Do yourself a favor and dont stay here. People screaming and smoking in the hallways and the hotel staff does nothing. Worst experience

The meeting space was ok, typical hotel. Nothing special.
Great location. Easy access of the NJ turnpike. Stayed there in the past and the room was clean, bed comfy and the food was good. Usually have meetings there every few months. Great place to stay.
Decent rooms and good rates. The pool area needs lots of work. I think it's time for the owners to invest in the property.
Not a bad place. I've stayed there many times thanks to #Priceline. The bar is rather intimate and the rooms look pretty good. The beds weren't the most comfortable but they were easy to sleep on. Nice budget hotel.
Room was decent, outdated. Comfy pillows. I was here on business for 3 days. My neighbors the one night had their kids a party or something with screaming and being super loud till 11pm. I was working 12+ hour days and just wanted sleep. My room phone wasnt working so I had to walk down to the lobby in my PJs to tell them about the noise. My neighbors kept me up past midnight going in and out of their room slamming the door every time, talking loud in the hall. I had no room phone to call the front desk so I just dealt with it. Also, no housekeeping came in between nights to refresh coffee station or remove trash (which left the room smelling bad).
This hotel is terrible! I thought that all of the Wyndham hotels were nice. We found out the hard that it wasn't the case. There was little to know air circulation in the hallways. All you could hear was the loud machines in the hallway. The pool.was closed, but they didn't tell anyone that when you make a reservation. The people at the front desk were rude. They gave us keys that didn't work. When I told them at the front desk, they talked to me like I was stupid. I tried the key the way that it was supposed to and it didn't work. The new keys finally worked. The bathroom door looked like it needed to be replaced. It had been water logged.
SMELL IS HORRIBLE!!! Let s just put it like this looks are very deceiving pictures look decent the building and front lobby are decent but once you open the door to your room it s all kinds of horrible the smell was horrible it smelt like mold and dirty water it was soo bad that my clean clothes that where inside my bag stinks like the room. The bathroom sink was falling off the walls They came in to clean like they normal do and they threw out or took my paperwork and my other room key that I had on the desk they made the bed did not replace anything in the bathroom that was used. We were supposed to stay two nights and the second day I asked for a refund because we were not staying another night in that disgusting room got told no because it was after check out!! Also the first night the people in the room next door were blasting music and banging and screaming until 1am called front lobby to complain and they didn t nothing cause it continued for hours! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone
More of a 3.5 than 3. What I like: the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, good deals usually from Hotel Tonight, very green friendly (spots to park hybrid and have them charged, lots of green initiatives). What I don't like: restaurant is terrible served creamy tomato soup that was essential tomato sauce for pasta, slow internet (why do hotels skimp on internet speeds still -- solid 2.5 Mbs down), rooms and building are outdated and need a refresh.
Clean.....awesome pillows.....great friendly crew.....convenience/gas store right next door is helpful
Very veru very very very dirty. Dirty windows , dirty walls, finger prints everywhere. Im not even going to waste anymore time writting this review. The carpets of the whole hotel STINKS. Cant wait to check out. Sorry but not sorry..i am paying! Its not free #HonestReview
Nice hotel along the water with vendors across the street and dinner river boat just down the street
It was a fairly mediocre hotel, the swimming pool and gym provided a decent amount of activities. The hotel's WiFi was surprisingly decent. It won't smash any Speed test records but it was at least usable. Overall: Meh
This hotel could use some update. I bided it, otherwise I will never book it. Got two rooms, the beds in both rooms have lots of stains in the headboard, lots of stains in the bath tub. The room smells when first opening the door, I had to open the windows and let the air refresh.
Do not stay here. Very rude staff and the room was not entirely clean. There is a reason why this 3 star hotel is the cost of a 2 star hotel. Spend the extra money and stay someplace nicer.
Clean.. affordable.. AWESOME!!! LOVED IT HERE AND WILL BE COMMING BACK HERE AGAIN! ONLY thing I recommend is the $25.00 deposit disclaimer should be stated on third party booking sites.
