They tried to take extra money from me and their rooms were mediocre. We booked using Southwest Concierge. They charged us for two rooms. We checked in just fine. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel and when we needed to pay, the restaurant could not run our cars due to their system being down. She took it to the front desk. The front desk then ran out card for two hotel rooms without asking. It s two weeks later and they ve yet to refund the money. They are a pain the you know what! The rooms were clean but my room had missing artwork on the walls. I would not suggest staying here.

I booked my wedding room block with the Wyndham and had nothing but AWFUL experiences.

My father in law got food poisoning the morning of my wedding. They were inconsistent between booking online, by phone, and through the room block. Nearly every one of my guests had issues with room availability, pricing, and confusion. My sister asked if someone else could check-in to the room for her and they gave her nothing but trouble for it.

They have GOT to step up their game with booking room blocks and accommodating guests. It was truly terrible and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was made well, clean linens, and room well kept. The building maintenance was not as horrid as other reviews depicted. The building was cleanly as well. FYI, the pool is closed for maintenance. Breakfast was good but additional. The service was good and my stay overall worth 100 bucks. I would stay here again.

Pro: Close to the highway, plenty of parking and easy commute to Philly. Con: room is a little outdated, the mattress seems a little old but it wasnt as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. The bathroom can definitely use some upkeep and better cleaning as I found dead spider by the tub and the breakfast buffet needs better selection of food for what they charge. Or give it to us for free.

Room was clean but that's about it for positives. The room had no ceiling lights and just one lamp in the corner so at night, the room was dark. The bathroom wasn't any different. You end up showering in the dark and the drain was slow so the water backs up. The indoor pool claims to be 80 degrees and the air temp set to 82 degrees but in reality, the water was too cold to swim and the air conditioner was on so the air temp was cold too.

Room was very nice and updated. Parking is $28 per night. Plain bagel with no cream cheese is $7. The house chips with ranch dressing was old and stale. Basically, enjoy your stay and get rest in the room, but go somewhere else for food.

I'm not a fan. Outdated rooms and furniture. My room has my an odor, they turned my air off and gave me a fan with air freshener. Then later that night I found a bedbug... Don't go here.

I stayed here a couple of nights with my son so we could go to a baseball game and visit the museums. I got a great rate on groupon, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, it was fantastic! They use half their energy with solar panels which as a science teacher, I love. Besides that, the room was perfect and the shower head had great pressure with a massage option. The staff at the front desk were very courteous. Dawn at the blue room was so nice and friendly and the food is very good and affordable. I highly recommend staying here. Kuddos to all the staff!!!

Decent hotel for the price. Good space in the room. Would be great if the rooms offered a small fridge like most other hotels offer. Pool was closed due to a heating issue which was a bummer since it was an indoor pool and our kids wanted to enjoy it. Hotel as a whole is a bit dated and could use a revamp including the lighted sign on the top of the building missing a few letters when seen at night. Overall decent value for the price but plenty of room for improvement.

"You can only put make-up on grandma for so long." This building is unkempt and deteriorating. We stayed two nights at a reasonably low price, and got what we paid for. We experienced an unpleasant, smokey smell in our first room and was offered an alternative. The alternative room was a corner room with paint peeling, shower curtain rod falling off, and overall falling apart. I can safely say that in our hunt for a "home" hotel, this sub par experience crosses Wyndham off our list.

If you need cheap and fast... Go for it.

Somewhere to stay. Stayed on 5th floor not. Nothing fabulous. Very standard. But I lived. And if I m traveling on a small budget I will stay again. My sisters got the ninth floor and couldn t stand the smell, cancelled their room and left. They said the odor was foul and reminded them of a dead animal that was covered in Febreze

I spent three weeks here and found it be a pretty good long term hotel experience. The room was a little dated but still okay. The food, both breakfast and dinner, is passable but nothing incredible.

The bartenders, Dawn and Dave, are great!

