Pool is cold. Staff was informed. It doesn't appear that they care or want to fix it. This is disapointing because this was a main reason I chose this hotel since my family is on a business trip with kids.

Our room is cold. Heater is not working properly.

I asked if housekeeping could come at a specific time. I was told no by front desk but when called housekeeping directly they were willing to accommodate.

They got my baby fav pillow. Tried calling them to see if they can put it up for me to pick up. No one ever got back to me. Paid 60 bucks for my baby pillow. All they had to do was put it up. I would of picked it up. He dont like any pillow he likes his so that's why we took it. Should of known better. Smmfh

The room was nice and clean, housekeeping reliable, staff responsive, but could not compensate for multiple problems creeping in. Broken equipment in the gym, water staying in the bathtub, non working vending machines etc

Travelling with small kids so we made a reservation 2 months in advance for connecting rooms. Upon check in was told that the hotel didn't have connecting room. Ugh!

Then we get to the rooms find out that each are connecting rooms, just not to each other!

Back to the front desk where a separate woman who was standing there when the first person said they didn't have connecting rooms said yes we have them just have them away to other people and they couldn't do anything else. Totally unhelpful and unfriendly, made no attempt to address the issue.

Last time I'm staying at a Wyndham property.

The value for the money is good. A few dollars more than the sleazy motels nearby in bad areas. This was easy to get to, and pretty good. I'm not sure how it got a 3* rating...it's more of a fancy days inn. Bathrooms definitely need some help. Wallpaper in bedroom was peeling pretty bad in areas. The bed and sofa are nice. Business desk needs to go away, very rickety and old. I'd stay again and recommend, but it is tired in some places.

It wasn't a bad spot, however the food in the restaurant was just ok, the rooms showed there age and their was little in the way of snacks to purchase like I've seen in other hotels in it's price range.

The room was great! The front deskk personality could use drastic improvement. That first night I tried to order room-service about 6 pm and I was told the dining room was closed. I had to ask Why for the clerk tell me there was a private party that they were catering.

I needed some ice so I followed signs for vending/ice machine...there were vending machines but no ice machine...looked like it had been ripped out. I took the elevater to the next floor....ice machine broken. Went to the next floor where i finally found a working ice machine.

2nd day I had eaten enough in the day so I had no need to go to the hotel restaurant nor order room service...but third day about 7:00 PM I tried to order room-sevice again only to be told it was closed AGAIN!

I have stayed at other hotels where if hotel restaurant was closing or going to be closed, the front desk called every guest to announce the closing or time they were closing.

This was supposed to be a 3.5 star place to stay...I think not. I can't say this for every Wyndham hotel; just the one in Mount Laural.

If you really do not care about everything else just know that you shouldn t stay here.

Ok on May 17 of the year 2018 me and my school were staying at this hotel, I thought it was nice, the rooms were clean and organized. So as me and my roommates were about to go to sleep we heard fire, fire, fire . We along with 200 other kids ran out of the building as fast as we could. I m not trying to tug at your heartstrings but I like I was hound to die. I could not breathe and everything hurt. So then about 10-15 min later I turned out there was a fire in the kitchen. Keep in mind that it was 12:30 in the frigging AM. So 1 why were there cooks working at 12AM and 2 why are they even working in the first place. And that s not even the worst part. It happend 4 more times, so it s either that someone pulled the fire alarm and should get arrested or they have a defective fire alarm both of which will cause mass panic to the hotel. So just don t stay there it s not worth your money and they don t deserve it.

Room lighting is terrible. Cheap fixtures. 3 tissues remaining in the tissue box. Curtains don t close and sunrise light wakes you up. Hot water takes too long to exit the faucets. Quiet and safe

The beds were comfortable, and the TV was nice! The tub in my bathroom didn't look clean, and the hallways on the 4th, 7th, and 8th floor oddly reeked of fish for a few hours (but eventually the smell faded away).