Found glass in eggs..their response was ,we dont have glass in our kitchen...smh like we brought it with us...found a shrimp tail in penne pasta people had shrimp allergies... they treated it like it was no big deal until one person started breaking out in hives... elevators are old and slow... many little other things... I won't be going back
Not a bad hotel for the price, but needs renovation. It also has an Avis/Budget rental at the hotel, which I didn't expect.
Very disappointing hotel. Walked up to front entrance and garbage everywhere on sitting area in front. The rooms were dingy looking and smelled.
When we arrived they said they had no reservation for us. I even showed them our confirmation number which was thru Priceline. Since it wasn't there confirmation number they weren't interested. Oh and there was no available rooms. Our lesson learned, call hotel and get there confirmation number.
I love the room is big and beautiful everything free wifi a restaurant n a pool
No ice maker on two floors I checked but room was nice.
The food is taste very bad!!!there were bed bugs on the bed . I will not recommend this place to anyone.
It is good to rest and close to visit the city of Philadelphia that is nearby.
Bwry disappointed what's in their website is not what you get when you check in. Trust me I traveled from North Carolina and I'm not pleased with this place at all. I've traveled all all around the world and this wyndham is nothing like the other Wyndham I have stayed at. NEVER AGAIN YOU GOT ME ONCE .....
The stay was nice. I had the junior suite. 2 bathrooms, kitchen sink, microwave & sofa. The bed was comfy. The front desk was helpful. I wish the pool was warmer. Brrrr =:(. But I still enjoyed my stay!
I would like to start this review by stating that I have never given a hotel a bad review before but in this case there were too many things that weren't right. First, there were four of us, two adults and two children. When we got to the room at about four there were only two towels and one washcloth. When we were on our way out for the evening we asked for towels and washcloths. We were told that they would be sent up. When we came back at 9:30 no towels. We went down to the pool and guess what, no towels. Not only were there no towels but it was also cold and the few guests that were there were also complaining. I went to the front desk and asked for towels and was told that they were in the dryer. At 10:30 my adult daughter went to the front desk and asked for towels whereby the clerk became very rude with her and informed her that he had already told her that they were in the dryer. My daughter hadn't even spoken to this rude gentleman and I had spoken to a woman. About 15 minutes later towels were brought to the pool but several guests had already left dripping wet to go back to their rooms. Meanwhile my 3 year old grandson was sitting on my lap freezing. We get back to the room and still no towels or washcloths. I call again and explain again and am told again that they are in the dryer. How long does it take to dry towels. At the same time I ask for toothbrushes because we forgot two. The towels arrive finally without washcloths or toothbrushes. I ask the gentleman if I could please get washcloths and he got them right away. Gave up on the toothbrushes. Then my 10 year old granddaughter calls me into the bathroom to show me a swear word on the mirror and to tell me that the bathtub isn't draining. When was the last time the mirror was cleaned or the bathtub. I really can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. I would also like to point out that we paid extra money to stay at this hotel because it had a pool for the kids. What a disappointment Wyndham.
Pros: Pleasant staff, comfy pillows, my room was large and clean, I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping cleaned every day, good location, decent price through a discount website (otherwise, not worth what they list), a nice shower, bed inspection for bedbugs passed in my room (7th floor), quiet
CONS: old and outdated, no a/c in room so had to crack the window for cool air which then made it noisy from nocturnal birds and traffic, they removed used towels but didn t replace all of the ones they took, noisy/sketchy elevator, some kind of breakfast is served but not clear if it comes with the room and we were too busy to inquire, pool area was gross, pool room was cold as well as the water, small bathroom
The owner should do some updates, starting with the elevators!
The smell in the rooms are sickening. It smells like a waste water treatment plant.