This hotel has deteriorated so much over the years! We were soooo disappointed with the room, decor, refrig and bathroom. The bed was comfortable but housekeeping either forgot to clean our room or just didn t care to. We stayed for 4 nights. We were out of towels and wash rags, toilet paper and tissues. Rooms need a complete overhaul! Ok

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Terrible customer service, the staff was anything but friendly; I was shocked by attitude of the front desk gentleman checking me in, it was almost as though I was inconveniencing him. The hotel is in desperate need of upgrades, every inch of the hotel feels like you're being transported to the late 1980s. The worst part, however, was the condition of my room. Stains on the bed, a/c not working, there were even stains on the 1970s chair. The WIFI did not work the entire time I was there. When I called the front desk the same gentleman told me "well you're the first person to complain about this", as though I was doing something wrong. They gave me an 1800 number to call, which I did, and got no where. It turns out, everyone I spoke with had the same issue, and the front desk attendee had been telling them the same thing. I would highly suggest looking for a different hotel in the area.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I ve stayed in. From the A/C not working and our rooms being 80-90 degrees on a 60 degree day to the elevators taking 7-10 minutes to get to your floor. I asked for a printed receipts they couldn t do that. They stated they would email me one twice since I had to call back and get one and they stated it would be emailed and it wasn t. I could have stayed in a cheaper hotel and received more bang for my buck. Do not waste your money.

Ceiling in our room was leaking water 3am. We told front desk when we checked out that same morning, but she asked was if we called front desk about it. It was very early, and we were very tired. We didn't think to call them that early in the morning. She just brushed us off and thanked us for our stay. It seemed pretty rude.

This is 2nd time staying here. Restaurant is only open for breakfast, the chef makes omelette and has a tip jar out for a buffer that cost 12.95. restaurant cannot take credit cards. This trip shower door is broken peeling paint through out the hotel, only one person man's the front desk. WiFi is weak at best no business office, bar is permanently closed. I won't be coming back here there are a dozen properties within 1/2 mile that are much better.

This hotel is extremely shady when it comes to the check-in process, primarily because they don't always give back the money that they charge for "incidentals." Last time I stayed there, I never got my $25 back. Marissa, who stated that she was a manager was extremely rude to me and kept cutting me off when I was talking. When I asked where it states that I have to pay for incidentals at check-in, she started being condescending and told me to "read the fine print." She seemed very ghetto and unprofessional, to say the least, and certainly shouldn't be in a management position for a hotel. Her customer service skills are non-existent. I will be canceling my reservation and will enjoy my evening elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I can honestly agree with ALL the negative reviews. Our room on the 4th floor was very small. No chair, no sofa, no microwave and get this...no fridge. The hallway reeked of cigarettes (smokehouse for real!). The bathtub is deteriorating and bathroom walls/ceiling are in need of repairs. Free breakfast wasn't impressive nor the pool.

Old Blood Stain On Folded Towel Hanging Up And Pubic Hairs All Over Toilet Before We Could Even Put Our Bags Down. Then Housekeeper Kicks My Infants Toys Over While He Sat On The Floor Putting Them In His Mouth. Never Have Carts Available For Bags; Just Overall Horrible Service. This Is More Like A Motel!

I am not the one to give negative reviews but I have to be honest. This hotel was terrible, the best part was the banquet hall where the NYE party was but everything else was the worst. Our room was disgusting, everything was dingy, dim and dismal. The furniture is old, scratched up and outdated. The bathroom was small and the tub needs to be glazed it looks dirty. The curtains was dirty, the blanket on the bed was dirty, I had to use a whole can of Lysol to try to disinfect the room. In the morning before checkout we went downstairs for the continental breakfast. The floor and tables were sticky like it was never cleaned. This hotel needs a through cleaning and the rooms need to be renovated badly they shouldn t be allowed to rent rooms that are in that condition.

As a Wyndham Vacation home owner, I just knew my stay at this hotel would far exceed my expectations. Unfortunately, to my surprise, I was taken aback by the hospitality shown. The front desk staff were rude. The room was dirty. There were at least 3 different types of insects in my room. The bath tub looked filthy from old grit. You could sink into the mattress, not in a comfortable way. The walls weren't painted. The sheer curtains were wrinkled. There were no blackout shades. The decor was outdated and the room had a stinch. After, I came down from my cloud of disappointment, I kindly gathered my bags, went to the front desk and asked for refund. Never again!

The service was the worst we have ever experienced in a hotel. Four times we asked for a cot and we were told in the morning, you take care of it. It was not there in the evenings, and they said it was now locked away from housekeeping and no one has access. This went on for several days. In addition, the rooms were not made, we have never seen in the hallways from the housekeeping. The staff was always very rude! The internet is working very slowly. And the room was the dirtiest thing I have ever seen. The blackout curtain had burn holes! The shower was disgusting!
