I travelled down from North London through the bus...

I travelled down from North London through the busy M11 traffic and arrived at WingsShack. The colleague at the door asked if I had a reservation and which point I said no I am a walk in. Apon hearing that the colleague turned me and my little sister away saying he can not offer us a seat.

Looking around at the half empty restaurant I was confused and asked why that was the case when I could see available seats to which the colleague replied he has bookings he is expecting. Confused again I asked well when is your next booking to which he said 10minutes ago but I am waiting to see if they come.

So again clarifying I was standing in the shop ready to sit, eat and pay I was refused service and turned away from vacant Seats JUST INCASE some other customers came in.

This would of been my first time experiencing wing shacks food but after my first experience today and such little care and concerned shown to me and my little sister you can be sure I will NEVER return to wring shack to taste its food for myself and I will not be recommending a place where service is so rude and disrespectful.

You keep your wings and I will keep my money. Worse experience of 2020 and I believe that says it all.