Good sized rooms in a good location for a decent price. The front desk staff were professional, but not super warm and inviting if I'm being honest. However, my main gripe was with the condition of the pool area which was frankly, disgusting. I attribute this mainly to a lack of garbage cans and an infrequent cleaning schedule. Of course, it would also help if people would clean up after themselves.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I went her on a school trip and the first room we were in there was drool on the pillows toe nail clippings on the floor mold in the bathtub and vomit next to the cabinets

We complained and we got a room that was even worse we went inside and found a lollipop stick in one of the pictures dried up pizza on the walls lotion on the walls blood next to the garbage can staples in the carpet dead flies oil stains on the bed sheets and tissues also when we were going to eat for breakfast a rat ran across the room

The first time I stayed at the hotel it was great, which is why I came back. But this time was a little frustrating. The first room we were given was really nice but the air was leaking very badly and they offered to change our room but that room was tiny and not as nice as the first room so we asked if we could just put the waste basket under the leak. The repair man told us we needed to move our room because he had to repair the air and got us a room exactly like the one we had. They fixed the issue but there were a few bumps and no compensation for it. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but it was a bit annoying to have to change rooms so much even though it was eventually resolved.

Could not find a luggage cart anywhere the manager came out with a small hand truck which was used to take the garbage to the dumpster, and proceeded to load my luggage on it. It was so small he had to make two trips.
A lot of wet spells in front of the elevators and in the front desk area it was surprising that no one fell it took them forever to get someone to mop it up.
On a positive note Monique at the front desk was more than pleasurable and helpful. The men and women that work in the coffee shop and Buffet was very accommodating Unfortunately they had run out of scrambled eggs bacon and sausage and we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to refill.
The blond woman actor Lounge was very sweet.

Honesty you could not pay me to come back here. I would get it 0 stars if I could. First of all, the front desk clerk at night was extremely disrespectful. Then we get to our room, and the first half of the room smells of mildew and the second half smelled like sewer. The smell was so pungent we had to immediately leave the room. I wish it ended with our new room. With the second room it was a pullout couch and a king bed rather than the two queens we initially had, but no big deal on that aspect. What was a big deal was the fact that the sofa bed was broken and the worst part there were ants all over the room. I looked at the bedside table and there were ants covering it. I can t even begin to express my disgust. There were ants all over the table and even on the sofa bed. I was even in the bathroom in the morning and there were ants on the floor there. All in all it was a bad experience and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was decent, the location was great and right next to the freeway and they had ample covered parking. However for the price that was paid, we expected a bit more. The breakfast wasn't complimentary and was quite overpriced, the hotel itself seemed a bit outdated. Would go back again if it was priced more competitively

First the key card wasn t working. We couldn t get a key to the room. Took 20 minutes just to get in. When we walked in the room there was a huge stain on the head board. We asked for a different room. Staff seemed irritated and rude. We get the new room and there are red stains on the floor and bed cover (on the inside) the stand where the refrigerator and microwave is broken, there were goldfish near the couch and overall it was a nasty experience. We will not be returning at all.

Great staff! We had our baby with us and ran out of diapers and formula during our stay. We couldnt go out to buy anything do to a religious holiday and we were truly stuck. I mentioned this to Abraham at the front desk and within 30 minutes he showed up with a bag of what we needed!! Seriously who does that?! Dawn was extremely helpful! Abraham went above and beyond to accommodate us with our room. Merci!

While the staff was friendly and helpful; the hotel and room suffered from some clear issues. The building and rooms are aging and show it: worn carpet, cracked and peeling plaster, old noisy mini-fridge. The worst part of the visit was a tie between fruit flies in the room or a hair in the overpriced continental breakfast sausage. Recommended only at a discount.

Not impressed! Nothing here is inclusive with this expensive room. Not even a fridge or microwave. Have to pay for breakfast, even a cup of coffee! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to stay here & I'm here for 2 nights. I'll be sure to make this my first and last time ever booking another room here ever again!

