A beautiful establishment that has a real charm slightly outdated. Staff available and competent. It's nice.

I've been there 3 times already, and it's always super ... Reception rooms, super breakfast, I'll be back soon ..
Very standard chain hitel, nothing really outstanding that is worth mentioning.
Quiet place, "classy", it feels good. Small flat, I think the bar lacks privacy because we hear all the conversations of the people present, it does not correspond, in my opinion, what is expected of a luxury hotel bar.
Refinement and subdued atmosphere. Air cuisine. Enchanting setting.
Our room was huge, our bathroom was huge. We did not have a view of the Eiffel Tower. This is an old building, but the interiors are updated...The location is fabulous. You can walk to The Louvre, the Tuilleries Gardens, the Seine and around the corner is Champs-Elysees. The staff has been EXCELLENT, from the front desk, to the bell hop, to the concierge(s), to the housekeeping staff and of course the room service staff. The Terrace Restaurant is open air although inside the hotel. It has a limited menu and our waiter was a little grumpy. But it was a pleasant way to kill time while waiting for our room to become available.
It's conveniently located, so it's convenient and gorgeous!
Stayed at this hotel for my birthday and it was ok. My company booked the place for me under my husband's name and I got to the hotel before him. I was given a room early as I arrived at 10 am, with an garden view. The gentleman at the reception asked if I had a loyalty card with hotels, I told him my husband has it with Marriott and he said oh that's great we are affiliated. He told me to come back with the card information and he'd be able to set it up. After checking out and returning home, my husband got an email saying that we were not eligible for the points as it was booked via a third party. Would have been nice not be given the option in the first place rather than wasting our time and telling us 'ohh we are sorry that even though you stayed with us, we can't offer you the points as it wasnt booked directly with them. '
Nice hotel to stay at Paris.. Feel the culture, environment and shooping area is near.. the pillow is unbelieveleable to have a deep sleep.. Westin is the high end class hotel..
An excellent hotel.. Good service, nice staff and very nice room..
Great location but service is horrible and me and my family bought the suite that iver looked the louvre and the effiel Tour and I was a wonderful view but one day my daughter held up the sheets and light shone threw it and we discovered that there was mold in the sheets . We asked for new ones and the new sheets had it too . We talked to the manager and got a night free . But the next day we were walking in the hotel entrance and the manager came up to use and said how have you liked your stay ? Your checking out today yes ? Which we weren't ! It ends up that the people at the front desk make our reservation wrong so we didn't have a room to sleep in and the hotel ended up calling another hotel to help us out which was nice but it was in an alley way with a view of a wall .
Very nice place to have breakfast and brunch. I vs the council
The place is good, but due to the pandemic there are few staff, you have to wait a long time for service in the restaurant, at the reception.
Rested with my family,
I liked everything, everything is top notch!
Perfect, friendly staff and very nicely decorated place.
Too many Americans- check in was way late - couldn t make up room when asked Know nothing about service. Don t bother
A very nice welcome and service. The dishes are delicious. I recommend.
this is really the worst Hotel I've ever seen. This hotel is getting long in the tooth... I was here in September.. I can absolutely not recommend this hotel: bad service! My room was not really clean. The breakfast was a joke!!! And the staff is not friendly...Even a 3 star Hotel has a better service... but they ask an unreasonable price. Never again this hotel!!!
Beautiful setting, top staff and magical gastronomy ...
Solid stronghold of the Parisian hotel industry. Without excess sometimes out of place.
Very nice place with a remarkable decor like the staff. Can not park around, however
Great service and location. Room are bit old school but this is also what makes the hotel charm. Not many metro stations nearby but lots of sightseeing available from walking distance.
I want to love this place, but there were too many things off to get into it.
1) The checkin wait is ridiculous. Expect 15-20 mins wait if you need anything - including just a new key. The silver lining was some lovely lady realizing how ridiculous it was, and she took us aside to a desk for an immediate checkin.
2) Concierge is generally useless and spent a good amount of time listing off things they couldn't do. Which includes buying tickets for any tourist attraction. Really?
3) Room wasn't ready at standard checkin time. Sent us into the bar where we spent 9 on water. No joke. The rude bartender said "welcome to Paris".
4) I am appreciative of security at any hotel, but their effort is a joke. After 24 hours of walking by the "security guard" only visually inspecting us (creepily really) - he decides to metal detect my visible camera.
5) Onto their self proclaimed "massive suite", which was two rooms connected with a back to back door - which was locked. We had to go outside and into the other entry of our own room to unlock it. Just weird. The layout and size was clearly off and we never really used the second room.
6) Dated, dated, dated. Although some of the style is old Paris charming. Most of it just feels tired and worn out.
