Vendors beware!!! I would avoid working with these people. I was working with a buyer named Farrah who had me send her some samples of my products and never sent them back,, even after we discussed that I needed samples returned and I included paid return postage. The buyer repeatedly stated how much she liked my product however so no big deal at that time because she agreed I would definitely become a vendor at the alamo gift shop. After agreeing on terms and filling out a pile of paper including sending personal information, the buyer completely stopped communicating with me.. On top of this she previously had me take out an insurance policy that she said vendors are required to have, but upon finally receiving the paper work from EN and reading over it I learned I did not need the insurance and had to correct the buyer on the policies the company she works has set for vendors. This nearly cost me a $140.00 to cancel an insurance policy I didn't need due to the incompetence of this employee. The terms EN has are not vendor friendly either.