Update: They changed our room without question and gave breakfast for the issue. Thank you
We were visiting Philadelphia and needed a place closeby for one night. I got this hotel on a PriceLine Express Deal which doesn't immediately tell you which hotel you get until you book it. I was a bit bummed when I saw this hotel come up as there are a LOT of bad reviews (and photos) on this place. I saw dirty rooms with bedbugs so was a bit paranoid traveling with my pregnant wife and our 8 year-old. We arrived at around 4 PM. The hotel is easy to find right on the main road and has tons of parking. The check in process was brief but efficient. We arrived to our room and was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I did was flip the beds and did NOT find any evidence of Bed Bugs. I also checked the basic nooks and crannies and found minimal dirt. The bathroom was actually very clean and in great shape. The bed was a true King Bed and very comfortable. The TV was small for the room (32" in think) but worked fine though the remote was glitchy. The "view" was the parking lot which I din't mind since I like to be able to see my car. The elevators seemed a bit ancient but functioned fine, though a tad slow. The hallways were old but in decent shape. The ice maker room had lots of water (puddleish) on the ground. There is a pool that looked nice but unfortunately we did not have time to visit. There were two vending machines next to the pool, one for drinks and another for snacks. One of the more interesting areas in the "Library" in the front lobby which was some chairs and a collection of random books which I thought was cool. The staff we encountered were fine...the check in guy didn't have much of a personality while the check out woman was great. The location is great being fairly close to Philadelphia, though traffic going into downtown can be rough depending on the time you leave. Since the hotel is locate on a min road there are a fair amount of fast food places within 10-15 minutes in either direction and also a Walmart closeby. Overall it we were pleasantly surprised with our stay, though that doesn't excuse it from failing to live up to its 3-star hotel rating.
Called this hotel for event infomation..Front desk would not answer phone and just played promo ads saying they cared about customers..
Nonsense.. No wonder they have low rating..Starts at front desk!
Lacks customer service, place needs remodeling, sort of falling apart.
This place is so old. Needs remodel bad. Bathroom walls were dirty. All the lights in room didn't work. Just a old hotel.
Front desk female lied that my credit card didn't work , she didn't want me to stay there. I got my fiance and my cousin to rent for me I check my credit card they told me it's nothing wrong with your card. Bad customer service.
This is the worst Wyndham property I ve ever been to. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke which emanated from the bathroom. The carpet adjacent to the bathroom was torn with carpet nails exposed causing a health hazard. Our TV had no signal the entire evening, nor was anyone able to fix it. I would never expect something like this from a Wyndham property let alone any other hotel chain.
The entire building seems like it hasn t been touched since it s prime in 2003. You re better off staying at the red roof inn across the street.
My family booked a block of rooms here for my sister in laws wedding and when we arrived we were told that they did not have the room size that was booked. They dropped us to a smaller room that did not adequately support the amount of people in the room. The air conditioning could not be changed by the thermastat. They did not have any blankets for us, only sheets for the pull out couch which was smaller than it should have been and so uncomfortable for my wife and I as we had our backs hitting the frames. The bridesmaids and groomsman were also supposed to be shuttled over to the venue and the shuttle was over 30 mins late because they were looking for a driver.. We also had another person in our block given keys to a room that already had someone in it.
The room smells bad. It has the old carpet burn smell. Even in the hallway. The room wasn't detail clean crumbs and trash
The decor is outdated and upkeep could be better. Online pics did not match rooms in person.
I dropped off a Budget Rental truck at their location in Wyndham. It was convenient and easy.
I had to use this hotel because of a soccer tournament. Not my choice, but the front desk was pleasant. The cleaning staff knocked and immediately entered the room shocked someone was occupying. They kindly asked if we were checking out late (we were booked for another day). 10 minutes later another cleaning staff knocked once and immediately entered the room: again shocked. She said her manager told her we were moving to another room. I visited the front desk where a young man told me he yelled at the staff for that and offered a simple apology. All this after it took 9 phone calls to reserve the room 3 months in advance. A simple online option would have been much easier. No refrigerator in the room. Floor was unclean, paint peeling in the bathroom and the shower rod was barely hanging with 2 screws. Ice machine did not work on our floor, had to travel to a different floor. Overall, very disappointed.
Nice place. Clean and sometimes they have entertainment
She is a nice old bones hotel. The room is clean and the beds comfortable. It is probably due for a refresh in some areas, shower is pealing the paint as there is no fan or heat lamp.
Great solar panels cover parking lot. I just pu rental car here. Interesting lobby
I attended an event on Saturday night and had a wonderful time. Our servers Cindy and Mary were great. The food was delicious and the venue was perfect.
The staff was fantastic and got us an early check in even though the hotel was completely booked the night before. Room was clean and breakfast was included.