7) Service in the center patio area is a joke. Even though we never had wait staff - when I attempted to order at the bar a snarky lady proclaimed that she'd be over. I proceeded to place my order and never see her again. We made a game out of counting the number of people standing around doing nothing and topped out at 11!! The only staff to visit our table were two kitchen people delivering food to the wrong table. After inquiring with management - they provided a $2 bottle of water (sold at 9 as outlined above) for "free". Neat.
Honestly I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point by now.
In this hotel, I am surprised to find that one of the room service employees who has access to the rooms is a thief against whom I lodged a complaint !!!!
Incredible but true, lamentable welcome by a leader of the so-called reunite to the direction. Redirecting the vehicle to the parking lot while a valet is available. For establishment of this standing ...
One of my favorite hotels in the world!!!! Pay the extra and upgrade to a terrace room! 2017
Very nice restaurant room for groups and superb terrace for others.
Nice hotel with typical Westin quality. Staff is all friendly and helpful. The bar is nice. The gym is on the small side. The location is amazingly convenient to go to all the main places in Paris.
Terrace on magnificent interior garden and the kitchen is at the height of the place.
Top-notch service!
The overnight front desk staff was very rude and the up keep of the room was disgusting!
my stay was great. the staff are helpful and the rooms are well furnished.i have used this hotel for all my Paris trips. it has a great continental breakfast with everything from sushi to omelets. so if I could I would rate it not 1 not 2 not the not four not five but six stars.
visit it our forever wish you had is my advice.
The location of the westin is great. The park is right across the street as well as the subway line. The staff are kind and the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is very beautiful on the inside.
Its a great hotel
Beautiful decore
Close to most everything in the area
Spa service
Great location for tourism, but somewhat overpriced (especially breakfast).
The valet chief seems to have his preferences. I did not know that an establishment of this standard practiced facies
Why did he refuse me a place when he agreed to park the car just after mine ???? !!!!!!
I do not recommend it
Avoid the valet service who couldn't handle a pre-planned event.
The stress of this provider was communicative to the staff of the hotel which had an impact on the quality of the welcome received.
Disappointing reception despite a response from the assistant manager explaining that it was for our safety.
Historic hotel. Beautiful entrance and lobby but expect the rooms to be rather dated and cramped. Very good location however.
This is a beautiful property in a great neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean. The bar was comfy, and the bartender, Lisa, not only made wonderful drinks, but also gave spectacular recommendations for other places to visit in town. She really made our trip. The onsite restaurant, while a little expensive, was delicious. All in all, this is a great value for this area.
Really nice hotel in the heart of Paris. Loved the balcony we got in our room. Staff very very nice and helpful. Will be staying there again. Stayed 4 nights.
The rating is five stars but the hotel is a 4 star hotel. The location is excellent - very central. It s nicer than the average Westin and less of a business hotel. Only complaint is that sometimes it took housekeeping a long time to get to our room to clean it.
Beautiful architecture or decoration. Small bedrooms compared to the hotel level. I only saw it from photos. I hope to visit you. Greetings from Alicia.
Exemplary service, great location, suites have remarkable views
The best access, convenient to go anywhere.
Waiting on customer, correspondence are not good.
I stayed for one week, but first checked the accommodation date twice, but I could not make a reservation for one day and I was without accommodation.
I was told to pack my luggage and leave for the time being. My sick husband is sitting on the hotel floor and can't move, so it's an urgent request!
And continued at the front desk for 30 minutes.
It was always said that it was not fully occupied, but eventually we were able to stay in the room we were in.
The restaurant on the first floor is not good either.
Most days it was like a private business party and couldn't be used.
Whether you return to your room or go through the front desk, there are a lot of business people and you can make a detour ...
We stayed while feeling really uncomfortable.
It has become a bad memory.
I'm sorry.
I like spending time at the bar. The staff are sometimes at the top and others much less ... pity (taste the pastries )
This hotel is right in centre of the city with all the tourist places at a walking distance of 30 min to 45 min.nice rooms with main road views towards Eiffel tower.
Beautiful hotel with classic Parisian flair. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are well maintained. Hotel is within walking distance to all major sites.
Hotel to avoid,
Dirty room,
Staff not correct, manager not found, not even a mirror in the rooms
Price not correct at all go to the Ibis hotel you will be better received
For a 4 star hotel, we expect something crazy ... And yet, it was pretty bad.
The decor is sublime, the ceilings are beautiful, it's a dream, we are delighted on this side.
By cons, and I do not know if it was related to the event but I was very disappointed with the desserts offered during the evening. It was almost frozen yet and I tasted better in much smaller restaurants. Frankly, finishing on such a note, it's great damage.
And besides, some employees are not very friendly. In the locker room, it's limited if I had a good reason to take my jacket back before the end of the evening. I even asked if she would refuse to return it to me. Frankly, I knew better.
I fall in love with this area, plus perfect location
Spectacular building, very well located near the Louvre.
We have eaten on the terrace of the Hotel and we have loved the food and the service
It's somewhat expensive but it's worth the experience
