Not worth the price. The location is great and the cleaning staff is friendly; however the room itself is mediocre. Huge amount of dust on the drapes. The bathroom was very small and my husband is tall and could barely fit in the shower. They also were not very accommodating for kids (we traveled with our 2.5 year old). For the price it was apparent the location is what you are paying for. They also need to figure out their elevators! We, as well as any others, had to continually get our keycards replaced cause they would deactivate very easily.

Beautiful interior courtyard, ideal for dining outdoors in summer. Impeccable service, pleasant surroundings. A little bit disappointed with the dishes and the cooking.

This hotel is only three minutes from the subway station and is conveniently located next to Vanden Square. The hotel is very courteous for Starwood Platinum members. We received the first scheduled notice of the advance before arrival. We found out that our two consecutive reservations were not integrated at check-in, but the front desk immediately helped us to process and integrate the two reservations, giving us continuous Waiting for several nights, etc., we feel very valued.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever!

I travel extensively for business and with my family for holidays. I was in Paris for the Paris Air Show 17 - 23 June 2017. My stay at the Westin was the worst experience I have every had at hotel. It started during checking when I was told that because the reservation was made by my corporation that I wouldn't be receiving my Gold Status membership benefits because it was booked under a "group rate" (750 euro a night I might add). It only went downhill from there. The first 6 nights in the hotel it was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. I asked twice for someone to address the issue and it never got any better. I will say from a location perspective that the hotel is in a great location, but that's were the positives end. If you have a choice then find someone else to stay in Paris!

How to be relevant to a person representing the hotel that has no relevance and retained in his remarks. Staff to see again!

A historical luxury resort for an unforgettable experience

The hotel is exquisite, the staff fabulously welcoming and the food exceptional. My wife and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary there last weekend and our experience was truly phenomenal. A big thank you to Laurence and her team of staff!

The restaurant in the middle as well as the bar are excellent.
Whether in summer or winter, the setting is great, the food very good and the service impeccable

Overall very nice. A few issues in the room: Outlets are awkwardly placed There was a very dirty area in the bathroom where there was a gap between the ceiling and the wall The air conditioning doesn't allow you to set a temperature and the various fan settings don't seem to do much

Excellent catering, impressive venue and impeccable welcome.

A very relaxing place where you can go without fear of being disappointed. The welcome is warm, the staff is discreet and is very professional. In short, I can only put five stars in this high place and encourage the few who are still hesitant to go there.

Amazing hotel. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a view of Eiffel Tower and Tuilleries. Room was very spacious. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Batrooom was very spacious. Front desk staff was delightful and concierge was so nice and helpful with both advice and securing tickets for us. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Loved location - was charming and not very touristy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very good service. Room is nice, shower in particular is well appointed. Bit on the pricey side but that's hardly surprising given it's location right next to the Tuileries.

Love this hotel, timeless classic building amazing views of the city. Rooms are small but you would expect this in a hotel of this era. Service is impeccable also. I don't like to stay anywhere else in Paris.

Too too disappointed for my dinner in the winter garden, the little courtyard is cute, we have access to smoke, chat, etc.
We ordered a dish from the menu but is no longer in stock. It's dramatic because when I made the reservation online, they asked me to choose a menu in advance or without, suddenly I prefer to see there maybe there is more choice. On the other hand, when we were installed in the garden, given the menu, we have less choice and the tasting menu is not in it, but at the beginning it was on the reservation list. So we ordered the festive menu, the starter is excellent but not for dessert ...
The atmosphere is rather noisy ... Maybe normal because it was a Monday? Too many cars in front of the hotel, we couldn't find our taxi quickly.
In any case, I think at this price, we must have things much better!

We have had a terrible experience - very poor service and the rooms are tiny and dated.

Small exquisite indoor terrace, superb atmosphere, what could be better? Perfect for tea and cake. The pastries are excellent. Finally, the staff is very friendly and participates in the excellent reputation of the place. Top!

A cocktail at the hotel bar, I admit that it's not my style of bar but that put aside, the tables show the weight of the years, the frames are not straight, there was white dust everywhere on the floor, which makes up for all that, the cocktails, they are very good and the service is good, I expected more pity.

The Westin Vendome Paris is an excellent hotel. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Our family has been having an enjoyable visit to Paris and we are all pleased that we selected this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have classy decor. The dining options at the hotel for breakfast and lunch were excellent. I would strongly recomment this hotel.

Amazing location, wonderful and very proactive staff in all departments. They have rooms with breathtaking views over the Eiffel Tower. Definitely worth the upgrade!

A good table ... A good catering service .. But for an event, go your way ... Many misunderstandings and ... A shame for such an establishment, nobody reminds you after several attempts and requests ... .. To rectify emergency, the competition exists ... Discouraging for a wallet of good will ... Hotel that is rather cheap with dozens and dozens of tiny rooms one after the other.
The view is good and the paint is a bit dated.
Frankly I will not go back.
Rather very disappointed with the hotel.

Hotel room equipment is old, there is a moldy in the corridor.

The rooms were nice and the people were nice too but our bathrooms were quite small and it was hard to take showers because the showers were pretty small.

The hotel is very elegant and central. The facilities are very modern and the restaurant in the middle of the hotel is very good.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Westin Vendome. My fiance booked the weekend in Paris as a birthday present and it was more than expected. They didn't have a room available when we arrived, which was actually really good. If they had I am afraid we wouldn't have seen much of Paris. The rooms are not big, but they are so nice and comfortable, the bed and pillows are amazing and one of the best nights sleep I have had in a while. When we then arrived in the evening, the man with our bags arrived before we did, really quick service.
We got upgraded so our view was of the eiffel tower. It was incredible.
We asked the concierge where to go for dinner and he recommended the most amazing place for seafood.
The hotel is very centre in a great location close to the louvre and the amazing garden strip leading to champs Elysees, arc de triumph and not far to the eiffel tower.
It was an amazing weekend. Though no pool.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, INADMISSIBLE for a 4 star hotel to have a valet service as low quality and a manager as little understanding.

Last Sunday invited by friends, I was surprised that the valet refused to take my car, although I tried to explain to him my problems in the leg. In a scornful and threatening tone, Julien B. pushes me to park at the parking located about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Back in the hotel staggering, I see Mr. B. accept, take and park other cars in the same range as mine.

To this day, I still do not know the Westin's criteria for parking my car, but I can assure you that Julien B. has spared no effort to ensure my satisfaction with the Westin.

Pleasant stay. Rooms are clean. Good staff and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet included with stay! The hotel's Jardin d'Hiver restaurant is really nice, but super expensive. No ATM on site; nearest one is about 3 short blocks away and it was not in operation, had to locate another one 3 more blocks further. The Tuileries gardens are across the street and make for great morning jogs or wonderfule afternoon walks.

Really good service, the suites are hugeee and really nice. We had one with a view towards tuileries and the eiffel tower.
The restaurant instalations they do every season are great! The food is amazing.
The only thing, is that the furniture is a bit old, they should take better care of this (as in some of the sofas or chairs are a bit flat) other than that, great and top service!! SUUUUPER central, and a great place to stay at for Fashion Week.

My first time in Paris and we stayed ten days at Westin Vendome. The location is unbeatable, across the street is the Tuileries, Louvre, D'Orsay, Orangerie and central to everything. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The hotel staff and services were of the best. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends.