Great place. But the view was horrible. Not to mention the spot light that shines in the room while u sleep. Only reason it gets 4 stars is because of the front desk. THEY ARE SIMPLY AMAZING. and very polite and helpful.
I loved it! The staff was very nice, the pool was freezing but still fun and open late which was awesome! Breakfast was not included which was a but of a bummer but it was cool because there's plenty of places to eat very near. Again loved it can't wait to stay here again!
Staff is very efficient. Nice restaurant and bar. I stayed for a business trip and I was able to rest with no problem.
Air conditioning didn't work fridge didn't work window barely opened and with no air made room almost unbearable
Took 30 minutes on two occasions to get towels and bedding. Staff NOT very friendly
The rooms are a little dated but the catering room is reasonable priced.
Great overall hotel. They took care of the room, many amenities at out fingertips and super freindly staff.
Great hotel, great location, great staff, comfy rooms and bed.
The people at the Wyndham were nice, but the rooms were just ok. We were part of a wedding so we stayed forb couple nights. Some people reported that their rooms were very sorry, others had a leak in the room. Our room was ok, could of been cleaned a little better as well. We had breakfast there one morning the food was just ok.
Great stay. Clean rooms very nive quiet location. Will definitely stay again.
The people at the front desk is very friendly. You could tell it's old. But it's kept up Really Really nice and clean. I'll stay here again.
I arrived at about 10:15pm. I did not get into my room until after 11pm due there being an extremely long line at the check in with only one person working. They did not have the king size bed available that I requested and gave me two Queens instead. The room appeared clean on the surface but there was an open bar of soap in the shower.
The hotel is out dated and it looks like an apartment building on the inside rather than a hotel. Aside from that the day staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is and polite, and there's always plenty to do, from the indoor pool to the bar in the lobby, located right off of route 73 before the turnpike, you can't miss it!
Consistently comfortable beds. Superb staff. Great location for overnight stay. Within minutes of lots of great restaurants.
A super quiet place, service that lens, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, a nice place, The $ price like nowhere else for so much Calida, I definitely recommend it.
Absolutely horrible experience. The only person I have respect for is the general manager, who offered his apologies for his employees mistakes. I blocked rooms off for my wedding, and from the very beginning my guests had trouble and were told there was no block for my wedding. I personally had a tough time booking my room, so the staff booked it for me. Fast forward to the day before my wedding... I call to ask about check in since I wouldn t be able to until after the wedding. I was assured I could check in until 3-4 am. I got to the hotel at 2:50 in my wedding gown and was told there is no room for me and none were available. After waiting for about 15 minutes, they finally found a room for my husband and I to stay in. It was a miserable ending to what was otherwise a perfect day. The sales team was not helpful at all and when I had problems I was told I am more than welcome to find a different hotel to stay at. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, amazing parking, and beautiful rooms. They have a pool and restaurant but we didn't utilize them. Also has free Internet.
The service here is terrible. They said that we hadn't paid for our second night multiple times. They even sent someone who banged on the door incessantly. Everything was paid for and we had to tell them five times before they sorted it out. Generally unfriendly and our room was dirty and lacking amenities.
We recently stayed at this hotel and booked through expedia. We arrived to our room Saturday afternoon and immediately noticed no refrigerator or microwave which was a big negative because we were traveling out of state and brought some items for us to keep in the room. Wss advised by front desk to use ice bucket to get ice to keep drinks cold. Went to get ice and ice machines only work o the 8th floor we were on the 3rd. The next morning wake up to use the restroom and toilet wont flush and is backed up. Called front desk and was told someone would be right up. After waiting an hour left due to plans. We arrived back to our room around 730 and the toilet still was clogged and full. Maintenance finally came up to fix the issue. We then took my son to the pool one of the reasons we booked was amenities of having a heated pool. Get ready go the whole way there and the pool is freezing cold and area was dirty. Reported this to the front desk and through my booking agency was told needed to wait for general manager. Well here we are Monday evening with no response from management and no discount provided from the hotel. This was a terrible experience and we dont plan on booking with this hotel in the future. I feel like $250 went down the drain because it was not and enjoyable stay. Basically used for sleeping and showering.
There for a conference, needs work for sure and food offered limited, scant with no salad or dessert. Staff friendly
