed at this hotel. At 11:30 PM, a fire alarm went off and every kid came outside the building barefooted, waiting for the fire department. Shaking and disturbed, we went back to the room and all was fine. A few minutes later it goes off again and chaos unfolds. Kids get hurt, I broke my toenails running down the stairs, girls were crying and people were leaving the trip. This happened a total of 6 times, and today (the day after) the hotel denies any of this even occurring. I encourage anyone who is staying in Philadelphia not to go to this hotel because of what they did to us and the damages they caused to our belongings and our safety when staying there. Boycott this hotel and don t waste your time. Thank you.

Lazy manager. Had 2 night reservation and they kicked me out of the room after 8 hours saying I didn't have a reservation. Police had to be called for them to refund the money. They found my reservation after the police asked them to look for it. Lazy & unprofessional.

We paid for the room ahead of time and once we arrived we were charged an extra $25 without being notified beforehand that this was going to happen. Then, we were told that one of the ACs were broken. Then the rep proceeded to act like they couldn't find our room in the system, which I don't understand if we technically paid ahead. We were placed in a barely chilled room during a heatwave. The floor smelled like cigarettes despite it having non smoking symbols. The room and bed was clean. The bathroom looked clean as well. The tub didn't drain quickly so I was standing in a puddle during the shower and dirt lingered around the edge of the tub.

We were given a free breakfast voucher to accommodate for the AC issues. Breakfast was very yummy.

Edit: We were never refunded the $25 fee. We called about it twice and man on the phone just gave us attitude and said it takes some business days to be refunded.

There's other hotels in the area if you don't mind spending more just go somewhere else.

So me and my grade stayed at this place last night for our trip to Philly. At around 11:30 PM the fire alarms go off and everyone evacuates the building. We go back in and then not even 5 minutes later the alarm goes off AGAIN and we had to evacuate. It was absolute panic. Kids were pushing and shoving, getting hurt and calling their parents to pick them up. The alarm goes off 4 more times. The cause of the emergency was that something in the kitchen burnt up and made the alarms go off. And now, the hotel is saying it never happened! A lot of students, such as me, did not get any sleep that night. It was one of the worst nights of my life. Please, if your gonna stay at a hotel, don't choose this one.

I stayed one night with my four children, my father, and my sister. It was ok, but I think we were expecting a little more. It's very fancy looking but when I came down to go outside and smoke for a few minutes at 11pm there was a ton of young kids and teenagers just running through the foyer screaming. 1 spilt a drink all over the floor. It was like a zoo ran through. And it wasn't just one party it was numerous groups of people acting like animals. I would have thought the staff would have stopped it but they did not. That was quite the turn off.
Lots of sites claimed you got a free breakfast but it depends on the room you picked or the package you picked. The fan wasn't working in our bathroom and my father mentioned it to one of the staff and they said that one of us could get free breakfast for the inconvenience ( breakfast had already closed and they were getting ready to throw all the food away so they waited will I got my free meal).
The smart tv was nice. The mini refrigerator stuck out like a sore thumb because it had rust all over the front of it- not all rooms have a refrigerator. Our room was clean. The pull-out sofa mattress was so thin I wouldn't have wanted to sleep on it more than one night. From what I saw they only had two dollies to carry your items up and they are being used pretty much all the time.
If we go on a vacation near Philadelphia again, I would not stay here again. Was thrilled to stay in a fancier hotel, but was let down.

We booked via Hotels Tonight app and were put on a room with a wonderful king size bed on the ninth floor, which is the club floor, for a very affordable rate. Shower was great, bedding was fresh, staff were very friendly. Right off the Turnpike exit for NJ73 and close to I-295 as well. Would reccomend if you need a place for the night in the Cherry Hill area.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place was not the standard we are used to when we stay at a hotel. From the parking lot there is a ton of STEPS up to the hotel....which is not convenient for unloading suitcases on wheels! We checked in and got up to our rooms. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, or any other modern conveniences like that. So I went to the ice machine, which didn't work, meaning I had to leave my kids while I went to another floor to get ice. The pop machine was the same way except they don't have pop machines on some floors. Then there was the pool. The entire area was disgusting and it took half an hour to get towels. The pool itself was ok, but cold and pretty deep, 6 feet, so it was tricky with little kids. When I went back out to my car after dark I noticed how many of the walkway lights and parking lot lights were out, not very safe feeling. Overall we will not be staying here again.

The rooms are large but a bit outdated and there's no lobby area for seating. The elevators are a bit slow for the size of the hotel. The amenities in the bathroom are nice. The showercap came with a pony tail holder which I needed. And there is mouthwash. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning quiet. My nextdoor neighbor was awake and partying til 3am (with little kids) but the walls were thick enough that it wasn't as bad as it could have been. But I gave it 2 stars because of the type of guest this hotel attracts. It was a kinda ratchet crowd. In fairness, I only paid $85 on hotel tonight for my room. It had the feel of a cheaper Days Inn with a Red Roof Inn/Motel 6 clientele.

I thought I was going to get a outdated room because of the price I paid... I got the total opposite. I went with a friend and she wanted to change her room because it was close to the exit and they did it almost immediately... Although we had to be on different floors we didn't mind because both rooms were beautiful for us!!!

I liked my stay at the Wyndham but the size of the TV is small compared to other hotels. I feel as though that the room needs up dates compared to other hotels. It felt like it remained the same as it was six years ago.
