I really enjoyed the food that I ordered from here. So good I could even take a picture and post .

Good chicken wings, not too badly priced. Shake machine didn't work, bit of a shame. Would of liked more of a range of fizzy drinks, other than that. Great!

Probably The best service I have ever received. Miguel was looking after our table and was super attentive. While we waited for our food, he was kind enough to offer us a cold glass of water on a super hot day. He offered guidance by explaining the menu and in a non intrusive way kept checking on us and my 1 year old if we were ok. The price was slightly higher but the experience made it worth it. Also just as important, the mango wings, sesame wings, loaded fries and buffalo burger were all perfectly prepared and delivered in a timely fashion.

10/10 for the food 100% recommend it. Big up to Larry amazing host and sorry for making you run up and down the street but thanks for saving my phone.

The food didn t blow my mind away but it was good.
The service was 10/10 and that is why I will come back!!!

The card reader wasn t working due to bad wifi and I had to get up a few times to try and pay. Eventually worked! They were very apologetic and gave us all brownies and ice cream ON THE HOUSE at the end of our meal.

Awesome wings, great fries and they serve beers to go with them. Spot on. Definitely coming back. Served within 10 minutes even on a busy Friday night.

Absolutely love wing shack! Everything on the menu is delicious, and the milkshakes are incredible too! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and there s a great atmosphere. It s why we keep coming back time and time again!

Wings are delicious, the menu is small but they make up with it with the flavours. I will be back to do the wing challenge

The first time I went i had to get a takeaway due to lockdown. The food was bad and not worth the price you pay for it. I thought let me give it a second chance. I went again to eat in this time and again I was disappointed, it wasn t as bad as last time but still not worth it. The food is overpriced for what it is, the wings were very dry and chips were over cooked. You can get the same food at your local chicken and chip shop for a fraction of the price.

The sauces were tasty but the wings were a bit too small, it looked like pigeon wings. They were also too dry or probably over cooked. Don't think I would be returning.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by friendly staff! Miguel and Sergio
were very friendly and made sure we got our food on time! The food was cooked to perfection by the chefs, Solomon and Marty! Honestly the best wings restaurant I ve been to. I ordered some honey and sesame and buffalo wings which were both amazing!
Would recommend you visit for a flavourful, filling meal! The background music was very calming and fitted the vibe of the shop! 10/10

Wings were over cooked and flavours were a little off. Jerk wings didn't taste like jerk chicken and BBQ wings didn't taste very bbq'y. Strips again bland. Poor service. Not worth another visit. Concept is good, similiar to Sticky Wings, Bricklane.

i went for the second time. Food was amazing, so was the service jj and irena was serving me and friend.

Good Menu, Different flavours of wings and nice in comparison to the usual wings. Good and friendly service.

Excellent and fresh food. Really good selection of wings flavours. The server Sergio was extra nice and caring, gave us free mango mazzaline wings and free fruit punch as it was our first visit. Brilliant location on Loughton high street near Epping Forest. Tantalising flavours for all the wings and its fully halal. Loved the bbq burger and homemade fruit punch! Definitely worth the visit, going there again soon!

I came in on Wednesday when it was very busy, we booked a table but had still had to wait 5 mins for our seat. Marcus was very helpful having a chat with us while we waited and sorted us out beautifully! Thank you

Terrible unprofessional service.

The kitchen closes at 10. I arrived at 9.45 and was refused service because of lazy staff!

Their opinion was that it s too close to kitchen closing time! Sorry am I missing something here? If your kitchen closes at 10.. it should be 10.. not 9:45, 9:50, 9:55.

Travelled from far to visit.. won t be visiting this place in future

Ordered a month ago - took 2 hours to arrive. Was told 45 mins. Walked into the store today or should I say nightclub (turn the music down) and was told I had to order online whilst in the shop. Why? There is no one else here apart from me and the 3 staff, 1 of which looked asleep on the bench. Only wings and chips available because apparently the halloumi and mac & cheese get cold quick - what? Website difficult to access, couldn't care less attitude. Won't return.

This place has easily become our fave family spot. Always friendly and welcoming. Place is clean and has a nice vibe.

The wings are tasty, has a good variety of flavours to choose from. Our recent visit, we got to try their spicy mango one and it's my fave so far! The mac & cheese is soft and good size portion for a side. Love that they have kids meals to accommodate families, my daughter loves coming here.

We have been here a few times when it's really busy but they have a seating area at the front so a short wait for seats is not a issue.

We enjoy our food and time here so they will definitely see us again soon.

The staff were friendly and the service was great, despite it being very busy on the day I visited. The chicken wings were packed full of flavour and extremely juicy. The music was on point and the vibe was, overall, great!

Really decent wings, friendly service and good value. Music not quite to my taste, but don't think I'm the target demographic. Still it all adds to the atmosphere. Will be back.

The food was amazing. I definitely would recommend the Jerk chicken wrap and the BBQ wings. Great service especially from the staff member called Miguel, he was very nice and very helpful throughout the time i was there.

I travelled down from North London through the busy M11 traffic and arrived at WingsShack. The colleague at the door asked if I had a reservation and which point I said no I am a walk in. Apon hearing that the colleague turned me and my little sister away saying he can not offer us a seat.

