The Assistant manager was very rude and when a problem was presented to her she did not handle the issue properly. Her attitude was very nasty and her facial expression when explaining the problem in the hotel she had no know idea that guest were fighting and arguing most of the night and the cops had to be called. Upon check out i explained my concerns and she looked at me and said "did you ask for a room change" at 3 am and with 3 kids no I didn't. I'm still waiting for my phone call from her!! The unprofessional-ism from her alone makes me and my family never want to book there again!! The hallways were cold as outside as if the heater was broken. We had to crank the heat up in the room just to keep the draft out!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Stayed here twice. The first time the shower, ceiling and toilet were leaking. Tried to give it another shot and when we went back the room was not clean and we found a bed bug in our bed. We left immediately and found another placed to stay. Would not recommend.

This past visit was our third. The ladies at the front desk are top notch and the location is good. However, that's about it. This place is in serious need of a remodel or at the very least some updating. On our second visit we noticed this and said we wouldn't stay on our next visit... but on our very last day they were redoing the hotel entry and I assumed that was leading to other improvements. I was wrong. Carpets and flooring are old and dirty. Bed is hard yet lumpy (how, I have no idea) and doesn't make you want to sleep in. Room furniture was scratched, scrapped and missing veneer. Shower had a difficult time draining while the bathroom itself had a strange odor. All in all, I wouldn't recommend until changes are done. I have fairly long stays (5-7 days) since I come home to visit my family and grew up in the area... there's simply better options. Even if you spend a few more coins.

Checked in 3:15 PM, ironing board cover was dirty, requested refrigerator. Left out 4:25, no refrigerator, returned 12:30 AM, no refrigerator, opened the closet mold, bath tub unclean. Reported to front desk. Up 6:30 reminder to front desk, no response until 8:30. Called customer service, this hotel is no longer in the Wyndam group.

Clean environment with a cheerful receptionist. They have an indoor pool in the compound with bar. Also they have library which is good to avoid a bored mind. Lot's of conference rooms are available for meetings, gathering or any sort of events. Not to mention, they have a very nice parking space and it's free no meters. In general, is a conducive environment to visit.

The first room I was given at check in smelled like something had died and not been removed. This was after a semi-rude hospitality desk person was chastising me for an early arrival from a redeye flight across country booked through Expedia. The second room was acceptable though the entire place needs to be updated. The other staff were pleasant. I've had much better experiences at other chains.

Price was great, stayed two nights for $109. We ended up with two queen beds when got there and asked if we could change rooms but all the King rooms were booked. Obviously not a big deal. Room was clean, beds were comfy, room service was good. They even have an indoor pool. Would come back again

No room service after selecting this location specifically for that reason , after a very long day. Clean , but the rooms designed shape made me feel weird. Architect was feeling creative I guess.

The Great name Wyndham has been reduced to a Super 8 wannabe. I was totally let down by what was presented to me as Wyndham quality. Our first room was used by a smokehouse factory, the room stunk of cigarette smoke and the door was ajar on approach. We went back downstairs and asked for a different room. We were then given a room on the "preferred guest" floor and the disappointment continued. You could smell the age of the building emanating. The shower air vent was dusty, the shower rod had a screw loose so it wasn't stable. The bed springs were poking through and the pillows lost their shape so our necks were all messed up the next morning. The towels are old and need to be changed. The only thing impressive was the outside look. Once you open the door to your room the betrayal begins. Step it up Wyndham, my hard earned money will be going elsewhere in the meantime. My advice, take a page from Crowne Plaza.

NO A.C until MAY?! If you look at my google review history you will see how out of character a negative review is from us. It is April 13th. They have not turned on the A.C. At the price point, i find it absurd to only have the option to open your window in 80 degree weather. They don t tell you this so you will be sitting I. Your room like a fool with the temp set to 60 and heat blasting. In addition, the staff is completely over worked to the point where they can t even be of any service, not even to take a reservation! They essentially forced me to use a third party. Very disappointed that our employees are not well rested. Monique was especially unhelpful and one of the worst front desk associates I ve encountered in traveling across the country.

Rooms were clean, shower was nice and hot. It would have been nicer to have more wash cloths in the bathroom than just 2, versus having to call the front desk for more. Also free continental breakfast would have been nice, especially for the price.

A lot of small things were off to warrant the high cost per night, but their environmental initiatives are appreciated and visible, excellent for the big picture of how to run an Earth friendly business

Room was cold, dirty and bathroom too small. Key card didn't work. Went back down and was told that is the right room, "try it again and if it doesn't work I'll have to move you ". All of this at 1:30 am. I'm exhausted, I just wanted to sleep. Room super noisy. When I woke up at 6am road noise unbearable. I discovered that the window was open. When I took shower bath mat was discusting, slimy and shower was dirty with public hair on the walls. Was even cleaned? Not worth it. Should have kept driving.

Went to a seminar here that was supposed to be held by the guy from the tv show shark tank but the invitation was miss leading. It was his busniess partners. Did gain some valuable information tho, but when dealing with sharks you will get eaten if you are not as big as them.

