Today was my second time visiting Wing Shack Co. to grab some food during coronavirus. The same team served us as last time (Miguel, JJ and Irena), all operating under covid safety guidelines, very friendly, helpfully attentive and happy to engage in conversation. We ordered a feast and they put the football on Sky Sports for us - top service, thank you!
Juicy and flavoursome wings. Fries are on point. Would highly recommend the jerk chicken wings with the jerk sauce alongside the fruit punch drink. Friendly staff which always makes the Wing Shack experience welcoming. Big up Miguel my brudda!
The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and good portions, I had a jerk burger it was seasoned well and the plantain was sweet which was a plus, also tried the southern wings also well seasoned the honey sesame wings was delicious! Mac and cheese was also nice! I also had a rum punch which tasted like rum punch which was great! I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back! Great food good service!
Moved to loughton last year and have driven past this place hundreds of times and always looked temping. Im all for supporting local restaurants and businesses rather than the 'chains', that being said, we always end up nandoes with the family. So thought we'd try something different on a friday night. Arrived at about 7 before the crowds hit (by 8 it was packed so if you have little kids best to come a little earlier to make sure you get a seat). Kids ordered the pop corn chicken, I ordered the jerk burger and my wife the halloumi burger and mac and cheese. It was the service that stood out for me, the guy at the till (sorry I didnt get your name) was friendly, explained the menu and didnt rush us at all. My word, the food was out of this world. Ive been to jamaica, the land of the jerk three times and thought that this would never compare. Honestly, it was so succulent and spicy, really as good as the real deal (if not better). My wife (who loves nandoes halloumi burger) said it was the best shes ever had and I tried the kids pop corn chicken which was delicious. Guys, love the story behind the restaurant and wish you all the luck. Will be defo recommending this place to my friends and family, a real gem in loughton! Well done guys
All Id say is, if youre a family on a busy night like friday or saturday, best come earlier before it gets too packed, but guess this is a good sign of its popularity.

Only the Buffalo sauce stands out. Apart from that everything else was a let down. The wings were dry and tiny. The burgers lacked any sort of flavour. Everything is incredibly overpriced.
The fact they didn't have the 'eat out help out' scheme, even though they were registered, just speaks about how the place is being managed.
Yesterday me and my family were at your resturant we really liked the food and we also were suprised by the good service from the staff especially Miguel that made a exelent service. We apreciet all the staff but we give five stars to Miguel because he was the one who attend us.
The food bangs! Love the honey and sesame wings and the southern fried wings. Miguel's service was second to none. Definitely a place I will return to regularly.

First time I came to this place, I had high expectations and heard good things. My experience was the complete opposite. Long delay for food waiting for approximately 60minutes. I was compensated with free items but even then this is still annoying. Second time I wanted to let them redeem themselves, however, I ordered a milkshake, and I did not receive this till I had finished all my food. Even then the milkshake was absolutely rubbish. Would not recommend at all. Go elsewhere.
Wasnt at all impressed maybe it was the time I went as the person who brought me was adamant I would enjoy it. To me the chicken wings I had felt as though they were burnt or overcooked and then covered it sauce to try and mask it. I ordered a rum punch and was very sure that I recieved just a normal fruit punch which was quite unfortunate...but mistakes happen i guess. Probably will come again but I am in no rush

Great service and one of the best wings I have had in the UK, their original recipes are just something else! If you go past Loughton on M11 you simply have to stop and try it out!
Food was burnt! It doesn t look any where near how it s advertised, not worth it at all. Poor customer service. You ll get better food and service at a cafe
WOW, the food was delicious! We ordered the tangy buffalo burger, honey and seasame wings and cheesy fries. We definitely recommend and we will be back soon! They even provide you with gloves because things can get abit messy when eating.

Killer food and even better shakes! Do not miss the opportunity to eat at this place, but if you do not like spice then say so when ordering! We loved it. I have not had a strawberry shake like this for years and years and the chicken is just delicious. But make sure to order ahead if you are time constrained, this place is the antithesis of fast food!

Its good but its not great. The wings were tasty but certainly not the best I've had. Also, a little bit expensive for what you get...
I love the food and wings, sweet potato fries on the other hand ain't the best. The punch is amazing. Service was good too But we did ask to try the hot sauce about 3 times from the inferno challenge, they said they will see what they could do but didn't bring anything. If they told us they can't fair enough, but hey what can I say it's a sauce you have to sign a waiver for.

Buffalo were very good, bbq good and honey and soy a bit disappointing.
All the food came at once and some of the wings and chips were a bit cold but not the end of the world.

Quick scan of the menu and was ready to order. I ordered the buffalo wings and loaded fries. Really enjoyed. Most places you go to loaded fries kind fills you up and can get quite sickening, at wing shack it was just right. I really enjoyed the buffalo wings.
After placing the order, we didn't have to wait too long for the food which is great and everything was piping hot.