I visited with my three children last weekend a Friday to Sunday stay and everything went well. The staff was very pleasant and the other guest didn't bother me. What I will say is that there were kids in supervised in the pool area. I used the fitness center and it served it's purpose. The beds were very comfortable and room was alright as well. There are weird sketchy looking people that stay there but this is America so..
I would stay there again the price is very reasonable.

There was food on the floor in our room when we checked in like old nachos. I went to the check in and told them and they did say they would send someone up but my wife had already cleaned it up plus it was around 10 at night and my wife and daughter were showering so I didn't want or need them to go clean it. But they did not even follow up with me at all later that night or even at check out. And nobody was that nice at check in or check out. So for $152 a night you think they would have at least offered the Continental breakfast or been apologetic. But nothing. So I don't think I would consider going back there anytime soon if ever. Customer service is everything and it was really bad there!

Very nice rooms, room service is great, front desk is extremely helpful, restaurant and bar is very nice, beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are extremely nice, pool is very nice, fitness center is nice, views are nice from the 7th floor, I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to family members and friends. Abraham at the front desk is extremely helpful and professional at all times. Just a great place to stay all the way around. I love it!!!

This place was a total joke! They called it the Philadelphia hotel, but it was in Jersey. They advertise that breakfast comes included with your reservation, yea no! Breakfast was held in a weird room turned lounge area on their 9th floor that charged you $8 for what you order! Very greasy bacon, weird looking egg, and funny looking sausage... THAT was their breakfast! Then they mentioned they had a bar... GUESS where the bar was! In that same weird room on the 9th floor! Worst part is they lined up the liqour bottles on a table agaisnt a wall and had a bucket with ice and some beer bottles. I felt like I was walking into a house party... Wait! It gets better! The shower! It was an old school shower head that needed some CLR to remove the calcium buildup to actually let water come through! The vent in the bathroom was broken AND there was a leak at the top of shower head! What did I like about my stay at this "Wyndham Hotel", my bed... THAT'S IT!

I really wanted to give 2.5 stars.

I really wanted to give 2.5 stars.

rooms are larger than average, most everything was consistent with a 3 star hotel and onsite bar & restaurant . my issues were lack of sound proofing between rooms, lack of maintenance, old bathtubs or maybe they just dont get cleaned right, room wasnt vacuumed. had to be switched due to noisy neighbors the process wasnt handled well of the 4 beds i encountered 3 of the beds had significantly worn out mattresses and the fourth was just ok

stayed oct 2016

One of those places where everybody has just stopped caring.

Lots of noise both from the busy road and from inside the hotel.

There is an in-room dining menu in the room, with dinner options and opening times. But... when I called guest services and they put me through to the restaurant, I was informed they did not do room service for dinner, only for breakfast. When I asked why there was a dinner menu in the room then, the person kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

It takes multiple calls to get through to reception. I must have tried calling about 10 to 12 times, got through twice, was put on indefinite hold once, and wound up giving up on my room service. Very frustrating.

Rooms are old and in need of a renovation.

We flew in for a funeral and stayed for 5 days. To start there was no bell hop to help with our luggage. Our pull out sofa had no sheets or blankets and there was no house keeping on duty to bring sheets or blankets to our room. I had to go down to the front desk to get them and was informed that they had no blankets. (This was in the middle of February...freezing!) We couldn't order food because room service was sent home early. There were missing buttons on our safe. The pool area was supposed to be heated but the water was freezing. The restaurant had no heat in the middle of a snow storm and all the guests were freezing. All the food was freezing. The manager on duty offered us complementary breakfast but even that was unsatisfying. The was no vending machine on our floor. I've always heard good things about this hotel in the past. So disappointed in this hotel and our experience. Hopefully this hotel can use this feedback to help on improvements.

Horrible hotel .. rooms very dirty , nauseating smells and no towels had to wait 45 minutes at the end of the day to get towels!!!
My sister had 2 rooms and had bed bug bites .. when she complained they said they they will investigate... no room change or offer of comping their room.
The hall ways had trash and seemed like they had not been vacuumed for months.