Affordable, free parking, comfortable and spacious rooms, 2 complimentary bottles of water every evening. What's not to love? Well, the hotel is pretty dead, for one. And the food options in the mount laurel area are mostly the Applebee's and uno Chicago grill on the other side of the road.

Hitel seemed like it wasnt maintained as well as others in tbe area. We were there for a wedding and they gave away the bride nd grooms room and didny have the one that was reserved for us. Also the drinks at the bar were very pricy. Staff was kind however, and did the best they could to fix the issues

We drove from Erie Pa. I would publicly like to thank Monique @the front desk when I arrived on a Saturday morning. She was such a pleasure! She was extremely kind and helpful! This hotel has employees that go above and beyond. My room was clean. Cool. And comfortable. I highly recommend a nights stay if you are travel through NJ. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We arrived at the hotel and we were assigned a room. The room was very dirty and not at all prepared for guest to stay in. There was no bedding, cleaning supplies in the bathroom, and dirty towels still piled up. We spoke with the front desk and we were assigned a new room. On the walk to our second room, we could easily smell smoke, likely marijuana. This was very worrisome as we have two young children with us and specifically chose this hotel as it was smoke free. We arrived to our second room, it was very dirty much like the first. There was what appeared to be mold inside the desk, excessive dust on furniture, windows, and window treatments and dirt along the walls. The bathroom was no cleaner than the bedroom. The bathtub was dirty with large cracks in the ceilings. There was hair in both the bed and bathtub. As we were walking in our luggage from the car there were beer bottles in the grass along the walk way. These beer bottles were still there the following afternoon when we left the hotel. All in all, we did not feel safe here and especially worried about the well-being of our two toddlers. We ended up out the money we paid for the hotel stay because we left after the first night to stay somewhere we felt was safer for our family.

Decent for a night's rest. Nothing luxurious. Rooms and common areas could use upgrading, but not terrible clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. Plenty of free parking and easy highway access.

I only spent a few hours here visiting, but the room was comfortably large and clean. We fit 11 people in the room to hang out between a wedding and the reception. The first floor smelled like chlorine from the pool, but that's the only complaint anyone had. Location was convenient and easy to get in and out of.

Coming in the hotel is very welcoming, up to date lobby. However, the upstairs and the rooms doesnt match the Lobby (not up to date). My advice to the company; first start getting rid of all that old looking carpet.
The best part about our "Club room" is the bed and bathroom. The furniture could be better. It looks like the furniture is from a thrift store (worn out). The lighting definitely could be better. It's just a a few lamps with low lighting in the room. Good side to the hotel is; they have a pool, dining area, toiletries, room is that it's clean and good customer service.

Staff stole cash from our room. When we asked the front desk, they did nothing about it and did not even respond to our emails. Upon arrive they were nasty and did not even tell us if we could check in early or not. The woman working at the front desk, Dominique was TERRIBLE. She was rude and did not want to investigate who stole the money from our room. This was by far the most unsafe hotel I have ever stayed at. If you plan to stay here, your putting your own life at risk.

Not at all impressed with this hotel, you can stay at the one next door for the same price and the regular rooms there are the same cost as "club" at Wyndham. Hospitality is horrible, for example house keeping took dirty towels and i had to go to desk and ask for then wait for new ones. Also breakfast was no where to be found and the girls at the desk were too busy talking to each other to tell me where I might find it. basically i tried this hotel to see what it was like and will not be returning. Sad for Wyndham since I stay at least 1 weekend a month in mount laurel.

Good location. Spacious rooms, although a bit dated. Worn carpet and peeling painted noted on part of one wall. Bed not all that comfortable. Rooms were clean though and well kept otherwise. Ample parking. Fine for an overnight stay.

Room very spacious and conversely rather small bathroom. Shower in the Italian rather nice. Very comfortable sleeping, desk, mini-fridge and very good picture quality on the TV. Parking very large and the advantage of being covered with solar panels. In addition to being ecological it allows to put the car in the shade. Pool and small gym available. I did not bathe, too many kids screaming when I went. A little disappointed by the reception that is really more than basic. Certainly the check-in was fast, but after that you're doing well ... Last little problem, small oversights in the bathroom ... Shower cap of the day before and end of PQ without new hand ...

Staff was very friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient and everything seems to be less than 5 minutes away. Truly recommended for a comfortable stay.

It was good to stay in overnight. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were kind of gross. And not just my room we had other friends staying there as well and their bathrooms were also pretty gross (mainly the tub). Also on floors 4, 7, and 8 (the seperate floors we were all on) It smelled like potent fish. And i mean very potent fish. It was like that from when our friends got there at 6 until we came back into the hotel at like 3 in the morning. No idea why its smelled like that but it was really really bad.

The Hotel as such is good, the staff at the reception is very friendly but the hsk do what they want in the rooms, every day we call to ask for things that they stop placing, the bathroom is not cleaned well and created mildu or mold, and after 4:30 pm there is no one to do the service, it does not matter if the guest needs the service that by X or by Y was not done. If you ask for the full service specifying what you need, they do not do it either, they should improve that service a lot.