Looking around at the half empty restaurant I was confused and asked why that was the case when I could see available seats to which the colleague replied he has bookings he is expecting. Confused again I asked well when is your next booking to which he said 10minutes ago but I am waiting to see if they come.

So again clarifying I was standing in the shop ready to sit, eat and pay I was refused service and turned away from vacant Seats JUST INCASE some other customers came in.

This would of been my first time experiencing wing shacks food but after my first experience today and such little care and concerned shown to me and my little sister you can be sure I will NEVER return to wring shack to taste its food for myself and I will not be recommending a place where service is so rude and disrespectful.

You keep your wings and I will keep my money. Worse experience of 2020 and I believe that says it all.

This is the second time they messed up. They sent a burger and wings combo meal out without the wings. Charged me full price. Deliveroo weren t helping much either. Doubt I ll be ordering from them again. Had to give 1 star as there wasn t an option for 0!

Drove 25miles to get there and i can say it was worth it. Quality service and catering, Food was superb, fantastic timing and hygiene. Highly recommend if you are planning to go out with family or friends to eat. I also suggest trying the fruit punch there one of the best I've ever had.

Honestly, if you think you know what good wings are, you need to visit Wing Shack Co in Loughton.

the wings are SO full of flavour it s almost impossible to eat the whole box without several litres of drink. But everything is well seasoned, and well worth the money. Menu included in photos so you can get an idea of prices. Such a good atmosphere in there, recommended for teens and young adults as some may not think the music is appropriate.

Great customer service, even with the COVID guidelines. The food was full of flavour, I tried the jerk boneless fillets and I would say they were a good choice. I would definitely come again.

I have been curious for ages about this place as I have seen tons of people queuing up outside of the restaurant for it. Today I satisfied my curiosity and ate here for the first time. It absolutely blew my mind. The food is amazing and even better than my already high expectations. Authentic food cooked with love. The ingredients felt super fresh too, which is something really important to me. The staff was really friendly and polite. I had a great experience overall! Can't wait to try all the other things on their menu! Love it!!

I'm never one to really write reviews but had to share what amazing experience I had when at Wing Shack co.

I can confidently say that the food exceeded my expectations. This is a huge statement for me as I'm considerably fussy with food.
Not only did the food exceed my expectations but so did the hospitatlity and customer service from the staff.Despite being incredibly busy ,they still managed to provide exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.

We were served by a young man called Sergio, who was absolutely outstanding and super friendly! Hygiene was also great too! (it's an open kitchen so you can see them making the food)

I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Lovely, friendly service and great food. The honey chicken wings, loaded fries and fruit punch were delicious. It was my birthday, and they treated me to brownies and ice cream. I also received a complimentary dish to take home.

superb vibe & customer service (Jj and Raheem) extremely funny, Music was very nice and diverse wont hear no other restaurant compete with their mixes. wings Beautiful , burgers Not as good as the first couple times i went there few months ago the buns was burnt , i paid 6 pounds for a punch that was three times bigger before. but apart from that it is a beautiful restaurant and you will defiantly see me again

Had a lovely experience at the Loughton branch with my family of 5. Despite the busy atmosphere due to the pandemic, Miguel did his very best to give us a pleasant experience and service. He assisted with the menu and order which came quickly and to the highest standard. We will definitely be visiting this branch again for the great food, music and obviously the rum punch!!

Awesome place! I cannot recommend this place enough. We're so glad that we came across it and decided to check it out. The food was AMAZING and the buffalo wings were so delicious. But putting all that aside, the service was by far the best we've experience in London! Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is just another level. Special shout-out to Miguel who served us and explained everything as it was our first time. We don't live local, but we'd definitely drive back to that specific branch for the awesome and friendly service. Thanks guys.

Such a great experience!! easy ordering on the phone, a lovely server called JJ and Miguel helped us out today and made sure we were comfortable and happy with a little banter too. the food was so so good really well seasoned and the buffalo seasoning was the best in my opinion. Definitely Reccomend.

Could not fault the Service from walking into shop.. Tasha and the Guys were Friendly and Welcoming.
Food was very tasty, didn't wait too long, we went at Lunchtime.
Love the Lunchtime Deal which meant my hungry Boys rolled out of the shop.
An hour and 15 minutes drive from home was well worth it.
We will be back for the Wing Challenge as we had not booked in Advance.
Clean shop, tables cleared quickly food served hot.

Went to wing shack last night after all the endorsements I ve seen from celebrities. The food is basic at best. Southern fried wings dry, the wings had flavour but lacked meat, great for a toothpick! Burgers were a soggy mess, fried plantain which just tasted like a greasy floppy banana. Best bet go favourite chicken wings and burger taste better & a hell of lot cheaper.

Simply loved this place! Staff were friendly and welcoming, the gentlemen asked if we had been before (which we hadn't) and so he reeled off what everything was, his recommendations and gave good advise on what dishes complimented each other. Its a very 'relaxed' atmosphere which is ideal for the cuisine. Music was good, service was good. Its a very different experience and we felt right at home. We ordered a few different dishes and we enjoyed ALL of them. The Mac 'n' Cheese was by far the best for me but all was delicious. Very saucy! Its quite simple in the fact of the menu isn't over extensive, the venue isn't too fussy and it isn't too big. My partner and i enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be back! Good job guys, a brilliant idea that so many will love!
